Who Needs Chakra Balancing and Why?

Who Needs Chakra Balancing? Your Chakra Energies May be out of balance. The higher consciousness, the vibrations, and the energies accelerate to release any stagnation in your body or your (being). 


However, the releasing process can be gentle or intense depending on the agenda of your soul and the degree to which you resist the process. Distortion in Space and Time: If your material 3-D awareness is constantly shifting into and out of different dimensions, it might be the sign that your Chakras need to be balanced. The effect is characterized by spatial, temporal bodily disorientation.
 This describes a situation where an individual loses track of space and time, i.e. inability to tell where and when you are. Generally, this is a temporary phenomenon and only lasts until you are able to adjust, integrate and also ground the new vibration energies.


 Aches and Pains


 Aches and pains are great signs that our energy flow is not balanced. It makes us aware of our energy flow, and more importantly, where the energy is not flowing. This is a direct feedback from the body trying to tell us what might be going on ‘in there.’ The higher consciousness, the vibrations as well as the energies tend to flow throughout the body. However, as they move to the places in the body and mind where the blocks (old stuck and stagnant energies) are held, it feels like pain and aches. This is felt in the form of headaches and flu symptoms among others. This is just a sign that your physical body is struggling to release the toxins and the negativity held inside. So, these symptoms are actually normal. The pain and ache disappear once you are done with the healing work and all the blocks are completely released. 


Dreaming and Sleeping 


The ‘dream time” is the time when most of your issues (the once accumulated over a lifetime) are processed through the subconscious mind. These dreams are at times vivid, sexual, violent, otherworldly, perverse, non-sensical, bizarre, nightmarish and at times even alien. Actually, anything your mind can imagine, it can also dream it. The catch is that your mind is only able to use the metaphors, images, and symbols that have been programmed into its “computer bank.” Although such images may not necessarily follow the past events, they are actually the best approximation of your mind’s interpretation of them. It is not really important for your conscious ego mind to waste energy trying to make sense of the details and the storyline of the events since it is just the result of the processing of the energies behind them. Sleeping is just one of many ways our conscious ego-mind copes when overwhelmed emotionally or energetically.


 The same can be said of the higher consciousness. In the process of healing, the energies and vibrations are experienced. These stir up many unresolved issues; this results in fatigue and the feeling of lethargic. During this time, the conscious ego mind (the part of your mind and energies that wants to energize and rationalize) is put on hold to sleep. This allows you to process on the deeper levels of the soul. This continues until your subconscious mind process to the point of saturation when it can take no more. At this point, the ego-mind goes on hold, and the conscious mind takes over as you wake up. 


The Exaggerated Sensitivity 


Any form of healing is associated with the tremendous amount of energy (both physical and psychic). If in the process you are subjected to additional stimulation, it is like adding fuel to the fire. It is, therefore, possible that you may experience exaggerated sensitivity to your surroundings to the extent that you become intolerant or get overwhelmed by the external stimulation of any kind. This could be music, random noise, the TV, traffic of any kind, the light (bright or multicolored), smell, touch, texture, and jarring movements among others.

It is advisable to take a break whenever feeling “fed-up.” Consider engaging in an activity that allows you to process your stuff in peace. Consider exercising at the gym, taking a walk in the park or even leisurely drive. You can also consider camping, touring a park or traveling for a holiday. Just consider something that works best for you, even if it means staying in your room to sleep. Relationship to Food As the higher consciousness, the vibrations and the energies move through your cellular biological and emotional system; there is the likelihood that issues related to your diet may arise. This includes the cellular memories of the feasts and famines.

You may find yourself fixated on emotionally charged comfort foods, experience mood swings characterized by unusual cravings and even loss of appetite. Actually, your body is just trying to adjust and balance. It is important to avoid fighting it back or even judging. In reality, processing of the higher energies is accomplished with a lot of nutritional support. This results in changes manifested through the body emotions and the mind. This is why you should be gentle with yourself. So, if you are experiencing weight gain, it may be an indicator that you are still holding on something which could be emotion, vibrational, energetic or mental. The healing steps that you must continue with include healthy diet, exercising and drinking plenty of water.


 The Worst Case Scenarios 


It is possible that you find yourself in situations that you feared the most. This is something you only thought was a nightmare. In this case, we refer to it as the worst case scenario. Let’s say you are fired, and you have no alternative, with no savings in your accounts, your car is repossessed, your spouse runs away with the kids, you lose your home to auctioneers, someone you love gets a terminal disease, you are raped, there is death in the family, or anything worse you can imagine happens.

None of the above scenarios is pretty. However, they are challenges that can face you, and if they do, you have to deal with them. Whether you come out of it stronger or weaker will depend on you. It is not something you wish to happen, but what is the way out if it does? Well, I suggest you find a better way of dealing with the situation so that you emerge stronger.

Abandoned Lost and Lonely

Have you ever had a strong feeling of not belonging somewhere? This is when you feel isolated, alienated, estranged and maybe misunderstood. You may feel like you don’t fit in your workplace, your home, community or culture. It can be even worse when you feel like you are done with life. There is nothing else left for you to accomplish other than death. This is when the thought of suicide creeps in. You need to understand that your life is not an accident in any way. In fact, you are alive for profound reasons. The completion of these reasons may take many years if not your entire lifetime. So, when it appears like life is empty and bleak, find ways to remain patient and hang on. Seek help from Chakra balancing. This is a temporary phase that shifts the moment you go deeper with the help of Chakra balancing. 


Feeling Dazed and Confused 


This is a phase in life when you feel spaced out; it may be characterized by muddled and confused speech, and difficulty in remembering things. You even feel like you are going insane and may wonder if you have some serious mental illness. Actually, it is not what you think. This spacey sensation is only an indicator that contrary to what you think, your mind is actually opening up and expanding into new and much more liberated ways of thinking, feeling and being. In fact, you are only starting to experience reality outside what is known as the box of the 3rd dimension.

This is actually a good thing, only that you are not used to it. Medically speaking, the speech and memory are all functions of the left hemisphere of the brain. This hemisphere is also associated with worldly, horizontal and linear rational thinking. However, the higher vibrational energies are likely to activate the right hemisphere more. The right hemisphere is associated with the spiritual, vertical, transcendent and irrational ‘feelings.’ When creating a balance between the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere, you are likely to experience some temporary diversion or the shift of the energies. This shifts the attention from the dominant side of the brain to a more dormant side. The memory and speech return to normal as soon as the two sides are balanced.

or thing. It also pertains to the actual existence. Ultimate reality, on
the other hand, refers to those things that exist at its deepest. Your

unconscious or highly systematic. It is structured and controls your
life.


Your understanding of reality works as a filter and monitor incoming
sensory signals. It also undergirds what you do with your life, what
you believe in, what you think and feel and much more.
Why Do You Need to Understand Reality?


An accurate understanding of reality is vital to human being. It helps
you reconcile the diverse and conflicting claims of the secular world,
modern science and religious faith. It also integrates multiple
dimensions of your life, faith, thought and systematic framework that

Altered States of Consciousness without drugs

“Although the use of psychoactive drugs can easily and profoundly change our experience of consciousness, we can also—and often more safely—alter our consciousness without drugs. These altered states of consciousness are sometimes the result of simple and safe activities, such as sleeping, watching television, exercising, or working on a task that intrigues us. In this section we consider the changes in consciousness that occur through hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and meditation, as well as through other non-drug-induced mechanisms.

“Changing Behavior Through Suggestion: The Power of Hypnosis


Franz Anton Mesmer (1734–1815) was an Austrian doctor who believed that all living bodies were filled with magnetic energy. In his practice, Mesmer passed magnets over the bodies of his patients while telling them their physical and psychological problems would disappear. The patients frequently lapsed into a trancelike state (they were said to be “mesmerized”) and reported feeling better when they awoke (Hammond, 2008). [1]


Although subsequent research testing the effectiveness of Mesmer’s techniques did not find any long-lasting improvements in his patients, the idea that people’s experiences and behaviors could be changed through the power of suggestion has remained important in psychology. James Braid, a Scottish physician, coined the term hypnosis in 1843, basing it on the Greek word for sleep (Callahan, 1997). [2]

“Hypnosis is a trance-like state of consciousness, usually induced by a procedure known as hypnotic induction, which consists of heightened suggestibility, deep relaxation, and intense focus (Nash & Barnier, 2008). [3] Hypnosis became famous in part through its use by Sigmund Freud in an attempt to make unconscious desires and emotions conscious and thus able to be considered and confronted (Baker & Nash, 2008). [4]


Because hypnosis is based on the power of suggestion, and because some people are more suggestible than others, these people are more easily hypnotized. Hilgard (1965) [5] found that about 20% of the participants he tested were entirely unsusceptible to hypnosis, whereas about 15% were highly responsive to it. The best participants for hypnosis are people who are willing or eager to be hypnotized, who are able to focus their attention and block out peripheral awareness, who are open to new experiences, and who are capable of fantasy (Spiegel, Greenleaf, & Spiegel, 2005). [6]

“People who want to become hypnotized are motivated to be good subjects, to be open to suggestions by the hypnotist, and to fulfill the role of a hypnotized person as they perceive it (Spanos, 1991). [7] The hypnotized state results from a combination of conformity, relaxation, obedience, and suggestion (Fassler, Lynn, & Knox, 2008). [8] This does not necessarily indicate that hypnotized people are “faking” or lying about being hypnotized. Kinnunen, Zamansky, and Block (1994) [9] ”

“used measures of skin conductance (which indicates emotional response by measuring perspiration, and therefore renders it a reliable indicator of deception) to test whether hypnotized people were lying about having been hypnotized. Their results suggested that almost 90% of their supposedly hypnotized subjects truly believed that they had been hypnotized.

“One common misconception about hypnosis is that the hypnotist is able to “take control” of hypnotized patients and thus can command them to engage in behaviors against their will. Although hypnotized people are suggestible (Jamieson & Hasegawa, 2007), [10] they nevertheless retain awareness and control of their behavior and are able to refuse to comply with the hypnotist’s suggestions if they so choose (Kirsch & Braffman, 2001). [11] In fact, people who have not been hypnotized are often just as suggestible as those who have been (Orne & Evans, 1965). [12]

“Another common belief is that hypnotists can lead people to forget the things that happened to them while they were hypnotized. Hilgard and Cooper (1965)[13] investigated this question and found that they could lead people who were very highly susceptible through hypnosis to show at least some signs of posthypnotic amnesia (e.g., forgetting where they had learned information that had been told to them while they were under hypnosis), but that this effect was not strong or common.

“Some hypnotists have tried to use hypnosis to help people remember events, such as childhood experiences or details of crime scenes, that they have forgotten or repressed. The idea is that some memories have been stored but can no longer be retrieved, and that hypnosis can aid in the retrieval process. But research finds that this is not successful: People who are hypnotized and then asked to relive their childhood act like children, but they do not accurately recall the things that occurred to them in their own childhood (Silverman & Retzlaff, 1986). [14] Furthermore, the suggestibility produced through hypnosis may lead people to erroneously recall experiences that they did not have (Newman & Baumeister, 1996). [15] Many states and jurisdictions have therefore banned the use of hypnosis in criminal trials because the “evidence” recovered through hypnosis is likely to be fabricated and inaccurate.

“Hypnosis is also frequently used to attempt to change unwanted behaviors, such as to reduce smoking, overeating, and alcohol abuse. The effectiveness of hypnosis in these areas is controversial, although at least some successes have been reported. Kirsch, Montgomery, and Sapirstein (1995) [16] found that that adding hypnosis to other forms of therapies increased the effectiveness of the treatment, and Elkins and Perfect (2008) [17] reported that hypnosis was useful in helping people stop smoking. Hypnosis is also effective in improving the experiences of patients who are experiencing anxiety disorders, such as PTSD (Cardena, 2000; Montgomery, David, Winkel, Silverstein, & Bovbjerg, 2002),[18] and for reducing pain (Montgomery, DuHamel, & Redd, 2000; Paterson & Jensen, 2003). [19]

The Human Soul

“The human Soul: It is the internal control mechanism consisting of a collection of rules and regulations which define the limits within which human behaviour should stay in order to conform to the requirements of interaction with other human beings and the environment in general. It can be considered as a sort of adjudicator of the suitability of activities proposed by the Mind. As stated earlier, the Soul has only an advisory role and its function is restricted to filtering proposals from the Mind by checking them against the framework of rules and regulations which have been accepted by the individual as representing the laws and references according to which the individual wants to adjust his or her behaviour. In other words, that which is called personality or character of an individual is the result of the public demonstration of the internal set of references comprising the individual’s Soul. That is why sometimes one may hear the saying” this person has no Soul” referring to a person who behaves outside of the acceptable norms of the society in which one belongs. The importance of the Soul in the expression of human behaviour is vital and critical. If for whatever reason the references used by the Soul are corrupted or false, or the link of communication between the Soul and the Mind is severed, then human behaviour will be either uncontrolled or will present serious deviation from the generally acceptable behaviour. In the discussion which follows in later chapters of this book, the organisation of references and the integrity of the Soul will be examined in greater detail. The last concept which needs to be defined is the one commonly known as “Consciousness”

Breathing is a necessity in life

“Do you know that a great many of us do not actually breathe properly? It is one of the most important elements of life, otherwise, without the breath, we cannot live.
Breathing may be an automatic function and a vital one, why then do we spend so much of our time shallow breathing? When we breathe in an unmindful way, we often fail to fill our lungs fully as we only using the upper part, but like anything, our lungs must be worked. Shallow breathing limits the range of motion of the diaphragm, and this can make you feel anxious and, as if you do not have sufficient breath.


We need oxygen for every single cell in the body. Inhalation and exhalation impact the heart and lungs but also, is essential for energy production. Your body’s tissues and organs are made up of cells, and they must receive the right nutrients and oxygen to function correctly.”

“How often do we pay attention to how we breathe? We don’t really, until we succumb to colds or chest infections. There’s little attention paid to our respiratory system. It’s only when you struggle to breathe that you realize just how important it is. If you consider that your nose, windpipe, lungs, circulatory system and the muscles all provide the vital role of transporting those all-important breaths that you take, each part of the body’s systems are inter-linked, but without breath, the body fails to exist.


Dr. Herbert Benson wrote about controlled breathing in his book The Relaxation Response which discussed the oxygen exchange i.e. oxygen being inhaled while carbon dioxide is released. He stated that by controlling breathing, it centers the parasympathetic nervous system which counteracts the body’s fight or flight response. So, this means that by focusing on the breath, it’s possible to de-stress and to manage any anxieties (and anxiousness equates to shallow, rapid breaths). But it also increased brain growth and lowered blood pressure and heart rate. Research endorses this argument and so, yes, focus, breathe correctly, and be healthy.”

“Our breathing is either:
Thoracic or diaphragmatic
Interrupted or continuous
Irregular or rhythmical


Paying attention to how you breathe is important, but it’s also relevant to consider that your breathing is affected by your emotional or physical well-being. Think back to a time when you were angry, fearful or sad, these emotions would have affected your breathing. As you try to recall the memory, tune into the physicality’s of the moment. What was your breathing like? It’s important for you to determine if you have emotional triggers which will interrupt the natural process of breathing. Awareness is key because you can then re-train automatic responses, breathing correctly while improving your health.”

“Have a go at monitoring your breathing for a while and notice if you are guilty of shallow breathing all the time. It’s easy to correct so don’t worry if you do this. It’s very easy to fit some techniques into your daily life and, if you feel anxious at any point or fearful, know that when you focus on your breathing, you can reduce this feeling. The breath has such a calming effect. When I’ve been fraught with tension and have been worrying like mad about things, I found that by taking slow, deep breaths and focusing on the inhalation and exhalation, it really works. If you tune into the breath and focus, you can’t worry about anything else.
There are so many symptoms associated with anxiety and these include:


Feeling faint
Racing heartbeat
Feeling lightheaded
Chest pains”

“We’ve already discussed the connection between the mind and the body and so, it won’t surprise you to know that if you start feeling anxious, it’s possible to experience severe physical reactions. It’s true to say that some people are even hospitalized because they feel they might be having a heart attack. Many symptoms occur through shallow breathing. In fact, anxiety and shallow breathing go hand in hand. This is because the individual takes in only small breaths during any anxiety attack instead of breathing all the way to the bottom of their lungs. Shallow breathing may not be dangerous as such, but you can bet that it’s not good for you.


With shallow breathing, there’s often a need to take deeper breaths, simply because you are not getting in sufficient oxygen levels.
Have you ever noticed that people start yawning to compensate on a subconscious level? It is the easy way to obtain sufficient oxygen and promote healing from within. Take 3 or 4 deep breaths and then go back to breathing normally, just do this more often that’s all.

“Feelings of anxiety promote the activation of our body’s fight or flight system. By its design, it is meant to keep you from safe from any danger. So, if you are faced with a dangerous situation, your heartbeat naturally speeds up, and you start to breathe faster, so to get more oxygen in your system ready for either fighting or fleeing from the situation. This, of course, makes sense.

But anyone who suffers from anxiety is probably not facing any actual danger but the body still reacts exactly as if they are.
Of course, we all suffer from moments of anxiousness from time to time. Our errant thoughts can run astray and make us hypersensitive as to all the numerous things that could go wrong in life, and don’t we always think the worst? Left unchecked, this can develop into some sort of anxiety disorder, and you don’t want that.”

“When this happens, your body consistently starts to release adrenaline, behaving as if you are in a terrifying and life-threatening situation. The chances are you are not in a life-threatening situation, but your stress response activates anyway. You will breathe more rapidly but shallowly. In a panic attack, the individual can end up hyperventilating. Let’s dismiss one myth here when you breathe shallowly, it does not mean that you need to increase your oxygen levels. Actually, it is the opposite. It means that you are over-breathing, shallow rapid breaths and exhaling carbon dioxide far too quickly before your body can make more.
Let’s consider the importance of breathing correctly. Inhale, and oxygen levels increase. But carbon dioxide actually takes time to develop and so, when the breath is shallow, you emit more CO2 than your body creates. It is this that will eventually lead to hyperventilation.

Now, as you hyperventilate, your body feels as if it is not getting sufficient levels of oxygen. Therefore, you start to take even more quick breaths in as you’ll feel panicky and of course, this makes it worse.
Hyperventilation will lead to other side-effects including:


Feeling weak
Tingling sensation Feeling feint
Increased heartbeat
Chest pains
Dizziness
Aches and pains
Reduced mental clarity.


Surprisingly, shallow breathing is one of the most important things to control, and if you can understand how shallow breathing is connected to anxiety, it makes it so much easier to deal with it.


Slow breathing
You may not want to slow your breathing down during an anxiety attack, but it is important to fight the urge to take deep, fast breaths but instead, just to slow down the breathing cycle. To do so, focus on your breathing and make each breath deliberate. Counting can help, and you should inhale for 5 seconds, hold the breath for 2 seconds and then, slowly breathe out for an extended period, for 6 to 7 seconds.”

These Rules Work

¶ It is easy to know what an individual will do under most circumstances because every human being does what he wants to do in the way he prefers to do it most of the time. Preferences Inborn
¶ Every human being is born with preferences and predilections which manifest themselves from earliest childhood to death. Inasmuch as this knowledge is possessed by only a few, most of the people of the earth are blindly following the dictates of their inborn leanings.

Follow Our Bents
¶ In other words, more than ninety-nine per cent of all the people you know are following their natural bents in reacting to all their experiences—from the most trivial incidents to the most far-reaching emergencies.”

“Took It” from Grandmother
¶ The individual is seldom conscious of these habitual acts of his, much less of where he got them. The nearest he comes is to say he “got it from his father” or “she takes it from grandmother.” But where did grandmother get it?
Man No Mystery
¶ Science has taken the trouble to investigate and today we know not only where grandmother got it but what she did with it. Learning to read people is also a simpler process than learning to read books because there are fewer letters in the human alphabet. Though man seems to the untrained eye a mystifying mass of “funny little marks,” he is not now difficult to analyze.

Only a Few Feelings
¶ This is because there are after all but a few kinds of human feelings. Some form of hunger, love, hate, fear, hope or ambition gives rise to every human emotion and every human thought.”

“Thoughts Bring Actions
¶ Now our actions follow our thoughts. Every thought, however transitory, causes muscular action, which leaves its trace in that part of the physical organism which is most closely allied to it.

Physiology and Psychology Interwoven
¶ Look into the mirror the next time you are angry, happy, surprised, tired or sorrowful and note the changes wrought by your emotions in your facial muscles.

Constant repetition of the same kinds of thoughts or emotions finally makes permanent changes in that part of the body which is physiologically related to these mental processes.

Law of Size

Every part has been laboriously constructed to that sole end. Because of this its functions are marked as clearly upon it as those of a grain elevator, a steamship or a piano.

¶ To do this it is necessary to better understand our neighbors—to recognize that people differ from each other in their likes and dislikes, traits, talents, tendencies and capabilities. The combination of these makes each individual’s nature. It is not difficult to understand others for with each group of these traits there always goes its corresponding physical makeup—the externals whereby the internal is invariably indicated. This is true of every species on the globe and of every subdivision within each species.

Significance of Size, Shape and Structure
¶ All dogs belong to the same species but there is a great difference between the “nature” of a St. Bernard and that of a terrier, just as there is a decided difference between the natures of different human beings. But in both instances the actions, reactions and habits of each can be accurately anticipated on sight by the shape, size and structure of the two creatures.

Differences in Breed
¶ When a terrier comes into the room you instinctively draw away unless you want to be jumped at and greeted effusively. But you make no such movement to protect yourself from a St. Bernard because you read,

“on sight, the different natures of these two from their external appearance.

¶ You know a rose, a violet, a sunflower and an orchid and what perfume you are sure to find in each, by the same method. All are flowers and all belong to the same species, just as all human beings belong to the same species. He has been more successful than any other creature and is, as a result, the most complex organism on the earth. But his most baffling complexities resolve themselves into comparatively simple terms once it is recognized that each internal change brought about by his environment brought with it the corresponding external mechanism without which he could not have survived.”

Metaphysics is a comprehensive scope of philosophy, it is not a science. It has been used to explain a vast number of subjects. Including, God, Religion, Life and Death, Positive Thinking, Psychology and Laws of The Universe.

Metaphysics is considered one of the oldest branches of philosophy. It interprets the vital relationship that takes place between his or her manner of interpreting the universe and the world alike.

The word Metaphysics comes from the Greek terms “meta” and “physika.” Once it is combined it forms to mean beyond nature. Most people believe it was Aristotle who formed the word metaphysics.

Although, it was Andronicus of Rhodes, who claimed to have used the word; describing the body of work Aristotle formed after concentrating on physics. Through this “meta” referred to the immense philosophers work which started after physics.

Metaphysics is a very crucial area. Believe it or not, every individual possesses a metaphysical system. Even if they have never studied the disciplines. The nature of survival is one of the most fundamental concepts in metaphysics. Another area of metaphysics is the law of governing the universe and the world around them.

Among the laws , the law of causality is the most significant. It defines each action as a result of another earlier action. This law defines metaphysics. It also leads to two distinct perceptions of the world. The predictable causation can either lead to primary cause or endless causation. The people who believe in primary cause, trust in god. The people who believe in endless causation, possess an anarchic or chaotic view of our worlds existence.

There are three levels of metaphysics, they include ontology, theology and universal science. Ontology is the main branch of philosophy. It deals with the study of the nature of reality. Theology, on the other hand is the study of god. It answers the fact of god really existing or not. Universal science is the hardest type of level, it involves the search for the principles. The fundamental laws, universal logic also the origin of where this all began.

The application of ones metaphysical reality helps the acceleration, of ones evolution. Through understanding this field, you can easily answer the different questions that come into your mind. You will be able to Distinguish reality from fantasy.

The concept of metaphysics is very comprehensive. Metaphysics has an inspirational value. It covers both the spiritual and the physical aspects of man. It begins where conventional psychology leaves off and goes into dogmatic religion.

Lastly, if your wondering what a metaphysician is; it is someone who seeks to understand reality. These individuals desire to know why things exist. What Does Being Lovable Look Like

To love yourself begins with feeling secure with who you are. It is also about who you are becoming. You do not need permission from others, to flourish. It is to know yourself and your self worth. Know what you care about and know what you stand for. This is to be aware of your thoughts, feelings and perceptions. Your ability to say no is now in place.

You now have developed physical and sexual boundaries to help you feel safe.  You are now able to prioritize your decision making process. This informs you about who you can be vulnerable with and who you must avoid.

You know that when you make a mistake , it does not make you a mistake. You know where you end and others begin. This also frees up to know that what you feel is not what someone else feels. Also what someone else thinks is not necessarily what you think.

You have become compassionate with yourself and supportive of your own endeavors. You enjoy traveling and adventure, where you learn and grow and have these unexpected moments.

You began to learn , explore and think for yourself. You say what you mean and you mean what you say, you stick to your word. You will apologize if you do not and rectify the situation at hand.

You see yourself accurately not worse, nor better than you are, but just as you are. You know who you are, what you prefer, what your needs are and what your interested in. You also express these preferences by the way of choices that you make.

You begin to do what you say your going to do, even if the commitment is only to yourself. You develop an appropriate trust with yourself and others over time. Your not overly trusting, just the right amount.

You give and receive love and care as well as respect, consistently.  Also without having to be told. You behave according to your values. About, what it means to be a person, the person you want to be.

You know that you are responsible for your own happiness, you begin to weigh the consequences of actions on yourself and then on others. You tell the truth and your okay if someone else does not like this.

Your compassionate, empathetic and kind to others. This does not mean that you are a people pleaser. You begin to express what you want without any form of manipulation.  You do this without responding with the silent treatment, or with aggression or passive aggressiveness.

As you probably know energy affects you more than you realize. Science has proven that everything in our universe is made of the same energy. But, How does it apply to me? Remember a time when you spoke to someone or encountered something or someone who was angry , stressed, anxious, or in a bad mood? what happened after? Chances are you began to feel it, maybe in your stomach, your heart or your head. It affected you somehow, it does not begin to stop there.

Sometimes you will begin to carry that energy throughout your day, and it ends up affecting everything you do. It will also begin to affect everyone you encounter. You bring it from one direction to the next, you might bring it home. It has a ripple effect and that it just one tiny example. Know that even a complete stranger can affect your life through just energy alone.

There is also a lucky and unlucky phenomenon where if you have ever had a lucky day, one where everything went right. One after another? Almost as if the stars were lined up and conspiring in your favor?

Have you ever had a bad day, where everything just went wrong and it just kept on piling up. All you wanted was to curl into a ball and hide from the world? It is not a coincidence that when these things begin to happen they are controlled by your energy circuits.

Your energy is more power than your thoughts and your emotions. The invisible thing that controls your mood is your energy. It controls everything. It is the one thing that most people do not focus on because they do not see it with their naked eye! Have you ever heard the saying (“Out of Sight, Out of Mind”)

When your energy and person vibration is high, most obstacles and challenges do not even appear , you begin to skip them. The ones that do appear, you are just able to handle them- maybe magically?

When your energy and personal vibration is low- then the pandoras box of negativity, fear, and unwanted scenarios come flooding into your life- and even the “smallest things” tend to bother you!

Going through dark times is terrible, you need to know how to get rid of these limiting beliefs, emotions and actions that are dragging you down.  Within minutes you can become aware of mastering your energy fields. Your logical mind begins catching up with your negative thinking and thats what makes you aware of this and you feel much better afterward, However; you must be aware!!

When Everything flows, When chosen the right vibration and energy for myself for others, miracles being to happen several times a day! If you are dealing with this and you ask for signs, you will end up receiving the higher frequencies of self love and abundance. Sometimes when your in the right frequencies , what you desire the most finds its way to you effortlessly.

You have the physical body and you also have the energetic body and its a complex system. The energetic system is vast and extremely complex. Here are some of the basic  ones to remember for now. In our physical body we have physical organs. You have energetic organs which are known as chakras. Chakras affect you more than you know. They affect your emotions, mood, experiences, health and well being finances and relationships.

For physical bodies there are energetic toxins. Energetic toxins can come through internally or externally. We have physical skin, we also have energetic skin. Energetic skin would be the aura. Aura, depending on how sensitive you are, absorbs what it comes in contact with , just like our skin would.

We then have physical senses= 8 spiritual & energetic senses. This is like our five senses. ( sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.) Our energetic senses help us make sense and decipher the invisible energy. Most of the biggest pain and struggle people experience is because they do not know how to take care of their energetic bodies.

Every painful and traumatic experience you have ever had since you were a child had a tremendous impact on you and its still affecting you and holding you back. It is a compounding affect. When you have energy that is stuck, your problems will keep reoccurring over and over again , and you wont be able to fully move forward regardless of how hard you are trying. If you have energy blocks in your system, there is an energetic blue print, to keep you from moving forward.

Heres how it occurs, the painful experience will happen and the energy from that initially gets stored in your energetic body. Then the initial energy that was stored in your body from these painful experiences eventually turn into energetic patterns.

These energetic patterns keep you stuck, and cause you to keep re-experiencing the same problem over and over and over again. Unless you are able to remove the deeply – rooted energetic blocks that are stuck in your body. ( Sometimes on a deep cellular level ), You will be stuck where you are, and you wont be able to fully move forward.

Energy can get trapped, in auric fields, from day to day living, in chakras- from your own pain or from trauma others inflict upon you. In the actual organs, from internal to external sources. In karmic and energetic timelines. In DNA and Cellular levels – passed on from ancestors and generational trauma.

Lets use chakras as an example, its one of the hidden energetic systems that flows within our bodies and affects everything in our lives from our careers to relationships to inner peace.

Your crown chakra – has to do with spirituality, intuition, and purpose of work. So, if you are having issues in that area, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your crown chakra.

Your third eye chakra- has to do with absorbing peoples energy, and tuning. Being able to tune into the energetic world. If you are sensitive to other peoples energies, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your third eye chakra.

Your throat chakra has to do with speaking, your truth and confidence, and communication. So, if you are having communication issues, theres most likely energetic toxins and blocks in your throat chakra.

Desire is an Essential Aspect to Everyone’s Life- Accepting that their will be bumps in the road

Desire is an essential and inevitable aspect of everyone’s life. There is an inner desire for perfection. The perfection of each passing day of our lives, the perfection of our relationships and our professions. If your mind revolves around a thought such as “ I am born to have a perfect life, I possess everything I need and acquire whatever I wish to do.” Well then, your off to a good start. You begin planning things accordingly. We start working towards the fulfillment of our so called desires. We start living our assumingely perfect life.

We start ignoring petty issues , which can be taken care of in the future. Why spoil the present , in thinking about the future? You say; I have a perfect life now, I can’t afford to ruin it. So, is this thought process incorrect or would you rather say imperfect with an imperfect dreamer lifestyle.

If you believe that you live in this dream life but you don’t, your not living in reality and therefore people might think that you begin to act like your never going to get it together. Unwanted emotions begin to enter your life. Fear, anxiety, disappointment.

Number 1- accept that their will be bumps in the road. Many people that are stuck in perfect situations are actually fearful of making mistakes and or failing. So many of us want our children to be perfectly happy. However, if we want our kids to be perfectly happy, then we must be comfortable with them making mistakes. We must make them able to rise to challenges when they occur.

This comes with practice, patience, bumps in the road, teaching moments, do overs and so on. They must be able to make mistakes and rise to the challenges. Recognizing and celebrating successes when they come are also a great thing to do , to celebrate their success is also your success!

If you dream of your young girl or boy to find their voice, being honest , open minded, empathetic, caring, helpful, understanding, and the likes; being perfect is not going to get her there. She or he must experience some mistakes and failures to practice these qualities to drive her forward towards success.

Remember , never let your mistakes stop you from moving forward. When we are perfectly imperfect we get the chance to Do Over, and do overs allow us to start fresh again. Realizing that you are simply you and that you are not in competition with anyone but yourself is a first step!

Let go of the overwhelming tendency to compare yourself with others. Throw out the words perfect or as good as and start with I am. Decide to celebrate who you are and what you are good at. What do you contribute to the world and the surrounding environment around you? When you do this people will follow your lead because they will see how great YOU are!

The Perfect Imperfections

To see the world and ourselves as the perfect expression of our true nature, is to see the imperfect perfectly. The mind feels it must be worthy, and we must be fully awaken before we can see the truths about what is within us.

When we simply stop trying to arrive somewhere , other then where we are, we can sense the truth of our being right now. We can appreciate the beauty of this very moment as it is, and as it should be.

Many minds strive for perfection. There is nothing wrong with the movement of the mind. However the moving mind is usually striving for this perfection because it imagines it needs perfection in order to be happy. Or even better, to be worthy of love. Have you noticed that holding onto these limiting beliefs begins to create suffering ?

When we look here right now, there is something in the depths of our own being, that sees beauty in the moment exactly as it is. The beauty of enjoying this moment for the sheer movement of life itself.

To live on planet earth, we experience a mere number of contradictory emotions. We also experience a vast amount of imperfect moments. Yet, when we see a photograph of our world from outer space , we do not see an imperfect world. Rather , it is stunningly beautiful.

When we realize the truths of who we are, many things may begin to transform within us, also around us. Not because of the mind having a project to change anything for us; but, because it is the spontaneous movement of the truth within us. When we are simply being. The touch of awakened beings , us, transforms this experience.

If we do not come to terms with our imperfections, we risk having a perpetually imperfect unsatisfied existence. Instead of staying still and experiencing the combinations of traits that we are, we can quite easily fall into the trap of being in constant motion. This would mean not knowing what we are searching for and consequently not being able to find it.

You’ve seen these types of people before, they are great at a lot of things but they are always stuck in a rut and are always so restless.

People who have acquired a lot but never seem to enjoy it because they always want the latter, something more than they already have.

Sadly, these people I’m talking about might be you and I. Who knows ? To break out of this mindset to know the real truth, we have to realize that we are not trophy cabinets , it’s not all of the materialized things that we own or have, it’s your drive and your motive that moves you. Your intuition and your instinct that guide you! You are you and that is what you begin and end with.

Everything That You Perceive, Think, Feel and Focus on changes your Brain

Whatever you focus on , care about and or worry or obsess about becomes the more prominent neurological factor in your brain. Furthermore , everything that you think, feel, decide , do or do not do changes your brain. This is whether you want it to or not.

Then, your default reaction becomes whatever is locked in your mind at that generated interval of time. Then, sometimes you just can’t turn that burning switch off. This is if you don’t take

Your brain does not develop strong synapses which are pathways to experiencing full emotion, unless it begins to see something habitually forming. what you do constantly is what will become wired into your brain neurologically.

Connections that are less active will receive less nerve growth. In turn, your nerves will begin to deteriorate. This is kind of like the idea of plants that don’t have enough fertilizer or water based in them on a daily basis.

When you contemplate on your sufferings, especially your past vulnerability; that you can’t prevent because it already happened. This causes the brain to increasingly focus on the suffering and the pain.

If you rely on the automatic reactions that are embedded in your habitual brain, aka the subconscious mind frame. This therefore, will help you react automatically to new events, new ideas, new pleasures, even if this reaction is denying you in some aspects.

If you train your brain to think about some hurt from the past, it will stay there. This isn’t about ignoring our past, it’s about ignoring the suffering that comes along with our past. What is within your power to change this in order to live to your fullest potential. Cultivate the actions that will move you toward the life that you want. This is by questioning these automatic response actions and turning them into positive thoughts.

You can’t live consciously thinking about your past. Your injustices done to you are done, leave them in the past. If you do you will become miserable. You will feel victimized by yourself, it won’t make you a great life because it can’t and never will.

Whatever you focus on becomes ingrained in your brain and makes your neurologically stronger. You can reshape your brain to respond to whatever it is that you want it to.

Wire your brain right now, know that you have choices in this life and that tomorrow is a new day. Even today, lets start on your new life, learn how to rewire your subconscious mind for its attainment.

It’s understanding that these smallest moments that we encounter will shape your path. Deliberately responding to a life note so then nearly reacting to it.

How you support yourself in challenging times. How you acquire and care for your living space, all of these small moments add up to the day that you are having.

This then therefore becomes the total of you week, your month and then your yearly activities. It all matters because it is your life!

Consciously living doesn’t arrive by chance, it doesn’t arrive because some time has passed by. It begins with the efforts and decisions you make each and every moment. This will then move you towards your empowered life.

When you begin to move out of those same patterns of behavior, that you created for yourself over and over again; you embrace your conscious choices. This is the path to your own centered belief system. Even if this path begins to turn you away from what you thought you should have been doing.

You begin to become aware of the aspects that your truth holds , which debilitate you to move forward in the right directions.

You begin developing new ways of responding to your world around you. This is expressed and aligned with the truest version of your own self.

You begin to seek new choices and new paths to self expressionism. Your mission now is to seek help and find people who will help you along this journey to express yourself.

You begin to feel comfortable with expressing who you are and you embrace that taking care of yourself is your number one priority. You now have patience and empathy for yourself.

When you are unaware of everything, it means to be living in a conditioned state that allows you to live in impulse. This is to live according to your conditioning of your past. Maybe because you haven’t switched the subconscious blue prints just yet. You begin to hide from intimacy in relationships or with friends and you are very vunerable so even if per say someone dangerous to your well being came around, you would befriend that person.

You need to embrace and love yourself , consciously living is to find the journey of discovering the best you , to value, to love and to restore your true self to the world and most importantly to yourself.

You are not free of control here, so everyone who is a control freak do not worry! It states that you are aware of its powers and practices and it gives and it releases yourself from it’s constrains.

Accepting others with sympathy and understanding , and extending these people with self respect , morale and decency.

You will do this for you , not for anyone else. How you respond to others to is to be awake and alive not that your responsibility to them is you own, that your self righteousness steps up in helping people when they are down or need a hand.

Mental Fatigue and How it takes A Toll on the Body

Mental fatigue occurs when the brain is overstimulated. Also from a lack of mental stress. If someone is mentally stressed , they may find it hard to sleep or to stay asleep. Alternatively, stressed individuals require more sleep than usual.

If you are lacking sleep it may be hard for you to retain anything in your brain, your memories may become scattered. Everything therefore, slows down and or freezes. Your brain begins to feel overload and then becomes foggy 🌫. If you are showing symptom of brain fog , it is time to go to sleep or take a nap.

People suffering with mental fatigue often become bombarded with confusion. Especially when they are bombarded with an endless source of information. Such as when looking on a computer. When you are mentally fatigued you might ask someone to repeat themselves. Even if you heard them perfectly, you are mentally clouded and in need of taking that material in, digesting it once more.

If you are irritable, sad or just not in the mood to do anything, you are showing signs of mental fatigues. Out of control emotional distress is a sure sign of mental fatigues.

Mental fatigue may make you crave sugary or salty foods. Others, may lose their appetite all together. These negative eating patterns have to do with the fact that your brain is not dealing with the stresses; so it’s time to make a change.

Your mind and body are connected and therefore, if your mental health is having problems; your sure to see your physical health having problems as well. Muscle pains, headaches, constipation and high blood pressure are signs of mental fatigue.

It may start with rapid heart rates, shortening of your breath , stomach pains and your teeth grinding. This is a sign that harmoniously your body and brain are not working together.

If you want to have a healthy body, you better realize that it all starts with your brain. It is the central processor. Make sure your brain health is performing optimally , so that your entire body is at its best too! ❤️🤟

Simplified Knowledge is the Wisest Kind of Wisdom


  • Everything has its foundation in simplicity because everything comes from the same source. To understand is to know what is underneath everything that stands. It is to get to the foundation upon which everything stands. Its to perceive from the highest level of all. Things become simpler when looking from a higher plane of view. Everything can be defined to the core. All things have their most simplified and concise state. Everything is unified and simplified. Simplified knowledge is the wisest kind of wisdom.

  • Whether something is complicated or simple depends on the level of awareness that the person perceiving it has. To the one who has better understanding, the complex is simple. The secret to understanding everything in a simple way is to get to the essence of things and see how they fit into the bigger picture of all things. It is to know the microcosm of a thing as well as the macrocosm. When you know the quantum level and also the meta level, you can know all levels in between easily and completely.

  • Nothing is complex, everything is simple. It all depends how it is organized. The complex is made simple through organization. The best structure is the structure that integrates and simplifies everything. It connects everything together and allows you to navigate all pathways from one thing to another in the most direct manner. It is the most ordered and clearest organization of things. All organization is organization of mind. When something is better organized, there is more effectiveness and efficiency.

  • The deeper your understanding, the simpler everything becomes to you. That is because you are getting to the essence of things. The deeper you go, the higher you ascend. What’s behind everything is also what’s above everything. To see from the highest and most fundamental place is to understand everything in life, the universe and destiny from the perspective of consciousness and reality creation. It is because consciousness is everything. It is consciousness alone that creates and directs all things.

  • All of reality exist within consciousness and reality is consciousness itself. Everything you learn is ultimately for the purpose of being able to create your reality better. When you take everything that you know and observe it from a perspective of reality creation, you will find what it really is about and how it all fits into the whole picture. There are only two worlds, the inner world and outer world and these two are really one world. You are consciousness and reality is a mirror for you to experience yourself.

  • The most simplified structure of knowledge for understanding all of reality is found in the seven hermetic principles by Hermes Trismegistus, who was the wisest being that ever walked the face of this earth. The seven hermetic principles explain all of reality in the most simplified and complete way. This knowledge is beyond human level which was taught to Hermes by the great dragon Poimandres. The seven hermetic principles begins with the most simple principle and increases in complexity from one to the next.

  • The first is the principle of mentalism. All is mind, the universe is mental. This principle explains everything as a simulation and that all other principles are rules that govern the simulation. It is the principle that unifies all other principles into itself. Everything is a dream and therefore anything is possible because there are no limits except the limits set by the dreamer of the dream. This principle explains reality as a consciousness program. There is no hardware because it is all changeable software.

  • In actuality, all is software, and hardware is a more condensed, fixed and deeper layer of software. Everything is but simulation within simulation. Layers upon layers of operating systems. Tools running tools. Constructs within constructs.

  • The second is the principle of correspondence. As above so below, as below so above. This principle explains that consciousness is divided into two worlds which are the inner and outer worlds. Reality is holographic, the part contains the whole and therefore truth is replicated in every place. The third is the principle of vibration. Everything is energy therefore you can understand everything in terms of frequencies and wave functions. Manipulating reality is all about manipulation of energy and changing its forms.

  • The forth is the principle of polarity. Everything is dual and one. All truth are half truths which when combined together form total truth. This principle allows you to see things from multiple perspectives and reconcile all paradoxes. The fifth is the principle of rhythm. This principle explains the flow of nature which enables you to work with the way things go and be on top of them. Everything is changing from one state into the opposite and back. There is an equal measure of good for every bad and vice versa.

  • The sixth is the principle of cause and effect. Everything is a cause or effect but the challenge is determining which it is and when it is so. It is to understand the complexity and simplicity of a self perpetuating cause and effect. The seventh is the principle of gender. Everything is either masculine or feminine but the relationship between the two can be more complex than anything else in the universe. This is how the principles move from the most simple to the most complex, from first to the last.

  • You can design an electronic circuit with 20 components each having a single function or you can design one with 5 components each having many functions. The efficient use of each component allows the whole circuit to be designed in a much more simplified manner. The universe is designed with the maximum efficiency possible, and so at the core it is extremely simple. To think consistently in this same format will require that your thinking to be flawless and requiring no additional thinking to compensate.

  • The height of cultivation always runs to simplicity. When one seeks the Tao, one unlearns something new everyday. It is not daily increase but daily decrease. It is not accumulation but elimination. Hack away the unessential. Only the core is necessary because all things attach themselves to the core. Things at the core lead to everything else. The core is the essence. When you have the essence, you can understand and generate all the forms because you are formless.

  • Simplicity is shortest path between two points. It is when we unify the two points so that we are able to be in both places simultaneously without having to move at all. It is by placing ourselves in the highest or the core level and allow the core to direct everything else naturally. The highest or core level of working with reality is consciousness and awareness. Resolve everything in a simplified way. All problems are problems of complexity. Problems exist when we are out of alignment with the divine flow of things.
    You’ve got to understand the complexity and yet make it simple for yourself. The simplest tools can work in the most complex situations. The simplest solutions can solve the most complex problems. Secrets can be found in the most basic places. Truths originate from the most basic foundations. Valuable information is all around you, it is often so obvious that it is overlooked. The truth is always simple. If it isn’t, then it’s being expressed in a complicated and complex manner. You simply have to simplify it.

Being Alone is Good for Spiritual Developement


It is better to be alone than to be in the wrong company of people. It is better to be by yourself than to be with people whom you have nothing in common and nothing to talk about. That is because, when you are with yourself, you have the space to connect with your higher self fully without the interference of incompatible consciousness of other people around you. It is very different when you are by yourself than when you are with others. Therefore it is highly important that you be with the right kind of people.

Being with the wrong kind of people only lowers your state of consciousness and shrinks your awareness. We are always affected by the collective consciousness of the people around us, because whenever we are surrounded by people, our mind becomes part of the group mind. Being by yourself actually frees you from the group mind, that is why you can connect to God best when you are alone. You can also connect with God better with the people who are truly in greater conscious resonance with you.

Be very selective with who you relate with. The more choosy you are in life, the more the universe will give you exactly what you desire. Using the power of choice expresses who we are as creators of our perfect reality. The reason why you have been experiencing unfulfilling interactions with people is because you have the wrong idea that you have to unconditionally accept everyone who comes your way. The truth is you have to reject people who are not best for you in order to accept only the best.

By choosing to accept only the best and reject the rest, you are putting God first. You must love God more than anything else to the point that your love for your wife, children, family, friends and everyone else seems like hate in comparism to the love you have for God. It is said that the greatest love appears to be indifferent. That is because the best kind of love comes with the greatest wisdom. When you love with the greatest wisdom, you do what’s best for others even if it means doing nothing at all.

You show the wisest kind of love to people who are not right for you by choosing not to relate with them, because that results in the highest good for all. For any good to occur between two people when they interact, there must be a positive exchange of energy. When one party gives and the other party cannot receive, then the relationship is useless. Loving with wisdom means you stay away from the wrong people and let them be on their way until they are ready or worthy for you to relate with in divine time.

The most important thing you can do for yourself is to keep moving upwards on your spiritual path. Never let your desire to help those around you who are not ready, to take you off your path, because that would not be for the highest good of all.

Your own consciousness influences the collective consciousness of the world. Therefore by raising your own consciousness as far as you can, you indirectly benefit the rest of the world. Which is better than futilely trying to help those around you who aren’t ready.

With much wisdom comes great sorrow. That is because the more wisdom you gain, the more you find yourself unable to help those around you. You were able to help them at their level when you had wisdom suitable for their level, but when you have higher wisdom, you
wouldn’t want to give help of a lower level because it simply isn’t the best use of your time. When you are at a higher level of consciousness, the tools of lower consciousness becomes obsolete. You only want to live by that higher level.

The more wisdom you have, the more you notice the ridiculous state of the world. You know that all the problems that people face can be instantly resolved if they were to raise themselves to a higher state of consciousness and awareness. You know that the best way to help others is not to give them power, but to enlighten them about their own power within. You know that if you were able to bring everyone to your level of consciousness and awareness right now, the whole world will be turn into paradise.

But you know that isn’t going to happen because divine wisdom causes you to know that the evolution of consciousness has its own divine order and divine timing according to the divine purpose of the universal intelligence that created and directs all things. That is why masters who gained the wisdom of God and the universe before their time, chose to forsake the world and live the rest of their lives on the mountain or in solitary because the world was not ready for the fullness of their secret knowledge.

Being a warrior of light is being able to take the high and lonely path. The higher you go, the lonelier you get. That is because there are less and less people who will be able to resonate with you in that dimension. There are people who make the mistake of not going any higher because they don’t want to feel lonely because others cannot go where they go. If you want to ascend to the highest place of light, you must dare to walk the path even if no one else is willing to walk with you. This is the true courage.

When your mind and reality shifts, you will feel more and more alienated from those who do not resonate at your level. That is because you are in a whole new world, one that is very different from the old one that others are still in. You transcend their dimension and feel that you are a different being from them. You are more connected to beings that resonate at your dimension. That is why the closer you are to God, the closer you are to those who are as close, and the further you are from those whose aren’t.

Perfect Intention is from Spiritual instead of Ego


  • There are times when we manifest what we intended but we aren’t happy or fulfilled although we got what we wanted. That is because we have intended based on what we think we should want or other people’s idea of what we should want instead of what we truly desire.
  • When we try to form definite intentions for the sake of manifesting things when we are not inspired to, we are intending from ego instead of spirit. When we allow our intentions to be naturally inspired, we will manifest what we truly desire.

  • It is not true that you must know everything you really want and all of it’s details. Sometimes you don’t really know what you want or you don’t know all of the specifics of it yet, but it is perfectly alright. It is usually the essence of something that you want rather than the particular form itself. All you need is to hold on to the essence and let the universe bring in the appropriate form. When you’re attached to a particular form of how you want your desire to be manifested, you may limit yourself from other forms.

  • That is the problem with forcing yourself to intend specifically about a desire when you are not ready to. When you know you desire something but do not have full knowledge of the details, just hold on to the essence of the desire and let the universe take care of the details. Sometimes you do desire to have something in a particular form and that desire is inspired. That is when you are able to intend specifically naturally. Choose to intend everything from spirit, both the essence and form of your desire.
    In every moment of your life, you will be guided as to what to intend next. Your intentions can also keep changing form as you go along. They will become sharper and sharper as you evolve into greater awareness of who you are and what truly desire. What you are supposed to be intending now may change later as spirit guides you in creating the next thing it has purposed for you to create. Always follow spirit according to when you should intend the same way and when you should intend a new way.

  • You know that it is necessary to hold an intention continually until it is manifested in order to keep on giving it the energy for manifestation. You may have several intentions which some are from spirit and some are from ego. You do not know the difference until later as you make the discovery or come to the realization. Therefore be willing to drop whatever intentions that you realize are from ego instead of spirit. By doing so, you free up energy which can be channeled into manifesting spirit intentions.

  • All your true desires are already in your subconscious and are meant to be discovered. To be a conscious creator is to make the unconscious conscious, but when you try to make all your unconscious desires conscious immediately now, it won’t work. Some things you’re meant to be conscious of now, but other things you’re meant to awaken to them at the right time. Being conscious of them now would serve no purpose and may even sabotage your work of creation because you are not ready for them.

  • By trying to make everything in your unconscious conscious now, you are not trusting in divine order and timing. What you’re meant to be conscious of now will be inspired by your higher self for you to become aware of. You will know you do not need to be conscious of something when you do not really feel the desire to know it. When you allow yourself to be led from one moment to the next without needing to know everything at once, you will become conscious of the right thing at the right time.

  • Sometimes you may know a few specific points about something that you want, and that is all that matters. Because those specific points are your core requirements no matter how few they are. Everything else about it don’t really matter and therefore as long those core requirements are present, you will be satisfied with the manifestation of your intention. Certain things are fixed while everything else is variable. So you don’t need to know every detail about your intention when the few points are all you need.

  • When you intend your desire to manifest at a certain time in a certain way, you may limit yourself from other ways by which the universe can bring it in. That is not to say it won’t happen, it just takes longer. Your intention requires more energy to manifest when you force it to come through a certain channel. But when you let it come in its own way, it can happen more effortlessly and faster. You can intend something to happen and just let the universe arrange for it to happen at the best time in the best way.
    Your higher self has not only chosen your highest purposes and desires but it has also chosen every detail as well. There is nothing for your ego to choose except to choose the choices of your higher self. To think that you must make choices in order for your desires to manifest, is to think that you are lacking those choices, and therefore you have to create them. The truth is everything has been provided including the choices for your intentions. There is nothing to do and only to allow God to do it.
