Breathing is a necessity in life

“Do you know that a great many of us do not actually breathe properly? It is one of the most important elements of life, otherwise, without the breath, we cannot live.
Breathing may be an automatic function and a vital one, why then do we spend so much of our time shallow breathing? When we breathe in an unmindful way, we often fail to fill our lungs fully as we only using the upper part, but like anything, our lungs must be worked. Shallow breathing limits the range of motion of the diaphragm, and this can make you feel anxious and, as if you do not have sufficient breath.


We need oxygen for every single cell in the body. Inhalation and exhalation impact the heart and lungs but also, is essential for energy production. Your body’s tissues and organs are made up of cells, and they must receive the right nutrients and oxygen to function correctly.”

“How often do we pay attention to how we breathe? We don’t really, until we succumb to colds or chest infections. There’s little attention paid to our respiratory system. It’s only when you struggle to breathe that you realize just how important it is. If you consider that your nose, windpipe, lungs, circulatory system and the muscles all provide the vital role of transporting those all-important breaths that you take, each part of the body’s systems are inter-linked, but without breath, the body fails to exist.


Dr. Herbert Benson wrote about controlled breathing in his book The Relaxation Response which discussed the oxygen exchange i.e. oxygen being inhaled while carbon dioxide is released. He stated that by controlling breathing, it centers the parasympathetic nervous system which counteracts the body’s fight or flight response. So, this means that by focusing on the breath, it’s possible to de-stress and to manage any anxieties (and anxiousness equates to shallow, rapid breaths). But it also increased brain growth and lowered blood pressure and heart rate. Research endorses this argument and so, yes, focus, breathe correctly, and be healthy.”

“Our breathing is either:
Thoracic or diaphragmatic
Interrupted or continuous
Irregular or rhythmical


Paying attention to how you breathe is important, but it’s also relevant to consider that your breathing is affected by your emotional or physical well-being. Think back to a time when you were angry, fearful or sad, these emotions would have affected your breathing. As you try to recall the memory, tune into the physicality’s of the moment. What was your breathing like? It’s important for you to determine if you have emotional triggers which will interrupt the natural process of breathing. Awareness is key because you can then re-train automatic responses, breathing correctly while improving your health.”

“Have a go at monitoring your breathing for a while and notice if you are guilty of shallow breathing all the time. It’s easy to correct so don’t worry if you do this. It’s very easy to fit some techniques into your daily life and, if you feel anxious at any point or fearful, know that when you focus on your breathing, you can reduce this feeling. The breath has such a calming effect. When I’ve been fraught with tension and have been worrying like mad about things, I found that by taking slow, deep breaths and focusing on the inhalation and exhalation, it really works. If you tune into the breath and focus, you can’t worry about anything else.

Feeling faint
Racing heartbeat
Feeling lightheaded
Chest pains”

It’s true to say that some people are even hospitalized because they feel they might be having a heart attack. Many symptoms occur through shallow breathing. In fact, anxiety and shallow breathing go hand in hand. This is because the individual takes in only small breaths during any anxiety attack instead of breathing all the way to the bottom of their lungs. Shallow breathing may not be dangerous as such, but you can bet that it’s not good for you.


With shallow breathing, there’s often a need to take deeper breaths, simply because you are not getting in sufficient oxygen levels.
Have you ever noticed that people start yawning to compensate on a subconscious level? It is the easy way to obtain sufficient oxygen and promote healing from within. Take 3 or 4 deep breaths and then go back to breathing normally, just do this more often that’s all.

“Feelings of anxiety promote the activation of our body’s fight or flight system. By its design, it is meant to keep you from safe from any danger. So, if you are faced with a dangerous situation, your heartbeat naturally speeds up, and you start to breathe faster, so to get more oxygen in your system ready for either fighting or fleeing from the situation. This, of course, makes sense.

But anyone who suffers from anxiety is probably not facing any actual danger but the body still reacts exactly as if they are.
Of course, we all suffer from moments of anxiousness from time to time. Our errant thoughts can run astray and make us hypersensitive as to all the numerous things that could go wrong in life, and don’t we always think the worst? Left unchecked, this can develop into some sort of anxiety disorder, and you don’t want that.”

“When this happens, your body consistently starts to release adrenaline, behaving as if you are in a terrifying and life-threatening situation. The chances are you are not in a life-threatening situation, but your stress response activates anyway. You will breathe more rapidly but shallowly. In a panic attack, the individual can end up hyperventilating. Let’s dismiss one myth here when you breathe shallowly, it does not mean that you need to increase your oxygen levels. Actually, it is the opposite. It means that you are over-breathing, shallow rapid breaths and exhaling carbon dioxide far too quickly before your body can make more.
Let’s consider the importance of breathing correctly. Inhale, and oxygen levels increase. But carbon dioxide actually takes time to develop and so, when the breath is shallow, you emit more CO2 than your body creates. It is this that will eventually lead to hyperventilation.

Now, as you hyperventilate, your body feels as if it is not getting sufficient levels of oxygen. Therefore, you start to take even more quick breaths in as you’ll feel panicky and of course, this makes it worse.
Hyperventilation will lead to other side-effects including:


Feeling weak
Tingling sensation Feeling feint
Increased heartbeat
Chest pains
Dizziness
Aches and pains
Reduced mental clarity.


Surprisingly, shallow breathing is one of the most important things to control, and if you can understand how shallow breathing is connected to anxiety, it makes it so much easier to deal with it.


Slow breathing
You may not want to slow your breathing down during an anxiety attack, but it is important to fight the urge to take deep, fast breaths but instead, just to slow down the breathing cycle. To do so, focus on your breathing and make each breath deliberate. Counting can help, and you should inhale for 5 seconds, hold the breath for 2 seconds and then, slowly breathe out for an extended period, for 6 to 7 seconds.”

Mental Fatigue and How it takes A Toll on the Body

Mental fatigue occurs when the brain is overstimulated. Also from a lack of mental stress. If someone is mentally stressed , they may find it hard to sleep or to stay asleep. Alternatively, stressed individuals require more sleep than usual.

If you are lacking sleep it may be hard for you to retain anything in your brain, your memories may become scattered. Everything therefore, slows down and or freezes. Your brain begins to feel overload and then becomes foggy 🌫. If you are showing symptom of brain fog , it is time to go to sleep or take a nap.

People suffering with mental fatigue often become bombarded with confusion. Especially when they are bombarded with an endless source of information. Such as when looking on a computer. When you are mentally fatigued you might ask someone to repeat themselves. Even if you heard them perfectly, you are mentally clouded and in need of taking that material in, digesting it once more.

If you are irritable, sad or just not in the mood to do anything, you are showing signs of mental fatigues. Out of control emotional distress is a sure sign of mental fatigues.

Mental fatigue may make you crave sugary or salty foods. Others, may lose their appetite all together. These negative eating patterns have to do with the fact that your brain is not dealing with the stresses; so it’s time to make a change.

Your mind and body are connected and therefore, if your mental health is having problems; your sure to see your physical health having problems as well. Muscle pains, headaches, constipation and high blood pressure are signs of mental fatigue.

It may start with rapid heart rates, shortening of your breath , stomach pains and your teeth grinding. This is a sign that harmoniously your body and brain are not working together.

Mana Regeneration For Well Being!


  • Think in terms of mana and mana regeneration. Mana is mental energy which is the essence of everything since the universe is mental. You are Mana. Mana regeneration is the first skill to have and to keep focus on since it powers all your magical actions, and every action is a magical action. With mana, you can be, do and have anything. The more energy you have, the better you may function. Energy is lost and gained on a personal level every day. There is a need to generate and regenerate your energy.

  • Mana is taken from the food and air by the inner self and is stored in the energy body. This is the force known as “the will.” The will uses mental energy or mana. By combining the Mana from food and air with additional Mana from unlimited cosmic sources, we can always have the power we need to accomplish whatever we truly and justly desire. Exercise or any form of physical exertion always starts the inner self manufacturing more Mana.
  • Instead of exercising, you can assume the mental attitude of getting set to run a race. When you hold the picture in mind of getting ready to run, you breathe more rapidly and tense up the muscles a little. The inner self will begin to create the desired vital force. That’s why when you are in a ready to fight or compete situation, your energy gets roused up. But there are calmer ways of creating mana.

  • Where you eat is just as important as what you eat. Eating is an act where you are consuming energy. You are not only partaking physical food and drink into your body, but simultaneously, your energy body is also partaking energy from the environment into itself. The physical act of eating opens up the aura. It is important to eat in environment that is substantially clean physically and energetically and conducive for eating. Eating is a sacred activity and that is why it is usually done with certain activities and not with others.
  • Who you eat with is also just as important. The food you eat, the place you eat in, and the people you eat near with all play in your eating experience. Eating under conditions that are uncomfortable diminishes the eating experience as it causes you to contract your aura or energy field. Opening up your aura in the wrong conditions and drawing in all kinds of negative energy will lead to negative consequences. Disease may result when one is in a perpetual and severe enough state of dis- ease. When you eat under the right conditions, your energy field can expand properly and regeneration is at its optimal.

  • You are like a battery. You need a surcharge of electricity or mana to perform magic. This is why there is the act of “Powering Up” for magical users before they engage in any activity that involves the use of power. Energy or chi can manifest by two ways which is generation and absorption. Some say that absorption can lead to psychic vampirism, but that is only the case if you use it unnaturally. As long as we don’t intentionally suck people’s life force in a way that drains them, we can simply draw in the life force energy that is already released by them into the surrounding atmosphere. Lots of places have high chi, we can simply go there and draw in the energy.

  • The simple act of relaxing, clearing the mind and breathing in already draws chi/mana into the body. If you try using only chi generation, you would find it tiring to do all the time. Energy absorption is the much more effortless and natural way. Absorption and generation is a yin-yang thing. Absorb, and then generate, absorb and then generate.
  • Breathe in breathe out. Draw in, and then expand the energy outwards. Feed the aura and then enlarge and intensify the aura, etc.

  • Both generation and absorption has got to be used at different times depending on our energy state. Sometimes our energy feels in an expansive or out flowing state. Therefore generation feels more natural. Sometimes our energy is in a lower or retreating state. Therefore absorption feels more natural. It can also be due to biorhythms, moon phases and astrological factors.
  • Any action with energy should be done in accordance with the Tao, or natural order of things.

  • Dark blue or deep blue magic is mana magic. It is about meditation and mana regeneration. Entering into the meditative state of mind enables you to replenish your energy. Clearing your mind draws energy to yourself. Relax, clear your mind, and draw in the energy to replenish and increase power. By collecting the essence in the surrounding air, you can convert this energy into the mystical force that powers your spells. In this way, you recover more quickly from your magical exertions.

  • Grounding is necessary to cleanse your energy field. Your energy can get polluted or “colored” by emotions, desires, stray energy, and basically any outside influence that can act as instructions, to your subconscious. This can cause bad effects. The simplest way to get rid of this is grounding, which balances your energy, removes the corrupting crap, and puts your focus back in “neutral”. It is called returning to the center and clearing everything. The way to do it is to still yourself and gain control of the extraneous thoughts and feelings flowing through your mind and bring them to a place of zero. Get back to your true state of thinking and core self. It is like a reset.

  • Fresh water is useful for taking into yourself and refreshing you. It is also a life source that can cause living conditions to improve, or making the area cooler and cleaning things it comes into contact with. Just imagine a river of the freshwater flowing through you to your hera/belly or a freshwater waterfall coming into you. This is why the Bible says out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water. The Bible talks a lot about water in terms of spiritual energy, or mana or life force. Plant life is possible to be used as a source of energy to yourself. For forest, imagine a scene with evergreen trees or other trees, and deep green energy. Have the deep green energy entering into yourself. With forest, the air’s cleaner and it’s colder too and you can feel happier. You shall be like a tree planted by rivers of living water.

  • With more chi built up in your body there’s more chance of it causing whatever you desire just by stating it. Chi is in everything and everything exists because of this bioelectricity. Our thoughts are chi itself and that’s why what we desire through thoughts comes to manifestation as chi disseminates itself to the world to bring an effect. You should also know that chi works by association of thought and visualization. So if you make a chi ball, you can shape it and direct its purpose through your thoughts.

  • Body stepping is an interesting trick. It is done by slowing time down in your mind and visualizing yourself stepping into your body. It is gathering your energy body into your body and giving it strength. It is an amazing ability as you and the body moves, it triples your energy and doubling the effect. This is what it means to “gather, pull or bring yourself together”. It is becoming one with yourself. You feel more powerful when you are calm and collected. Being collected rather than scattered is key to power. All gain is the result of a gathering consciousness. All loss is the result of a scattering consciousness.

Be Happy By Being Grateful for whatever comes


  • All we want is to be happy in life. Happiness is not only what we feel when we have what we desire, it is also the very emotion that attracts what we desire to us. It is much easier to manifest our intentions if we stop focusing on intending but instead we focus on just being happy with what is. Focus less on asking the universe for this or that and more on just being grateful for whatever comes. We will feel such sweet and true joy when we enjoy the present fully than by trying to create for the future.

  • Many a times, we sabotage the manifestation of our intentions unknowingly by focusing too much on intending. The truth is that focusing on our intentions too much only reinforces the fact that they do not exist, therefore we are trying to manifest them. The idea that you must focus on your intentions all the time is a fallacy. To manifest our desires, you have to be in vibrational harmony with the realization of our desires, which means you must think, feel and act as if your desires have already manifested.

  • If you already had all your desires manifested, you wouldn’t be trying to manifest anything, but you would be enjoying and being grateful for all that you have. You would feel totally happy and joyful about the way your life is. You would totally love your life. That is exactly the state for you to be in right now if you want to be in vibrational harmony with all your dreams and desires. This is the secret key all along. It is about not trying to manifest at all but to allow yourself to be as happy as you can be.

  • We have this idea of learning all that we can about how to manifest our desires and wondering why we still fail to manifest as much as we want or as quickly as we want it. We don’t realize that we are doing it all wrong. When we try to create something, we are saying that something is lacking. We are trying to change the way things are because things are not acceptable the way they are. What happens is that we are actually creating more of the same situations of not having what we are trying to create.
    The paradox of this is that we only start creating the things we do want to create when we stop trying to create them. This is why giving up and surrendering our desires to the universe or letting go and letting go is the step for miracles to finally happen. We stop trying to do anything and we affirm that all is well and everything is fine the way it is. When we give up trying to change things and just accept the way it is, almost instantly or within a very short time we see our desire show up into our lives like magic.
    So instead of trying to change things and trying to create what you want, allow yourself to unconditionally love and totally accept yourself and the way things are. See that the universe is perfect and that there is nothing wrong with it. When you do this, you are coming from a place of sufficiency and wholeness instead of a place of lack and wanting.
  • In manifesting, we begin with experiencing the end result. The beginning and the end are the same when you feel you have what you desire and actually have it.

  • We tend to miss the joy and happiness of what we have when we are caught up in the problems of life and thinking about what is not there yet or what could be better. We don’t have to realize what we have only when it is taken from us. Cherish every good thing that is present in our lives now to the fullest. You would be really happy if you knew what you desire is already here or is certainly on its way. Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are.

  • Rather than intending for something because it isn’t there, you trust and be grateful that all your desires are already granted. Rather than trying to create anything, you are simply doing what brings you joy. You are simply doing what you enjoy and not because you want to produce something. Although you do want to produce something, your main focus and the basis of doing it is because it is what you enjoy, and the production of it is a secondary priority. This is how you are happily creating.
    When you ask and believe that you have received what you asked for, you would not be striving and struggling to have it. When you know you are already assured of having what you ask for and that it is irreversibly and totally reserved and secured for you, you would be happy, at peace and confidently expecting it rather than worrying and wondering if it is really there or if it will be taken away. You experience more freedom in life and in creating when you allow yourself to be carefree.

  • Remember that if you already had all your desires manifested, you wouldn’t be trying to manifest anything, but you would be enjoying and being grateful for all that you have. This is exactly the state for you to be in right now if you want to be in vibrational harmony with all your dreams and desires. Rather than trying to intend and manifest, focus more on being grateful for whatever comes your way. Focus on enjoying the present fully. In the end, it is all about two words. Be happy.

Being Alone is Good for Spiritual Developement


It is better to be alone than to be in the wrong company of people. It is better to be by yourself than to be with people whom you have nothing in common and nothing to talk about. That is because, when you are with yourself, you have the space to connect with your higher self fully without the interference of incompatible consciousness of other people around you. It is very different when you are by yourself than when you are with others. Therefore it is highly important that you be with the right kind of people.

Being with the wrong kind of people only lowers your state of consciousness and shrinks your awareness. We are always affected by the collective consciousness of the people around us, because whenever we are surrounded by people, our mind becomes part of the group mind. Being by yourself actually frees you from the group mind, that is why you can connect to God best when you are alone. You can also connect with God better with the people who are truly in greater conscious resonance with you.

Be very selective with who you relate with. The more choosy you are in life, the more the universe will give you exactly what you desire. Using the power of choice expresses who we are as creators of our perfect reality. The reason why you have been experiencing unfulfilling interactions with people is because you have the wrong idea that you have to unconditionally accept everyone who comes your way. The truth is you have to reject people who are not best for you in order to accept only the best.

By choosing to accept only the best and reject the rest, you are putting God first. You must love God more than anything else to the point that your love for your wife, children, family, friends and everyone else seems like hate in comparism to the love you have for God. It is said that the greatest love appears to be indifferent. That is because the best kind of love comes with the greatest wisdom. When you love with the greatest wisdom, you do what’s best for others even if it means doing nothing at all.

You show the wisest kind of love to people who are not right for you by choosing not to relate with them, because that results in the highest good for all. For any good to occur between two people when they interact, there must be a positive exchange of energy. When one party gives and the other party cannot receive, then the relationship is useless. Loving with wisdom means you stay away from the wrong people and let them be on their way until they are ready or worthy for you to relate with in divine time.

The most important thing you can do for yourself is to keep moving upwards on your spiritual path. Never let your desire to help those around you who are not ready, to take you off your path, because that would not be for the highest good of all.

Your own consciousness influences the collective consciousness of the world. Therefore by raising your own consciousness as far as you can, you indirectly benefit the rest of the world. Which is better than futilely trying to help those around you who aren’t ready.

With much wisdom comes great sorrow. That is because the more wisdom you gain, the more you find yourself unable to help those around you. You were able to help them at their level when you had wisdom suitable for their level, but when you have higher wisdom, you
wouldn’t want to give help of a lower level because it simply isn’t the best use of your time. When you are at a higher level of consciousness, the tools of lower consciousness becomes obsolete. You only want to live by that higher level.

The more wisdom you have, the more you notice the ridiculous state of the world. You know that all the problems that people face can be instantly resolved if they were to raise themselves to a higher state of consciousness and awareness. You know that the best way to help others is not to give them power, but to enlighten them about their own power within. You know that if you were able to bring everyone to your level of consciousness and awareness right now, the whole world will be turn into paradise.

But you know that isn’t going to happen because divine wisdom causes you to know that the evolution of consciousness has its own divine order and divine timing according to the divine purpose of the universal intelligence that created and directs all things. That is why masters who gained the wisdom of God and the universe before their time, chose to forsake the world and live the rest of their lives on the mountain or in solitary because the world was not ready for the fullness of their secret knowledge.

Being a warrior of light is being able to take the high and lonely path. The higher you go, the lonelier you get. That is because there are less and less people who will be able to resonate with you in that dimension. There are people who make the mistake of not going any higher because they don’t want to feel lonely because others cannot go where they go. If you want to ascend to the highest place of light, you must dare to walk the path even if no one else is willing to walk with you. This is the true courage.

When your mind and reality shifts, you will feel more and more alienated from those who do not resonate at your level. That is because you are in a whole new world, one that is very different from the old one that others are still in. You transcend their dimension and feel that you are a different being from them. You are more connected to beings that resonate at your dimension. That is why the closer you are to God, the closer you are to those who are as close, and the further you are from those whose aren’t.

By being happy and grateful for whatever comes


  • All we want is to be happy in life. Happiness is not only what we feel when we have what we desire, it is also the very emotion that attracts what we desire to us. It is much easier to manifest our intentions if we stop focusing on intending but instead we focus on just being happy with what is. Focus less on asking the universe for this or that and more on just being grateful for whatever comes. We will feel such sweet and true joy when we enjoy the present fully than by trying to create for the future.

  • Many a times, we sabotage the manifestation of our intentions unknowingly by focusing too much on intending. The truth is that focusing on our intentions too much only reinforces the fact that they do not exist, therefore we are trying to manifest them. The idea that you must focus on your intentions all the time is a fallacy. To manifest our desires, you have to be in vibrational harmony with the realization of our desires, which means you must think, feel and act as if your desires have already manifested.

  • If you already had all your desires manifested, you wouldn’t be trying to manifest anything, but you would be enjoying and being grateful for all that you have. You would feel totally happy and joyful about the way your life is. You would totally love your life. That is exactly the state for you to be in right now if you want to be in vibrational harmony with all your dreams and desires. This is the secret key all along. It is about not trying to manifest at all but to allow yourself to be as happy as you can be.

  • We have this idea of learning all that we can about how to manifest our desires and wondering why we still fail to manifest as much as we want or as quickly as we want it. We don’t realize that we are doing it all wrong. When we try to create something, we are saying that something is lacking. We are trying to change the way things are because things are not acceptable the way they are. What happens is that we are actually creating more of the same situations of not having what we are trying to create.
    The paradox of this is that we only start creating the things we do want to create when we stop trying to create them. This is why giving up and surrendering our desires to the universe or letting go and letting go is the step for miracles to finally happen. We stop trying to do anything and we affirm that all is well and everything is fine the way it is. When we give up trying to change things and just accept the way it is, almost instantly or within a very short time we see our desire show up into our lives like magic.
    So instead of trying to change things and trying to create what you want, allow yourself to unconditionally love and totally accept yourself and the way things are. See that the universe is perfect and that there is nothing wrong with it. When you do this, you are coming from a place of sufficiency and wholeness instead of a place of lack and wanting.
  • In manifesting, we begin with experiencing the end result. The beginning and the end are the same when you feel you have what you desire and actually have it.
    We tend to miss the joy and happiness of what we have when we are caught up in the problems of life and thinking about what is not there yet or what could be better. We don’t have to realize what we have only when it is taken from us. Cherish every good thing that is present in our lives now to the fullest. You would be really happy if you knew what you desire is already here or is certainly on its way. Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are.

  • Rather than intending for something because it isn’t there, you trust and be grateful that all your desires are already granted. Rather than trying to create anything, you are simply doing what brings you joy. You are simply doing what you enjoy and not because you want to produce something. Although you do want to produce something, your main focus and the basis of doing it is because it is what you enjoy, and the production of it is a secondary priority. This is how you are happily creating.
    When you ask and believe that you have received what you asked for, you would not be striving and struggling to have it. When you know you are already assured of having what you ask for and that it is irreversibly and totally reserved and secured for you, you would be happy, at peace and confidently expecting it rather than worrying and wondering if it is really there or if it will be taken away. You experience more freedom in life and in creating when you allow yourself to be carefree.

  • Remember that if you already had all your desires manifested, you wouldn’t be trying to manifest anything, but you would be enjoying and being grateful for all that you have. This is exactly the state for you to be in right now if you want to be in vibrational harmony with all your dreams and desires. Rather than trying to intend and manifest, focus more on being grateful for whatever comes your way. Focus on enjoying the present fully. In the end, it’s all about two words. Be happy.

You listen to audio tracks that soothe your soul. However, if you don’t give back, the universe will not serve you. Therefore, be nice to everyone. Especially to people who have helped you. Help them too.
