It’s time for you to be great, act great, look impeccable and say “I got this is in the bag”
Use this as a healing session to help you with any life changes or energy sources that you may like. When you feel that the time is right, make sure to not be disturbed for about 20-30 minutes.
This means peace and quiet, no one needs to be around. If they are kindly ask them to leave and say you need your time for yourself at this moment. When you are ready, get in a comfortable position, you might want to lie dow and meditate. This is to allow you to get rid of any energy blockages you might be having. This unsupported energy does not make you the best version of yourself.
Energy blockages can make you feel fatigued, disconnected, demotivated, uninspiring and unhealthy to the world and to yourself. It’s more internal though. When your comfortable, it is time to get ready.
Your going to sit in a comfortable place from all distractions and do a beautiful meditation or listen to Alan watts Hes one of my ultimate favorites!
