Learning the Skills for Inner Guidance

If you trust your inner guidance, it often leads you to take steps that
are on placement with who you are. After doing this, you will feel
harmony. But, there are times that you want to try new things. Even if
your inner guidance tells you to take the jump, you believe that you
lack self-confidence. Why is this the case?

In this case, you will surely ask yourself, “how do
I develop my self-confidence?”

Before you begin your inner guidance, you have to ensure that you are
in a good mood. Your mood will greatly influence this skill. It is also
best to search for a safe and quiet place where you will never be
disrupted. You also need to prepare a pencil or pen for recording key
ideas.


You have to imagine how good you feel when you receive answers or
turn inward. You also need to know that the longer you drift from
yourself, the farther this may take to learn. It is also your duty to
identify that negativity from the day may require to be released as you
turn inmost.


What to Do as You Turn to Your Inner Guide?
You need to start slowly. Calm yourself and recognize that you are in
a quiet and safe atmosphere. It is also best to become aware of your
body and let yourself become comfortable and relaxed. You also need
to pay attention to the representations that your mind supplies you.

voice. You also need to follow the good ideas that you have developed.

thinking, solving your emotional problems, relaxation training,

 Open Up Your Space – Using garden as an example, you have to
remove all the weeds. You also need to make your space for
your inner guidance for great communication.
 Calm Your Mind – You have to remove all your worries and try
to keep calm. You will soon find out that your inner guidance
has a soft voice.
 Be Patient – During your first inner guidance, you will hear
different voices. But, you should not lose hope. You just need to
be patience and wait for it to happen.

Anxiety and Stress

“Some people seem to find it easier to cope in life, have you ever wondered why? I found myself doing just this. My findings were surprising. Research led by Harvard University, the University of Oregon and the University of Texas revealed that very effective leaders all share a similar mindset but, not just this, they also share similar hormone levels. The more powerful the leader, the higher the levels of testosterone.


This simply means that those with higher levels of testosterone are naturally primed to be more assertive, relaxed and confident. They will be less reactive to stressors and be able to handle the bombardment of pressure quite well. In addition, there’s one physical cue which impacts both hormones and that’s body language. So, if you can improve your body language, you will naturally increase testosterone while decreasing cortisone levels and this means, less stress but more confidence.


This leads me directly into power body poses.
Power poses are intriguing. Amy Cuddy is a researcher based at Harvard University and she and her team have identified that different body positions equate to high power or low power poses. High power poses tend to be open and relaxed while low power poses will be closed off and guarded.

“They studied the impact of these poses in a research study on 42 students. Saliva was taken from each of them and cortisone levels and testosterone levels were then measured. Afterwards, each person was asked to sit in either high power or low power poses for approximately 2 minutes. After which, an additional sample saliva was taken and cortisone and testosterone levels were measured yet again.

The results were stunning. High power poses serve to increase testosterone by approximately 20% and they found that cortisone levels decreased by 25%. When you consider the ability to exude confidence and cope with daily pressures, this is significant.
Try this well-known and versatile power pose so you can see what I mean. Its nickname is ‘The Wonder Woman’ pose and, you simply stand tall, with chest out and hands on the hips. It’s certainly a power stance and irrespective of its name, it is just as important to men as it is to women. Try it now and then see how you feel afterwards.”

“I mentioned before that our body language speaks volumes about us. If you are a little worried as to those secretive body language communications, try to build in some body language checks each day and insert a higher power pose into your routine each morning for approximately 2 or 3 minutes.
When you do so, close your eyes, breathing in deeply for a count of 3, you can hold the breath for just a second and then, breathe out fully for a count of 5. If this is difficult, you can reduce the count – say for 2, 1 and 4 counts. You can also combine breathing exercises with power poses for maximum benefits. I use power poses with meditation at the start of my day and I feel great afterwards.

As you are only investing a couple of minutes, you will have time for it.
Body language is important but it’s not everything. One thing for sure is that confidence affects both your mind and body. Your personality and emotional state of mind will no doubt affect your levels of confidence but improving your body language by taking up one of the power poses, will certainly increase physical presence and make you feel so much better.
You can use these power poses quickly and efficiently in every situation.

Think about a difficult presentation in front of your boss or colleagues. Imagine you are waiting to be called in and you start to feel nervous and your hands are sweating. Find a quiet space and take a moment to adjust your posture. Put your hands on your hips, keep your chin up, have your chest out and visualize the pose. If you can just do this for a couple of minutes before you attend your meeting or your interview, your testosterone levels will increase as will your confidence. You will also naturally and quickly lower your stress levels.”

Our Mind and Body Are Connected the As If Method

Our mind and body are connected. It’s true. Although many people think that they are separate, they actually hold great influence over each other. When you work on one aspect of self, you impact the other. Let me explain this. Have you ever felt really nervous? I know I have. Your mind may race, and your nerves jangle and these thoughts and feelings manifest on a physical level too. Have you ever experienced that dry mouth and headache when you were nervous and worried about what was to come?


It’s important to understand the mind and body connection. Let’s say you are waiting to be interviewed for a job and you become so nervous and are worried about your abilities. Let’s face it. It’s easy to be plagued by qualms and to start running a negative script in your mind. But think back to that experience, I bet it wasn’t just your mind that was affected but your body too. You may have felt a little nauseous while your tummy did somersaults and maybe, you even started sweating a bit. This proves that your thoughts and your emotions affect you on a physical level.

“If you feel stressed or have unresolved issues, they will only play havoc with your mind and body. If thoughts are negative, you really must identify and resolve them as it could lead to unhealthy behaviors and, you may even find you become unwell or ill. Of course, I am not implying that every single illness or accident that occurs is because of your mindset, but believe me, it plays a significant role. If you can understand this, you will be able to take greater control of your life.


Try thinking of your life as a big jigsaw puzzle, this really worked for me. I looked at each aspect of my life, breaking key elements into smaller pieces. I did this and learned that each part of my life had a significant role to play. When one part didn’t function well, it affected everything else. You cannot ignore the importance of your thoughts and feelings and how they manifest within the physical body.


Repressed memories may suddenly manifest into thoughts. When this happens, these are powerful and can have a far-reaching effect. It is important to deal with repressed emotions and seriously, having awareness gives you an advantage.

“When I was trying out As If, I took the time to think about my learned behaviors, those gleaned through parental advice or, through witnessing behaviors. I also looked at my personal experiences. I did this because when events occur, we react by way of information and experiences, these become reference points for our actions. If you can change these behaviors or experiences, if you can use As If to make your response to any situation more positive, boy, will you notice a significant difference. Simply, it becomes a reference point for your mind.
As If can be used at any time and in any place.


Let’s consider that you have some seriously challenging situations ahead of you. You may feel unconfident and doubtful and in some cases, perhaps that dreaded job interview, you may even be filled with dread. If you can tap into the ‘As If’ system and start to act as if you are confident, your thoughts will naturally become more positive. You’ll visualize strong images of how you want to think and act.
Once you start to feel more confident, your actions become instinctive and learned.”

“You’ll learn to understand your thoughts and be in control, readily identifying the inner two-way communication and making it work for you. Let’s be clear here. Your mind is powerful, and once you tame your thoughts and use your mind in the best way possible, you’ll improve your life.”

“When you are alert and ready for anything in life, your posture is also likely to be good. When you are less than alert or feeling down, you are likely to adopt poor posture. Try adjusting your posture, do it right now, sit up straight and pull those shoulders back. I bet you start to feel better immediately.


There have been many experiments into body language and so this is not me just saying it. Psychologists discovered that emotions may also have a strong connection with specific body postures. During these experiments, people were asked to generate a strong negative emotion – let’s use fear as an example and to place their body in a position that for them, depicted fear. When they had done so, they were asked to remain in this position but to also try to generate happiness, they found it much harder to do so. So, this links body posture to emotions.
It’s impossible to not get stressed from time to time.

We all know that life is stressful at times, but, the lesson of the day is that it’s how you deal with it that is the most important. Have you ever noticed that some people do not seem to react to daily stressors? They just deal with it… right? Think about a time when you have felt highly stressed and perhaps the outcome was not so good. Afterwards, we often have to deal with regret or, kick ourselves when we respond badly, but our responses are fueled by our learned behaviors, our thoughts and feelings. When using body language, breathing techniques and As If, we can change our actions.


If you had to face a similarly difficult situation next time, and used the ‘as if’ process, you would be able to outwardly project very different emotions, feelings and actions and, nip any damaging thoughts in the bud.”

Your Self Esteem and You

img_2428Know that if you do not know that your boundaries are different from others, then your self esteem might be at stake. You stand on the foundation of your boundaries. It supports your decisions, your willingness to do things, and all of your relationships, including the one you have with You.

Differentiation is the willingness to act different from your “tribe” members. That being said, the way you think, feel, act, all has to be different. You are not a follower, you are yourself. You must have boundaries and you must have healthy boundaries. Healthy boundaries are your personal indicator that you are differentiating yourself.

How did you learn that you were you? That wonderful, playful, spontaneous, joyful, creative and energetic person that you are or were as a child. You were not a mini version of someone else, you were not being compared to someone else and you were not unique in a way that others cultivated or insisted upon it.

You wanted to flourish based on your own thoughts and your own feelings and perceptions. Whatever you must have experienced , you must have considered it to be normal, because it was all that you knew. You are free to see things now as they really are.

Perhaps, you were raised in a family, that has rigid boundaries. This was the case if people barely felt how they actually feel. They focused more on what others thought of themselves. This type of family dynamic will say that they are close when they are far from it.

Perhaps you were raised in a family with chaotic or diffused boundaries. In this type of environment, decisions are based on feelings and not facts. Even when the facts would or could have been helpful for the family dynamic.  This high of intensity means that children at a young age do not tend to think, feel and act for themselves.

Perhaps you were abandoned, threatened with abandonment.  You may have been neglected somehow. Perhaps, you were not comfortable with reassurance when you needed it. You might have felt overwhelmed. You deserved to be comforted , reassured and often reminded how precious you were at a young age. You might have had a hard time finding who you were if you felt this way very young, feeling not wanted.

Now, forgive yourself.

Improving Your Mental Health With the Right Food and Sleep

What’s key to understand here is that it’s not just our thoughts that lead to these changes, just as important is our biology and lifestyle. Our bodies and minds are in a tightly linked cycle of activity.

For instance, when you eat, there is an increase in serotonin. Why? Because foods especially carbs , contain an amino acid called tryptophan. When blood sugar increases, the body responds by releasing insulin. This triggers the glucose from the blood to be used for activity or stored as fat. However, tryptophan does not get absorbed as such. This remains in the blood stream. This then gets circulated into the brain which then becomes serotonin. This is because tryptophan is a precursor or building block for serotonin.

This is why our moods tend to increase when we have eaten, this then results in the release of ghrelin to signal that one is getting fuller, to prevent you from over eating.

Later on , that serotonin converts into melatonin the sleep hormone. That melatonin reduces activity in the brain and this then triggers the release of other inhibitory neurotransmitters like GABA.

Did you know that darkness also is a release of melatonin? Meanwhile, the longer you begin to stay awake, adenosine, another inhibitory transmitter; builds up in the brain. This is partly what gives us brain fog, because is is by product of the energy process used in brain cells.

What all this means is that after a long day and a very big meal, you are sure to be getting more tired and find it harder to wake up and do something. That’s not you being lazy or disinterested, that’s the biology of your brain.

Now, let’s say we want to wake ourselves back up, what do we do? Sunlight triggers the release of cortisol, which along with nitric oxide will help to wake us up. This is another reason why we should avoid looking at phone screens when we are getting ready for bed. Jumping in a cold shower would definitely wake you up! This stimulates the release of epinephrine, norepinephrine, testosterone and more! This will wake you up and make you much more focused. It is the adrenaline that causes the hairs to stand up on your body.

Loud noises can create enough shock to wake you up, and so to can hunger. When we are hungry we have low serotonin in our brains 🧠. This increases cortisol , the stress hormone. That’s why we get anxious when we’re hungry and why some people get hangry.

Also useful is to know that you can use your body to calm stress. You can even eliminate panic attacks. That’s because our sympathetic nervous system, which controls our fight our flight response as well as our opposites rest and digest response; is tightly linked with breathing and heart rate. When you breathe quickly it makes you more stressed and increases your heart rate.

Breathing deeply is one of the best ways to calm anxiety. If you breathe more deeply and more heavily, this helps to encourage a much calmer response and puts you more in the rest and digest state.

What’s most important of all though is your mental energy, that you are in the right shape and have the right diet for yourself. This will transform the performance of your brain, by drastically increasing the ability to create neurotransmitters as needed. Also, by increasing the amount of energy your brain receives.

One way to do this is to consider using some form of a multivitamin tablet. This should contain vitamins like B12 and B6. These are used to supply the brain with energy, as well as to create a large number of neurotransmitters. Also used in the creation of neurotransmitters and hormones are vitamin D , vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, and more. If you make sure you are receiving these in your diet, then you will find it easy to feel the switch from being highly focused to relaxed and creative and you will find the brain lasts longer before getting tired.

Also particularly important is choline, which is a precursor for acetylcholine found in eggs. This can help improve your sensory perception, your alertness and your memory all at the same time. Amino acids found in protein are also critical for a wide range of neurotransmitters.

Other nutrients that are very important are those that improve the energy and function of the brain. Any vasodilators for instance, such as garlic, will help get more oxygen and blood to the brain, helping you to stay alert longer. Creatinine is a body building supplement , also found in red meats and that is great for reducing adenosine, and also increasing mental energy. As you probably know energy affects you more than you realize. Science has proven that everything in our universe is made of the same energy. But, How does it apply to me? Remember a time when you spoke to someone or encountered something or someone who was angry , stressed, anxious, or in a bad mood? what happened after? Chances are you began to feel it, maybe in your stomach, your heart or your head. It affected you somehow, it does not begin to stop there.

Sometimes you will begin to carry that energy throughout your day, and it ends up affecting everything you do. It will also begin to affect everyone you encounter. You bring it from one direction to the next, you might bring it home. It has a ripple effect and that it just one tiny example. Know that even a complete stranger can affect your life through just energy alone.

There is also a lucky and unlucky phenomenon where if you have ever had a lucky day, one where everything went right. One after another? Almost as if the stars were lined up and conspiring in your favor?

Have you ever had a bad day, where everything just went wrong and it just kept on piling up. All you wanted was to curl into a ball and hide from the world? It is not a coincidence that when these things begin to happen they are controlled by your energy circuits.

Your energy is more power than your thoughts and your emotions. The invisible thing that controls your mood is your energy. It controls everything. When Everything flows, When chosen the right vibration and energy for myself for others, miracles being to happen several times a day! If you are dealing with this and you ask for signs, you will end up receiving the higher frequencies of self love and abundance. Sometimes when your in the right frequencies , what you desire the most finds its way to you effortlessly.

You have the physical body and you also have the energetic body and its a complex system. The energetic system is vast and extremely complex. Here are some of the basic  ones to remember for now. In our physical body we have physical organs. You have energetic organs which are known as chakras. Chakras affect you more than you know. They affect your emotions, mood, experiences, health and well being finances and relationships.

For physical bodies there are energetic toxins. Energetic toxins can come through internally or externally. We have physical skin, we also have energetic skin. Energetic skin would be the aura. Aura, depending on how sensitive you are, absorbs what it comes in contact with , just like our skin would.

We then have physical senses= 8 spiritual & energetic senses. This is like our five senses. ( sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.) Our energetic senses help us make sense and decipher the invisible energy. Most of the biggest pain and struggle people experience is because they do not know how to take care of their energetic bodies.

Every painful and traumatic experience you have ever had since you were a child had a tremendous impact on you and its still affecting you and holding you back. It is a compounding affect. When you have energy that is stuck, your problems will keep reoccurring over and over again , and you wont be able to fully move forward regardless of how hard you are trying. If you have energy blocks in your system, there is an energetic blue print, to keep you from moving forward.

Heres how it occurs, the painful experience will happen and the energy from that initially gets stored in your energetic body. Then the initial energy that was stored in your body from these painful experiences eventually turn into energetic patterns.

These energetic patterns keep you stuck, and cause you to keep re-experiencing the same problem over and over and over again. Unless you are able to remove the deeply – rooted energetic blocks that are stuck in your body. ( Sometimes on a deep cellular level ), You will be stuck where you are, and you wont be able to fully move forward.

Energy can get trapped, in auric fields, from day to day living, in chakras- from your own pain or from trauma others inflict upon you. In the actual organs, from internal to external sources. In karmic and energetic timelines. In DNA and Cellular levels – passed on from ancestors and generational trauma.

Lets use chakras as an example, its one of the hidden energetic systems that flows within our bodies and affects everything in our lives from our careers to relationships to inner peace.

Your crown chakra – has to do with spirituality, intuition, and purpose of work. So, if you are having issues in that area, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your crown chakra.

Your third eye chakra- has to do with absorbing peoples energy, and tuning. Being able to tune into the energetic world. If you are sensitive to other peoples energies, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your third eye chakra.

Understanding Your Brain and Some Basic Psychology


Who are you? What makes you , you? The answer is your brain to the most extremes. Your brain in turn is made up of billions of neurons. These are small cells that have tendril like extensions reaching out and into the different corners of your skull.

These neurons can be created , destroyed or changed due to any experiences that we encounter. They represent all kinds of things such as memories, sight, smells, thoughts and the commandments to move our bodies.

When an electrical impulse moves through a neuron, this means it is firing and thus we experience whatever correlates with that firing. If you open up someone’s skull and use an electrode to stimulate individual neurons, then one might make someone see a point of red light, one might make someone move their arm, and another might make them remember their mother.

These neurons are all interconnected and the more often two neurons Fire at once, the more connected they become. Thus, when one neuron fires, it is likely that others around it will fire depending upon the strength of the firing. This is called the action potential.

Some clusters of neurons from the major brain structures, like the occipital lobe, motor cortex or the hippocampus; are responsible for particular behaviors. Other neurons reach from one end of the brain all the way to the other end of the brain.



Already you can see your brain is not entirely under your control. If you see something specific this will cause certain neurons to fire based on your memories and understanding of that object. But, it also might cause surrounding neurons to fire, depending on the associations you have formed during this lifetime.

When certain neurons Fire, they cause particular emotions. Thats because neurons communicate across synapses. Small neurons between the end of one neuron ( the axon which is the tail) and the dendrites like arms of another.

At the end of each axon , is the synaptic knob. This is filled with chemicals called neurotransmitters, held inside neuro- vesicles. When the synapse fires, it causes these neurotransmitters to be released and that then alters the behaviors of the transmission and the surrounding cells.

Some neurotransmitters are excitatory, and make other neurons more likely to fire. Others are inhibitory and make them less likely to fire and become more suppressed.

Neurotransmitters are linked closely with hormones as well. Some hormones act like neurotransmitters while some neurotransmitters act like hormones. Essentially, hormones are longer lasting and generally produced in the body. While, neurotransmitters have shorter lasting effects and are produced in the brain. Even the hormones produced in the body though, are largely triggered by the pituitary glands. This is located in the brain.

An example is a lion , and your brain will sit up and take notice owing to the associations you begin forming with that image. Relevant neurons will fire, and because those neurons are coded with danger, they will release a number of neurotransmitters that will release dopamine and cortisol that will increase activity and say that something important is happening.

This increased activity , causes more of the brain to light up and areas around the hypothalamus will then begin to trigger activity to the pituitary glands. Producing adrenocorticotrophic hormones. The adrenal gland will also be triggered at this point, releasing the hormone epinephrine. This is essentially a form of adrenaline. This is then the set of changes that it causes in the sympathetic nervous system:

Essentially, the body now directs all blood, oxygen , nutrients and resources to the muscles and the brain. In order to aid in combat or other physical activities. There are many complex interactions of chemicals and hormones going on inside your body all of the time.

Fear begins with a thought 💭. Whatever we think repeatedly becomes a part of us. The scripture says “As he thinks in his heart, he shall become.” If you allow fearful thoughts to come into your heart and mind, you will have those fearful thoughts. They will begin to control how you act.

It is true that as an example, if you are so interested in something that it is all you think about, most likely it will become your overall life aka career and hobby. Or at least one of your main hobbies. You could be great at a lot of things, however; this is losing the point of how we overcome fear, and how to deal with it. We need to guard our minds, choosing carefully which thoughts we accept and reject.

In the trials of life, you decide what your responses will be , no one else can do that for you. When you panic you have two choices either to calm down or to have an anxiety attack. Now, to panic means you are overcome by sudden fear. However, you are not able to overcome this, you overcame it already, because you are a strong courageous individual.

Instead you stay the course, you meet fear face to face. This is because you can’t conquer what you can not control and or confrontational innuendoes.

Everything That You Perceive, Think, Feel and Focus on changes your Brain

Whatever you focus on , care about and or worry or obsess about becomes the more prominent neurological factor in your brain. Furthermore , everything that you think, feel, decide , do or do not do changes your brain. This is whether you want it to or not.

Then, your default reaction becomes whatever is locked in your mind at that generated interval of time. Then, sometimes you just can’t turn that burning switch off. This is if you don’t take

Your brain does not develop strong synapses which are pathways to experiencing full emotion, unless it begins to see something habitually forming. what you do constantly is what will become wired into your brain neurologically.

Connections that are less active will receive less nerve growth. In turn, your nerves will begin to deteriorate. This is kind of like the idea of plants that don’t have enough fertilizer or water based in them on a daily basis.

When you contemplate on your sufferings, especially your past vulnerability; that you can’t prevent because it already happened. This causes the brain to increasingly focus on the suffering and the pain.

If you rely on the automatic reactions that are embedded in your habitual brain, aka the subconscious mind frame. This therefore, will help you react automatically to new events, new ideas, new pleasures, even if this reaction is denying you in some aspects.

If you train your brain to think about some hurt from the past, it will stay there. This isn’t about ignoring our past, it’s about ignoring the suffering that comes along with our past. What is within your power to change this in order to live to your fullest potential. Cultivate the actions that will move you toward the life that you want. This is by questioning these automatic response actions and turning them into positive thoughts.

You can’t live consciously thinking about your past. Your injustices done to you are done, leave them in the past. If you do you will become miserable. You will feel victimized by yourself, it won’t make you a great life because it can’t and never will.

Whatever you focus on becomes ingrained in your brain and makes your neurologically stronger. You can reshape your brain to respond to whatever it is that you want it to.

Sleep 💤 can actually clean your Brain 🧠

Have you ever realized why you need to sleep? This is not just to survive, your brain actually clears and cleans itself while you sleep.

During sleep the brain actually clears out all of the toxins you have accumulated while you were awake. The cellular structure of the brain changes while your sleeping. One study that was published shows that the brain cells actually shrink during sleep. This therefore, creates gaps between the tissues, allowing the neurological waste to be pushed out and flushed away.

The waste removal system is referred to as the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is found to be ten times more active when a person is sleeping. The brain flushes the waste through the cerebrospinal into a fluid like form. This same fluid is the fluid that brings nutrients to the brain.

Getting enough sleep actually lowers your risk of getting Alzheimer’s. As a topic that many people are aware of , it’s an open discussion that when you do not receive enough sleep your brain can become clouded and increases your risk of Alzheimer’s.

The brain flushes out these proteins during sleep called beta amyloid proteins. If your brain is healthy, these are flushed away, if not it creates a sticky plaque. The plaque is found is many patients who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

Bedtime habits that could harm your brain; neuroscience experts suggest that people who pay better attention to their sleep hygiene are more likely to also focus on their diet and exercise more presciently.

Keeping a smart phone (cell phone) close to your head, emits signals that have the capability of adversely reconstructing brain cells and preventing the process of cleaning out neurotoxins in the body.

The brain needs about 6-8 hours of sleep each night. If getting enough sleep each night is a challenge for you , try and take a twenty minute nap each day.   • When you want to get something, ask yourself if you are getting it in order to give it to others or are you getting it to keep it for yourself. You might think you are getting it to give it to others, but if it is not part of the best gift that you have to give, then focus on getting that which enables you to give more of your best gift instead. Your best gift is the greatest value that you have to offer, because no one else is able to give it like you. It is your unique talent, knowledge or potential.

  • In life, there are many things that come our way which seem to promise us the ability to attain all that we desire. There are various paths that we can create wealth and different opportunities to make a difference in this world. What we all really want ultimately is to be fulfilled. That can only be a result of becoming all that we were meant to be, and doing all that we were meant to do. Everything that we acquire in life is to support us in fulfilling our purpose to the greatest extent.

  • There are many things that we are able to do that will benefit others and ourselves. As long as we are creating value in this world, we will gain value for ourselves as well. Society offers you so many ways to serve and to contribute. You could choose any of those ways and still do good to people. But that is still not good enough, because you were meant for more. You were created with a purpose that only you alone can best fulfill. Your purpose is the area where you can give your greatest gift.
    Just doing what you are good at is not really good enough. You have to do what you are best at. By choosing to give something good that is not really what you are best at, you are depriving the world from the benefit of the best gift you could offer. Therefore, of all the ways that you could choose to serve, pick the one that enables you to live your true potential. Choose opportunities that will unleash your greatest talent. Choose to contribute in a way that allows you to be the best that you can be.

  • When you focus on that one path that supports you in doing your best work, all other opportunities are really distractions. True freedom does not come from being open to all opportunities, but it comes from closing yourself to everything else except what is best for you. When you lock into your purpose, you free yourself to maneuver within it and you free yourself from being distracted by other things. You are free from all other things to focus fully on that one thing.

  • Everything that we get enables us to give even more. We are blessed to be a blessing. We desire to be wealthy so that we can express abundance to others. We want to become more powerful so that we can better empower others. We want to be as happy as we can be so that we can give others as much happiness as we can give. It is all for the expression of who we are to the people we love. We want to express all the love we desire to express by being all the love that we are.
    We can only give what we have, and we can only have more of what we choose to obtain. The things we acquire determines the things we have to give. Therefore if we want to give the best that we can offer, we should choose to acquire those things that enable us to give our best gift. Spend your time in learning the kind of knowledge that enables you to give your best knowledge. Invest in tools and systems that directly make an impact on improving your core business.

  • Success is a matter of focus. You have to focus on what you are taking in and what you are giving out. If you take something that only supports you in contributing at a lesser area, you will have less to contribute in your greatest area. If you focus all your acquiring and contributing in areas that are aligned with your true potential, you will create maximum success in fulfilling your highest purpose. That is why you don’t need to get everything that others are getting, but only that which is best for you to get.
    When seen from the perspective of acquiring in order to contribute, it changes the way we select what things to obtain for ourselves. When we get something of lesser purpose, we may enjoy for the short term, but on the long term we will end up feeling empty. Affecting Probable Outcomes With Your Mind


  • The true nature of time is that it is multidimensional. There are not one but many lanes of time running ahead from the present into the future. All future events are probable and you can affect which probable event manifests with your mind. To do so, you only need to concentrate on the desired outcome of an event. Your mental energy would act to skew the probability of that event happening. This follows the principle of reality being altered to match expectation. By simply concentrating, you can create reality.

  • In quantum theory, any system may be described in terms a wave-function which is made up of a complex superposition of waves, the squared amplitude of each being related to the probability of an individual event occurring. The complete wave-function describes all possible outcomes of that system. Thus the wave-function of a coin-toss will describe the outcomes of heads or tails, with the amplitude of each being equal to the square-root of the fifty percent probability of either turning out as a head or a tail.

  • The problem is that this wave-function describes all the outcomes at once, whereas conscious experience tells us that we will observe only one outcome. This naturally led to the idea that conscious observation somehow affects the system, causing the wave-function to ‘collapse’ into one specific state, which the one we experience. This means that consciousness can actually choose, to some extent, which outcome actually occurs. This is a process which is very much like the concept of psychokinesis.
    Even though we can affect reality with our mind, we may not always be successful in influencing events to turn out the way we intend them to. Nothing is guaranteed from a moment to moment basis although certain events may be guaranteed in their finality. Each time we seek to do intention-manifestation or magical work, we are working with probable outcomes, and the desire one may or may not happen as we wish. We only have to do our best in setting our intent and sending the right energies to create.

  • Man often makes the mistake of becoming too sure of himself when he has achieved a streak of success and feels like he is finally in control of his world. The truth is that control is an illusion, and we can only direct what we wish to happen and let go of the process. The moment we feel we have finally attained true control, that is when our life seems to turn topsy turvy to shift everything out of balance once again. According to the principle of rhythm, nothing is fixed and everything is constantly in fluctuation.
    What we can do is to call upon the divine power in everything we do and never ever think that things are finally stable in the way they are going. Things may be good for some time and then suddenly go the other way, even when we are deliberate creators of our reality. The difference is that we seek to direct things to go in our way more often than not. But this world is still chaotic and chaos will always enter into our lives from time to time. But if good things can turn bad, bad things can turn good.
  • Sometimes prayers produce results. Sometimes they do not. Nothing is infallible. Death is inevitable. What we do with our lives is a matter of as much choice as we can muster, given the limitations of genetics, circumstance, and happenstance. But what matters is that prayers and intent do work at times and as long as we use them, we have more power to create what we want than not using them. Keep using more of that which might work than not at all.
    Most people know that skill or giftedness enters into magical successes, that timing is important, that traditional natural ingredients are preferred, and that personal will and an outpouring of spiritual energy are crucial. But even when everything is done with the strongest of intentions and best of timing and authentic ingredients by a worker of great skill or giftedness, there is still no guarantee of success. It is wonderful when we have a string of successes, but sometimes things may not work for quite a while.

  • Even the greatest golfer sometimes loses. He sometimes loses extensively. No one says that golf is a game of random chance or that the greatest is a fraud just because he cannot win every game. It is the same with magic. Sometimes the environment works well in your favor and other times it doesn’t. This is according to the principle of rhythm. But the good news is things never stay negative for too long, and sometimes when you think something is supposed to turn out negative, it turns out good instead.

  • Learn to expect nothing more from magic than an improvement of your odds. You will sometimes score a startling win or an almost impossible success, but not always. Most people who work with magic on a regular basis think of it as an edge, not as a certain win. But an edge is all you need to make the difference between winning and losing. It is better to have an edge than none at all. To give up using something because it doesn’t work all the time is foolishness. Change tactics but do not stop all of it.
    Magick works by bending probabilities and coincidences in very subtle ways to slowly effect your environment and ultimately provide you with your desired results. If you’re doing a spell to get a new car you may suddenly get a raise and discover you can now afford car payments, or perhaps you may win some money in a lottery.   • It takes a very good reason to alter probabilities in a miraculous way. Every miracle that happens is because there was a very good reason involved. It does not take a lot of mental or spiritual effort. All it takes is a very good reason. The reason is usually because there was no other way out, there was a very great need, and the will of the divine was involved. If keep in mind the reason of things in every moment, we can know what we can do that will most likely work. We can do things effectively whether natural or supernatural, and not in vain by wishful thinking.

Your Energy Level Determines Luck Vibration


  • Many people think that luck is something that is purely random, unpredictable and difficult to control. That is because they do not know what luck really is. When you are able to know the true definition of luck, you can learn the whole science behind this phenomena and gain control over it. Luck is another aspect of your reality and perhaps the most powerful and important one. The more conscious and aware you become of the elements of your reality, the more of a conscious and powerful creator you will be.

  • Your luck is your psychokinetic resonance with the environment you are in. Like everything else, luck is an energy. It is something that is quantifiable not in physical but in nonphysical ways. You can quantify it physically only in terms of its physical manifestations in your life. Luck is dependent on time, place and consciousness. When you are lucky, you are in mental and emotional resonance with your surroundings. When you are unlucky, it is the opposite.
  • The level of resonance is the level of your luck.

  • Luck is also a feeling or emotion because emotion is energy in motion. When you are lucky, you are also feeling lucky. Your feeling is your vibration and therefore you are vibrating luck and feeing it. You feel and experience that everything is working for you when you are lucky. You feel that everything is working against you when you aren’t lucky. A state of vibrational harmony or disharmony with your environment is the whole explanation for this. You are more likely to make careless mistakes, become more accident prone and flop up in some way. When you are feeling high of energy, that is also when your luck vibration is in a high state. You are sharper, clearer and more in the zone. You seem to be able to do amazing things in ways that baffle others to the point that makes you seem very skillful or lucky.

  • Actually luck and skill are one. The more in energetic resonance you are with your environment, the more your skill will work and the luckier you’ll seem. You can always observe that when the best are in action, they always seem to have both their skill and the situation working for them. You can never separate luck from skill because after all, they are both part of the same thing called psychokinetic resonance with the environment. Your skill is your capability of handling the situation which depends on luck.

  • Once you know that luck is an energy, you can depend on it in that manner. You cannot depend on luck that is considered to be random chance occurrence. You can’t depend on such things because they do not exist. A non existent thing cannot be depended upon. Everything that exists is a part of consciousness and can be controlled by consciousness. Therefore luck exist and is fully under your control. Knowing this, you never have to fear of bad luck because you can make all things work in your favor.

  • Since luck is dependent on energy, you have to pay attention to your level of energy in every moment and take charge of it. When you notice that your energy level is low, be more careful with the things you do especially if they are important. You may make mistakes that usually never happen, and wonder how could you be so unlucky or stupid. You may realize that every time you have made careless or stupid mistakes that seem to be like bad luck, it was when your energy level was indeed at a low point.

  • Lack of focus and lack of being adequately present minded also creates bad luck. Do you notice that when you make stupid mistakes in situations, you felt that you were not ready? What do you mean by not being ready? You mean that you weren’t focusing properly or fully enough, and you weren’t being adequately present minded. The first step to controlling luck is to be present minded. If you want to be lucky, you must put your focus in the activity you are doing. Or else you’d create bad luck and mistakes.

  • Your level of focus and placing your mind in the present determines your psychokinetic resonance with the environment. Focusing is how you channel energy towards a particular time and place. When your focus is here, your energy is channeled here and you experience luck here. Where you focus is where you generate luck in. That is why the secret of success is focus. Successful people are lucky people because they have more focus than the unsuccessful and unlucky ones. Focus to be a lucky one.

  • Seek to maintain a high level of energy or vibration at all times. People who experience their luck going up and down throughout the day allow their energy to go up and down. But what is it that attracts the right knowledge to you to act upon at the right time? Also, you never seem to have full knowledge of all the factors affecting the decision that you are taking. There are variables and factors hidden from you. What is it that causes you to make the right decisions, and what causes your decisions to turn out well for you? What is the missing determinant required for success in life? What is this mysterious force or seemingly most elusive variable that affects outcomes? It is Luck.
  • The questions is, can we control luck? Is Luck a Natural Force that we can harness like electricity, magnetism, etc? Why are some people more lucky than others? Why do people’s luck change in certain directions and at certain times? When we begin to understand more about Luck and how it works, we begin to be able to utilize it. Luck is the most powerful force in the universe, because it influences all other forces. Luck is an energy that you can control, harness and direct.
  • Luck is controlled by your alignment of energy.

  • Christianity focuses on the favor of God as the main thing that attracts everything good. The universal way would be to focus on luck to attract all good things and events. Luck is an important factor for winning games. This reality is a game. It is good to have luck on your side. You can control probability with your actions and foreknowledge. But sometimes there are certain probabilities that you may not have knowledge of, or your actions can’t control. Therefore you still need luck to fill in the gaps.
  • An attitude of being lucky requires you to be in a playful, lighthearted and happy state. It’s got to feel easy and light. A lucky state has lightness and ease to it. You can make a game difficult or you can make it easy. Making it difficult causes you to feel stuck constantly. Making it easy enables you to move through the storyline as quickly as you can. Luck and the execution of skill is the full vibrational alignment. Luck and skill seem to be opposite. Skill requires concentration and seriousness.
  • Luck requires relaxation and playfulness. A balance or blend between the two is the perfect state for maximum performance in winning a game. This is one of the secrets of intention and detachment. You have to desire and allow. You have to desire and be clear about your desire, and align your energy and actions with your desire in every way possible.
  • A state of being lucky also enables you to tap into inspiration and information. The luck vibration attracts ideas, knowledge, people, events and everything else that is beneficial to your well-being. The tides of luck are always changing therefore you can influence it to change in your favor. If you can maintain your emotional state towards the positive through the flux of events, you can keep turning luck in your favor or maintain a lucky streak. It doesn’t mean you do not allow your emotional state to sink or dampen with the flow, but you allow it to bounce back up again and be unsinkable. The tide of luck and emotion are one. Whatever you are tuned into more is what you will manifest or attract.
  • Frequency is everything, frequency is what you are. Whatever you feel lighter, more fun, enjoyable and more value fulfilling and more interested about comes to you quicker and more easily. That is why things that are your passion tend to come more quickly, easily and effortless to you. You can’t create what your natural passions are, but you can create the state of luck that attracts everything else that is good for you.
