If you trust your inner guidance, it often leads you to take steps that
are on placement with who you are. After doing this, you will feel
harmony. But, there are times that you want to try new things. Even if
your inner guidance tells you to take the jump, you believe that you
lack self-confidence. Why is this the case?

In this case, you will surely ask yourself, “how do
I develop my self-confidence?”

Before you begin your inner guidance, you have to ensure that you are
in a good mood. Your mood will greatly influence this skill. It is also
best to search for a safe and quiet place where you will never be
disrupted. You also need to prepare a pencil or pen for recording key
ideas.


You have to imagine how good you feel when you receive answers or
turn inward. You also need to know that the longer you drift from
yourself, the farther this may take to learn. It is also your duty to
identify that negativity from the day may require to be released as you
turn inmost.

You need to start slowly. Calm yourself and recognize that you are in
a quiet and safe atmosphere. It is also best to become aware of your
body and let yourself become comfortable and relaxed. You also need
to pay attention to the representations that your mind supplies you.
In some cases, you will know your desires from the images that your
mind provides. Then, jot down all these images for future purposes.


After Turning Your Inner Guide
Take time reading what you have written. Then, you have to apply
principles of rationality to the ideas if they are rational and healthy.
Make sure that you learn how to turn up the volume of your inner
voice. You also need to follow the good ideas that you have developed.
You can also plan to attend any workshop related to learning rational
thinking, solving your emotional problems, relaxation training,
success training, goal setting and many more. Use these workshops to
drive you to your preferred destinations.


Tips for Tapping Your Inner Guidance
There are four simple tips on how to tap your inner guidance. These
simple and effective tips include the following:


 Make Your Life Simpler – Learning inner guidance is like a
radiant light at the core of a garden. If you maintain your
garden organized and clean, you can easily find your center and
perceive the light.
 Open Up Your Space – Using garden as an example, you have to
remove all the weeds. You also need to make your space for
your inner guidance for great communication.
 Calm Your Mind – You have to remove all your worries and try
to keep calm. You will soon find out that your inner guidance
has a soft voice.
 Be Patient – During your first inner guidance, you will hear
different voices. But, you should not lose hope. You just need to
be patience and wait for it to happen.

The Human Soul

“The human Soul: It is the internal control mechanism consisting of a collection of rules and regulations which define the limits within which human behaviour should stay in order to conform to the requirements of interaction with other human beings and the environment in general. It can be considered as a sort of adjudicator of the suitability of activities proposed by the Mind. As stated earlier, the Soul has only an advisory role and its function is restricted to filtering proposals from the Mind by checking them against the framework of rules and regulations which have been accepted by the individual as representing the laws and references according to which the individual wants to adjust his or her behaviour. In other words, that which is called personality or character of an individual is the result of the public demonstration of the internal set of references comprising the individual’s Soul. That is why sometimes one may hear the saying” this person has no Soul” referring to a person who behaves outside of the acceptable norms of the society in which one belongs. The importance of the Soul in the expression of human behaviour is vital and critical. If for whatever reason the references used by the Soul are corrupted or false, or the link of communication between the Soul and the Mind is severed, then human behaviour will be either uncontrolled or will present serious deviation from the generally acceptable behaviour. In the discussion which follows in later chapters of this book, the organisation of references and the integrity of the Soul will be examined in greater detail. The last concept which needs to be defined is the one commonly known as “Consciousness”

Our Mind and Body Are Connected the As If Method

Our mind and body are connected. It’s true. Although many people think that they are separate, they actually hold great influence over each other. When you work on one aspect of self, you impact the other. Let me explain this. Have you ever felt really nervous? I know I have. Your mind may race, and your nerves jangle and these thoughts and feelings manifest on a physical level too. Have you ever experienced that dry mouth and headache when you were nervous and worried about what was to come?


It’s important to understand the mind and body connection. Let’s say you are waiting to be interviewed for a job and you become so nervous and are worried about your abilities. Let’s face it. It’s easy to be plagued by qualms and to start running a negative script in your mind. But think back to that experience, I bet it wasn’t just your mind that was affected but your body too. You may have felt a little nauseous while your tummy did somersaults and maybe, you even started sweating a bit. This proves that your thoughts and your emotions affect you on a physical level.

“If you feel stressed or have unresolved issues, they will only play havoc with your mind and body. If thoughts are negative, you really must identify and resolve them as it could lead to unhealthy behaviors and, you may even find you become unwell or ill. Of course, I am not implying that every single illness or accident that occurs is because of your mindset, but believe me, it plays a significant role. If you can understand this, you will be able to take greater control of your life.


Try thinking of your life as a big jigsaw puzzle, this really worked for me. I looked at each aspect of my life, breaking key elements into smaller pieces. I did this and learned that each part of my life had a significant role to play. When one part didn’t function well, it affected everything else. You cannot ignore the importance of your thoughts and feelings and how they manifest within the physical body.


Repressed memories may suddenly manifest into thoughts. When this happens, these are powerful and can have a far-reaching effect. It is important to deal with repressed emotions and seriously, having awareness gives you an advantage.

“When I was trying out As If, I took the time to think about my learned behaviors, those gleaned through parental advice or, through witnessing behaviors. I also looked at my personal experiences. I did this because when events occur, we react by way of information and experiences, these become reference points for our actions. If you can change these behaviors or experiences, if you can use As If to make your response to any situation more positive, boy, will you notice a significant difference. Simply, it becomes a reference point for your mind.
As If can be used at any time and in any place.


Let’s consider that you have some seriously challenging situations ahead of you. You may feel unconfident and doubtful and in some cases, perhaps that dreaded job interview, you may even be filled with dread. If you can tap into the ‘As If’ system and start to act as if you are confident, your thoughts will naturally become more positive. You’ll visualize strong images of how you want to think and act.
Once you start to feel more confident, your actions become instinctive and learned.”

“You’ll learn to understand your thoughts and be in control, readily identifying the inner two-way communication and making it work for you. Let’s be clear here. Your mind is powerful, and once you tame your thoughts and use your mind in the best way possible, you’ll improve your life.”

“When you are alert and ready for anything in life, your posture is also likely to be good. When you are less than alert or feeling down, you are likely to adopt poor posture. Try adjusting your posture, do it right now, sit up straight and pull those shoulders back. I bet you start to feel better immediately.


There have been many experiments into body language and so this is not me just saying it. Psychologists discovered that emotions may also have a strong connection with specific body postures. During these experiments, people were asked to generate a strong negative emotion – let’s use fear as an example and to place their body in a position that for them, depicted fear. When they had done so, they were asked to remain in this position but to also try to generate happiness, they found it much harder to do so. So, this links body posture to emotions.
It’s impossible to not get stressed from time to time.

We all know that life is stressful at times, but, the lesson of the day is that it’s how you deal with it that is the most important. Have you ever noticed that some people do not seem to react to daily stressors? They just deal with it… right? Think about a time when you have felt highly stressed and perhaps the outcome was not so good. Afterwards, we often have to deal with regret or, kick ourselves when we respond badly, but our responses are fueled by our learned behaviors, our thoughts and feelings. When using body language, breathing techniques and As If, we can change our actions.


If you had to face a similarly difficult situation next time, and used the ‘as if’ process, you would be able to outwardly project very different emotions, feelings and actions and, nip any damaging thoughts in the bud.”

Happiness and the Four Cs

“Find Your Own Type
¶ The first problem of your happiness is to find out what type you are yourself—which you will know after reading this book—and to build your future accordingly.

Knowing and Helping Others
¶ The second is to learn how to analyze others to the end that your relationships with them may be harmonious and mutually advantageous.

Take every individual according to the way he was born, accept him as that kind of mechanism and deal with him in the manner befitting that mechanism. In this way and this only will you be able to impress or to help others.

In this way only will you be able to achieve real success. In this way only will you be able to help your fellowman find the work, the environment and the marriage wherein he can be happy and successful.

¶ To get the maximum of pleasure and knowledge out of this interesting course there are four things to remember as your part of the contract.

¶ Think of what you are reading while you are reading it. Concentration is a very simple thing. The next C is

Observe Carefully
¶ Look at people carefully (but not starefully) when analyzing them. Don’t jump at conclusions. We humans have a great way of twisting facts to fit our conclusion as soon as we have made one. But don’t spend all your time getting ready to decide and forget to decide at all, like the man who was going to jump a ditch. He ran so far back to get a good start each time that he never had the strength to jump when he got there. Get a good start by observing carefully. Then

Decide Confidently
¶ Be sure you are right and then go ahead. Make a decision and make it with the confidence that you are right. If you will determine now to follow this rule it will compel you to follow the first two because, in order to be sure you are right, to be certain you are not misjudging anybody, you will read each rule concentratedly and observe each person carefully beforehand.

“Practise Constantly
¶ “Practice makes perfect.” Take this for your motto if you would become expert in analyzing people. It is one easily followed for you come in contact with people everywhere—at home, amongst your business associates, with your friends and on the street. Remember you can only benefit from a thing as you use it. A car that you never took out of the garage would be of no value to you. So get full value out of this course by using it at all times.”

¶ The individual is seldom conscious of these habitual acts of his, much less of where he got them. The nearest he comes is to say he “got it from his father” or “she takes it from grandmother.” But where did grandmother get it?
Man No Mystery
¶ Science has taken the trouble to investigate and today we know not only where grandmother got it but what she did with it. She got it along with her size, shape and structure—in other words, from her type—and she did just what you and everybody else does with his type-characteristics. She acted in accordance with her type just as a canary sings like a canary instead of talking like a parrot, and just as a rose gives off rose perfume instead of violet.

The Hold of Habit
¶ Look around you in shop, office, field or home and you will find that the quick, alert, impulsive man is acting quickly, alertly and impulsively most of the time. Nothing less than a calamity slows him

“down and then only temporarily; while the slow, patient, mild and passive individual is acting slowly, patiently, mildly and passively in spite of all goads. Some overwhelming passion or crisis may speed him up momentarily but as soon as it fades he reverts to his old slow habits.

Significance of Fat, Bone and Muscle
¶ Human Analysis is the new science which shows you how to recognize the slow man, the quick man, the stubborn man, the yielding man, the leader, the learner, and all other basic kinds of men on sight from the shape, size and structure of their bodies.

Certain bodily shapes indicate predispositions to fatness, leanness, boniness, muscularity and nervousness, and this predisposition is so much a part of the warp and woof of the individual that he can not disguise it. The urge given him by this inborn mechanism is so strong as to be practically irresistible. Every experience of his life calls forth some kind of reaction and invariably the reaction will be similar, in every vital respect, to the reactions of other people who have bodies of the same general size, shape and structure as his own.”

Understanding Yourself as well as others!


¶ So long as you live in a civilized or thickly populated community you will still need to understand your own nature and the natures of other people. No matter what you desire of life, other people’s aims, ambitions and activities constitute vital obstructions along your pathway. You will never get far without the co-operation, confidence and comradeship of other men and women.

Primitive Problems
¶ It was not always so. And its recentness in human history may account for some of our blindness to this great fact.

In primitive times people saw each other rarely and had much less to do with each other. The human element was then not the chief problem. Their environmental problems had to do with such things as the elements, violent storms, extremes of heat and cold, darkness, the ever-present menace of wild beasts whose flesh was their food, yet who would eat them first unless they were quick in brain and body.

Civilization’s Changes
¶ But all that is changed. Man has subjugated all other creatures and now walks the earth its supreme sovereign. He has discovered and invented and builded until now we live in skyscrapers, talk around the world

Causes of Failure
¶ Yet with all our knowledge of the outside world ninety-nine lives out of every hundred are comparative failures.

¶ The reason is plain to every scientific investigator. We have failed to study ourselves in relation to the great environmental problem of today. The stage-setting has been changed but not the play. The game is the same old game—you must adjust and adapt yourself to your environment or it will destroy you.

Mastering His Own Environment
¶ The cities of today look different from the jungles of our ancestors and we imagine that because the brain of man overcame the old menaces no new ones have arisen to take their place. We no longer fear extermination from cold. We turn on the heat. We are not afraid of the vast oceans which held our primitive forebears in thrall, but pass swiftly, safely and luxuriously over their surfaces. And soon we shall be breakfasting in New York and dining the same evening in San Francisco!

Facing New Enemies
¶ But in building up this stupendous superstructure of modern civilization man has brought into being a society

And this fellowman of ours has multiplied, since that dim distant dawn, into almost two billion human beings, with at least one billion of them after the very things you want, and not a tenth enough to go around!

Adapt or Die
¶ Who will win? Nature answers for you. She has said with awful and inexorable finality that, whether you are a blade of grass on the Nevada desert or a man in the streets of London, you can win only as you adapt yourself to your environment. Today our environmental problem consists largely of the other fellow. Only those who learn to adapt themselves to their fellows can win great or lasting rewards.”

Improving Your Mental Health With the Right Food and Sleep

What’s key to understand here is that it’s not just our thoughts that lead to these changes, just as important is our biology and lifestyle. Our bodies and minds are in a tightly linked cycle of activity.

For instance, when you eat, there is an increase in serotonin. Why? Because foods especially carbs , contain an amino acid called tryptophan. When blood sugar increases, the body responds by releasing insulin. This triggers the glucose from the blood to be used for activity or stored as fat. However, tryptophan does not get absorbed as such. This remains in the blood stream. This then gets circulated into the brain which then becomes serotonin. This is because tryptophan is a precursor or building block for serotonin.

This is why our moods tend to increase when we have eaten, this then results in the release of ghrelin to signal that one is getting fuller, to prevent you from over eating.

Later on , that serotonin converts into melatonin the sleep hormone. That melatonin reduces activity in the brain and this then triggers the release of other inhibitory neurotransmitters like GABA.

Did you know that darkness also is a release of melatonin? Meanwhile, the longer you begin to stay awake, adenosine, another inhibitory transmitter; builds up in the brain. This is partly what gives us brain fog, because is is by product of the energy process used in brain cells.

What all this means is that after a long day and a very big meal, you are sure to be getting more tired and find it harder to wake up and do something. That’s not you being lazy or disinterested, that’s the biology of your brain.

Now, let’s say we want to wake ourselves back up, what do we do? Sunlight triggers the release of cortisol, which along with nitric oxide will help to wake us up. This is another reason why we should avoid looking at phone screens when we are getting ready for bed. Jumping in a cold shower would definitely wake you up! This stimulates the release of epinephrine, norepinephrine, testosterone and more! This will wake you up and make you much more focused. It is the adrenaline that causes the hairs to stand up on your body.

Loud noises can create enough shock to wake you up, and so to can hunger. When we are hungry we have low serotonin in our brains 🧠. This increases cortisol , the stress hormone. That’s why we get anxious when we’re hungry and why some people get hangry.

Also useful is to know that you can use your body to calm stress. You can even eliminate panic attacks. That’s because our sympathetic nervous system, which controls our fight our flight response as well as our opposites rest and digest response; is tightly linked with breathing and heart rate. When you breathe quickly it makes you more stressed and increases your heart rate.

Breathing deeply is one of the best ways to calm anxiety. If you breathe more deeply and more heavily, this helps to encourage a much calmer response and puts you more in the rest and digest state.

What’s most important of all though is your mental energy, that you are in the right shape and have the right diet for yourself. This will transform the performance of your brain, by drastically increasing the ability to create neurotransmitters as needed. Also, by increasing the amount of energy your brain receives.

One way to do this is to consider using some form of a multivitamin tablet. This should contain vitamins like B12 and B6. These are used to supply the brain with energy, as well as to create a large number of neurotransmitters. Also used in the creation of neurotransmitters and hormones are vitamin D , vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, and more. If you make sure you are receiving these in your diet, then you will find it easy to feel the switch from being highly focused to relaxed and creative and you will find the brain lasts longer before getting tired.

Also particularly important is choline, which is a precursor for acetylcholine found in eggs. This can help improve your sensory perception, your alertness and your memory all at the same time. Amino acids found in protein are also critical for a wide range of neurotransmitters.

Other nutrients that are very important are those that improve the energy and function of the brain. Any vasodilators for instance, such as garlic, will help get more oxygen and blood to the brain, helping you to stay alert longer. What Does Being Lovable Look Like

To love yourself begins with feeling secure with who you are. It is also about who you are becoming. You do not need permission from others, to flourish. It is to know yourself and your self worth. Know what you care about and know what you stand for. This is to be aware of your thoughts, feelings and perceptions. Your ability to say no is now in place.

You now have developed physical and sexual boundaries to help you feel safe.  You are now able to prioritize your decision making process. This informs you about who you can be vulnerable with and who you must avoid.

You know that when you make a mistake , it does not make you a mistake. You know where you end and others begin. This also frees up to know that what you feel is not what someone else feels. Also what someone else thinks is not necessarily what you think.

You have become compassionate with yourself and supportive of your own endeavors. You enjoy traveling and adventure, where you learn and grow and have these unexpected moments.

You began to learn , explore and think for yourself. You say what you mean and you mean what you say, you stick to your word. You will apologize if you do not and rectify the situation at hand.

You see yourself accurately not worse, nor better than you are, but just as you are. You know who you are, what you prefer, what your needs are and what your interested in. You also express these preferences by the way of choices that you make.

You begin to do what you say your going to do, even if the commitment is only to yourself. You develop an appropriate trust with yourself and others over time. Your not overly trusting, just the right amount.

You give and receive love and care as well as respect, consistently.  Also without having to be told. You behave according to your values. About, what it means to be a person, the person you want to be.

You know that you are responsible for your own happiness, you begin to weigh the consequences of actions on yourself and then on others. You tell the truth and your okay if someone else does not like this.

Your compassionate, empathetic and kind to others. This does not mean that you are a people pleaser. You begin to express what you want without any form of manipulation.  You do this without responding with the silent treatment, or with aggression or passive aggressiveness.

As you probably know energy affects you more than you realize. Science has proven that everything in our universe is made of the same energy. But, How does it apply to me? Remember a time when you spoke to someone or encountered something or someone who was angry , stressed, anxious, or in a bad mood? what happened after? Chances are you began to feel it, maybe in your stomach, your heart or your head. It affected you somehow, it does not begin to stop there.

Sometimes you will begin to carry that energy throughout your day, and it ends up affecting everything you do. It will also begin to affect everyone you encounter. You bring it from one direction to the next, you might bring it home. It has a ripple effect and that it just one tiny example. Know that even a complete stranger can affect your life through just energy alone.

There is also a lucky and unlucky phenomenon where if you have ever had a lucky day, one where everything went right. One after another? Almost as if the stars were lined up and conspiring in your favor?

Have you ever had a bad day, where everything just went wrong and it just kept on piling up. All you wanted was to curl into a ball and hide from the world? It is not a coincidence that when these things begin to happen they are controlled by your energy circuits.

Your energy is more power than your thoughts and your emotions. The invisible thing that controls your mood is your energy. It controls everything. It is the one thing that most people do not focus on because they do not see it with their naked eye! Have you ever heard the saying (“Out of Sight, Out of Mind”)

When your energy and person vibration is high, most obstacles and challenges do not even appear , you begin to skip them. The ones that do appear, you are just able to handle them- maybe magically?

When your energy and personal vibration is low- then the pandoras box of negativity, fear, and unwanted scenarios come flooding into your life- and even the “smallest things” tend to bother you!

Going through dark times is terrible, you need to know how to get rid of these limiting beliefs, emotions and actions that are dragging you down.  Within minutes you can become aware of mastering your energy fields. Your logical mind begins catching up with your negative thinking and thats what makes you aware of this and you feel much better afterward, However; you must be aware!!

When Everything flows, When chosen the right vibration and energy for myself for others, miracles being to happen several times a day! If you are dealing with this and you ask for signs, you will end up receiving the higher frequencies of self love and abundance. Sometimes when your in the right frequencies , what you desire the most finds its way to you effortlessly.

You have the physical body and you also have the energetic body and its a complex system. The energetic system is vast and extremely complex. Here are some of the basic  ones to remember for now. In our physical body we have physical organs. You have energetic organs which are known as chakras. Chakras affect you more than you know. They affect your emotions, mood, experiences, health and well being finances and relationships.

For physical bodies there are energetic toxins. Energetic toxins can come through internally or externally. We have physical skin, we also have energetic skin. Energetic skin would be the aura. Aura, depending on how sensitive you are, absorbs what it comes in contact with , just like our skin would.

We then have physical senses= 8 spiritual & energetic senses. This is like our five senses. ( sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.) Our energetic senses help us make sense and decipher the invisible energy. Most of the biggest pain and struggle people experience is because they do not know how to take care of their energetic bodies.

Every painful and traumatic experience you have ever had since you were a child had a tremendous impact on you and its still affecting you and holding you back. It is a compounding affect. When you have energy that is stuck, your problems will keep reoccurring over and over again , and you wont be able to fully move forward regardless of how hard you are trying. If you have energy blocks in your system, there is an energetic blue print, to keep you from moving forward.

Heres how it occurs, the painful experience will happen and the energy from that initially gets stored in your energetic body. Then the initial energy that was stored in your body from these painful experiences eventually turn into energetic patterns.

These energetic patterns keep you stuck, and cause you to keep re-experiencing the same problem over and over and over again. Unless you are able to remove the deeply – rooted energetic blocks that are stuck in your body. ( Sometimes on a deep cellular level ), You will be stuck where you are, and you wont be able to fully move forward.

Energy can get trapped, in auric fields, from day to day living, in chakras- from your own pain or from trauma others inflict upon you. In the actual organs, from internal to external sources. In karmic and energetic timelines. In DNA and Cellular levels – passed on from ancestors and generational trauma.

Lets use chakras as an example, its one of the hidden energetic systems that flows within our bodies and affects everything in our lives from our careers to relationships to inner peace.

Your crown chakra – has to do with spirituality, intuition, and purpose of work. So, if you are having issues in that area, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your crown chakra.

Your third eye chakra- has to do with absorbing peoples energy, and tuning. Being able to tune into the energetic world. If you are sensitive to other peoples energies, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your third eye chakra.

Your throat chakra has to do with speaking, your truth and confidence, and communication. So, if you are having communication issues, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your throat chakra.

Your heart chakra- has to do with love and self love. If you have a hard time loving yourself, or you keep attracting toxic people into your life, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your heart chakra.

Your solar plexus chakra- also called the power center, has to do with wisdom, self esteem, self worth and personal power. If you have a hard time standing up for yourself, or standing in your power , theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your solar plexus chakra.

Your root chakra- has to do with career, being grounded, and material abundance. If you have issues with money, abundance or staying grounded, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your root chakra.

Fear and how to deal with it , recognize you control your responses

Fear begins with a thought 💭. Whatever we think repeatedly becomes a part of us. The scripture says “As he thinks in his heart, he shall become.” If you allow fearful thoughts to come into your heart and mind, you will have those fearful thoughts. They will begin to control how you act.

It is true that as an example, if you are so interested in something that it is all you think about, most likely it will become your overall life aka career and hobby. Or at least one of your main hobbies. You could be great at a lot of things, however; this is losing the point of how we overcome fear, and how to deal with it. We need to guard our minds, choosing carefully which thoughts we accept and reject.

In the trials of life, you decide what your responses will be , no one else can do that for you. When you panic you have two choices either to calm down or to have an anxiety attack. Now, to panic means you are overcome by sudden fear. However, you are not able to overcome this, you overcame it already, because you are a strong courageous individual.

Instead you stay the course, you meet fear face to face. This is because you can’t conquer what you can not control and or confrontational innuendoes.

What it is and how it’s Possible to Live Consciously

It’s understanding that these smallest moments that we encounter will shape your path. Deliberately responding to a life note so then nearly reacting to it.

How you support yourself in challenging times. How you acquire and care for your living space, all of these small moments add up to the day that you are having.

This then therefore becomes the total of you week, your month and then your yearly activities. It all matters because it is your life!

Consciously living doesn’t arrive by chance, it doesn’t arrive because some time has passed by. It begins with the efforts and decisions you make each and every moment. This will then move you towards your empowered life.

When you begin to move out of those same patterns of behavior, that you created for yourself over and over again; you embrace your conscious choices. This is the path to your own centered belief system. Even if this path begins to turn you away from what you thought you should have been doing.

You begin to become aware of the aspects that your truth holds , which debilitate you to move forward in the right directions.

You begin developing new ways of responding to your world around you. This is expressed and aligned with the truest version of your own self.

You begin to seek new choices and new paths to self expressionism. Your mission now is to seek help and find people who will help you along this journey to express yourself.

You begin to feel comfortable with expressing who you are and you embrace that taking care of yourself is your number one priority. You now have patience and empathy for yourself.

When you are unaware of everything, it means to be living in a conditioned state that allows you to live in impulse. This is to live according to your conditioning of your past. Maybe because you haven’t switched the subconscious blue prints just yet. You begin to hide from intimacy in relationships or with friends and you are very vunerable so even if per say someone dangerous to your well being came around, you would befriend that person.

You need to embrace and love yourself , consciously living is to find the journey of discovering the best you , to value, to love and to restore your true self to the world and most importantly to yourself.

You are not free of control here, so everyone who is a control freak do not worry! It states that you are aware of its powers and practices and it gives and it releases yourself from it’s constrains.

Accepting others with sympathy and understanding , and extending these people with self respect , morale and decency.

You will do this for you , not for anyone else. How you respond to others to is to be awake and alive not that your responsibility to them is you own, that your self righteousness steps up in helping people when they are down or need a hand.

Recognize, pursue, try to develop, work hard at it, support, recommend, and value highly and hold dear the people that love you. As well as knowing that each of us seems to live a life that’s as true to our expressionist selves as we perhaps can.

Affecting Probable Outcomes With Your Mind


  • The true nature of time is that it is multidimensional. There are not one but many lanes of time running ahead from the present into the future. All future events are probable and you can affect which probable event manifests with your mind. To do so, you only need to concentrate on the desired outcome of an event. Your mental energy would act to skew the probability of that event happening. This follows the principle of reality being altered to match expectation. By simply concentrating, you can create reality.

  • In quantum theory, any system may be described in terms a wave-function which is made up of a complex superposition of waves, the squared amplitude of each being related to the probability of an individual event occurring. The complete wave-function describes all possible outcomes of that system. Thus the wave-function of a coin-toss will describe the outcomes of heads or tails, with the amplitude of each being equal to the square-root of the fifty percent probability of either turning out as a head or a tail.

  • The problem is that this wave-function describes all the outcomes at once, whereas conscious experience tells us that we will observe only one outcome. This naturally led to the idea that conscious observation somehow affects the system, causing the wave-function to ‘collapse’ into one specific state, which the one we experience. This means that consciousness can actually choose, to some extent, which outcome actually occurs. This is a process which is very much like the concept of psychokinesis.
    Even though we can affect reality with our mind, we may not always be successful in influencing events to turn out the way we intend them to. Nothing is guaranteed from a moment to moment basis although certain events may be guaranteed in their finality. Each time we seek to do intention-manifestation or magical work, we are working with probable outcomes, and the desire one may or may not happen as we wish. We only have to do our best in setting our intent and sending the right energies to create.

  • Man often makes the mistake of becoming too sure of himself when he has achieved a streak of success and feels like he is finally in control of his world. The truth is that control is an illusion, and we can only direct what we wish to happen and let go of the process. The moment we feel we have finally attained true control, that is when our life seems to turn topsy turvy to shift everything out of balance once again. According to the principle of rhythm, nothing is fixed and everything is constantly in fluctuation.
    What we can do is to call upon the divine power in everything we do and never ever think that things are finally stable in the way they are going. Things may be good for some time and then suddenly go the other way, even when we are deliberate creators of our reality. The difference is that we seek to direct things to go in our way more often than not. But this world is still chaotic and chaos will always enter into our lives from time to time. But if good things can turn bad, bad things can turn good.
  • Sometimes prayers produce results. Sometimes they do not. Nothing is infallible. Death is inevitable. What we do with our lives is a matter of as much choice as we can muster, given the limitations of genetics, circumstance, and happenstance. But what matters is that prayers and intent do work at times and as long as we use them, we have more power to create what we want than not using them. Keep using more of that which might work than not at all.
    Most people know that skill or giftedness enters into magical successes, that timing is important, that traditional natural ingredients are preferred, and that personal will and an outpouring of spiritual energy are crucial. But even when everything is done with the strongest of intentions and best of timing and authentic ingredients by a worker of great skill or giftedness, there is still no guarantee of success. It is wonderful when we have a string of successes, but sometimes things may not work for quite a while.

  • Even the greatest golfer sometimes loses. He sometimes loses extensively. No one says that golf is a game of random chance or that the greatest is a fraud just because he cannot win every game. It is the same with magic. Sometimes the environment works well in your favor and other times it doesn’t. This is according to the principle of rhythm. But the good news is things never stay negative for too long, and sometimes when you think something is supposed to turn out negative, it turns out good instead.

  • Learn to expect nothing more from magic than an improvement of your odds. You will sometimes score a startling win or an almost impossible success, but not always. Most people who work with magic on a regular basis think of it as an edge, not as a certain win. But an edge is all you need to make the difference between winning and losing. It is better to have an edge than none at all. To give up using something because it doesn’t work all the time is foolishness. Change tactics but do not stop all of it.
    Magick works by bending probabilities and coincidences in very subtle ways to slowly effect your environment and ultimately provide you with your desired results. If you’re doing a spell to get a new car you may suddenly get a raise and discover you can now afford car payments, or perhaps you may win some money in a lottery. Whenever you use magick to help achieve your desires, the universe decides the details of how to obtain it for you. Magic is the work of affecting probable outcomes with your mind.

  • We can alter probabilities with our mind to shift space time events. Although anything is possible, it doesn’t mean we can anyhow depend on magical thinking to get what we want. We still have to take the natural path of action and play according to the rules of the game.
  • It takes a very good reason to alter probabilities in a miraculous way. Every miracle that happens is because there was a very good reason involved. It does not take a lot of mental or spiritual effort. All it takes is a very good reason. The reason is usually because there was no other way out, there was a very great need, and the will of the divine was involved. If keep in mind the reason of things in every moment, we can know what we can do that will most likely work. We can do things effectively whether natural or supernatural, and not in vain by wishful thinking.

Taking Action with Internal and External Action!


The best kind of action to take is one where there is internal and external alignment with yourself and the universe. Many people find it such a struggle when they try to do certain things or they feel so empty after doing it. That is because when we do things that is not in alignment with our true selves, it is not empowered by life or spirit. Everything that we do is meant to be an expression of the universe doing it through us. It is all about alignment and when you have it, you will act in harmony with yourself.


There are two aspects of alignment which are internal and external. They may not always exist together at the same time but may come one after the other. The moment there is internal and external alignment, you will have the desire as well as the opportunity to take action. Things will be in a flow because the universe is both guiding you from within as well as making the way open for you from without so that everything you do will be a joy and the results will come to you naturally in divine timing and order.


Internal alignment is when you have the desire to move in a certain direction. You are inspired to take a certain action and the idea of it makes you passionate about it. We are all here to do what brings us joy because joy is the expression of our being. We came into this world for a purpose and when we find what brings us joy, we find our purpose. The joy or desire in us is the direction of the universe that tells us what we’re here to do. When you have internal alignment you can go ahead and act upon it.
External alignment is when we observe open doors and synchronicities that show up in our lives. They seem to be messages from the universe telling us where it wants us to go. What you desire is never too far away from you to get. It is usually right before you if you can recognize it and step right into it. We tend to think that the way has not shown up yet, but it could very well be that if we take the way that is before us, it will lead us to the main path that will bring us to the highway of all our dreams fulfilled.
Opportunities multiply when taken. Everything that is available for us in the moment is enough. When we think that something is lacking, we create the reality of lack as we fail to make use of what God has already provided in the present. When we perceive the all sufficiency of the universe as the nature of things, we create the reality of no limitation as we appreciate and enjoy what we already have access to. Walk one path and you will see many more paths open up before you giving you greater freedom.


Internal alignment is always more important than external alignment. There are times when you find yourself before a closed door and so it seems that the universe is stopping you from getting what you want. But if your desire is so strong that you really want to get through that door, then you can go ahead and break it down. It is the universe inspiring you to make a way by driving you to persevere through and keep trying until you overcome the resistance and win the acceptance by your unfailing love.


There are also times when a seemingly great opportunity arises and tries to make you think that you need to take it. No matter how much external forces try to convince you that you will miss out a lot if you do not go for it, do not listen unless your heart is clear about it. You are just wasting your time if you go for something just because you think you might get something out of it, when you are not really inspired to do so. When there is no internal alignment, you do not have to walk through the open door.
There could also be situations where you are internally driven to achieve something but the door before you is closed. You may not really need to get through that door but you could shift doors and find those that are open. In this case, the universe wants you to move in a certain direction but through certain doors that it has open for you. The universe is never limited and if you see yourself as unlimited, you will find that to be true as you allow yourself to move to the open doors where your desires are found.


Internal and external alignment can happen one after another. So when you face a closed door but your desire to pass through it is not strong enough to break it down, then you don’t have to. The universe is directing you to wait until the right time comes where the door will open for you. In that case, don’t walk away from that door but stay ready to enter when it finally opens. Too often we walk away from places that we are drawn to just because the door isn’t open yet. Stay with your heart at all times.
Sometimes there is an open door but you have no desire to enter yet. When the time comes and we are ready for it, we will recognize it is what we’re looking for and that’s when we have the desire to enter it. Such is the case when there is a life purpose or a life partner waiting for us but we don’t recognize it until the perfect time comes. The universe is always directing us through our heart’s desire in every moment. When we’re ready, the desire will come to move us to where we’re meant to be at the right time.


There are also times when you face a closed door where you so strongly desire to get through, but no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to break it down. In that case, it is not meant to be broken down yet. Trust that the universe works with internal and external alignment and therefore if something is meant for you to have, the door will open for you in divine timing. These are the most challenging situations for you to keep taking inspired action and strengthening your sense of self in the process.


It is really about the balance of internal and external alignment for things to flow, and the dynamics of the two are always changing from moment to moment. The external alignment you get will be feedback to your internal alignment, therefore all alignment is really internal alignment. When God has chosen you to do something, he gives you the desire for it and also make a way for you to do it. He will also inspire you with the belief that it is possible. All you have to do is to align with his creation through you.
