Anyone else find themselves in Quarantine? The real person you are, through self development practices? Happiness comes from within. I definitely learned a lot about what I do and do not want out of my life at this time. I began to start an incredible meditation practice that has calmed my anxiety. I am focusing on reading, writing and designing. I call my friends and family daily on zoom and ft to check in. I am so lucky that all of my friends and family are safe during this time. Especially considering we lost so many lives. Take care of your body and health, it is the most important thing, as we all now know. RIP all of those that we have lost.
