Form Mental Pictures of yourself using and enjoying that which you desire. Simply imagine a scenario that you would like to experience, you may not be able to imagine how it could happen, but you do not need too. Just imagine it happening in your mind, without questioning the way it is happening. Believe the picture to be true, and you will be guided in thought and action; to think the thoughts and do the things with which make a reality of your picture.
You might think that visualization is a difficult thing for you to do. However, you need to realize; you are doing it naturally, all of the time. Worrying, would be forming things in which you do not desire. When you begin to worry, your imagination gets completely vivid and seems so real to you. Fear and faith is believing that which you cannot see come to pass. Instead of finding yourself picturing a negative outcome; switch that to a positive outcome Everytime; you begin to catch yourself doing that.
The way to visualization is to already believe the mental picture is a reality. Your subconscious mind will begin guiding you in thought and action. Do this with intentive ways and means; and you will see your mental picture becoming a reality.
Visualize the success that others will use, when they see what you have to offer. You will not have to chase them down, they will come to you, wanting your help. Your intentions will show forth in your communications and people will see that you are there to really help them! You will inspire trust and value by what you say.
Be very careful with the thought pictures that you allow into your mind. Each time you are thinking scenarios of failures, make sure to replace them with ones of success.
What you see is what you feel. When you have thoughts that are very fearful ; negative thoughts, it is due to the fact that you are thinking fearful scenarios and mental pictures. Think mental pictures of positive and desirable outcomes, you will begin to feel positive and empowered.
Your feelings are always governed by the mental pictures of your mind. Therefore, always be aware of what you are imagining and choose to picture what is good and you will feel good.
Things begin to happen when you see them happening. Whether they are good or bad. When you see bad things happening you are directing your subconscious mind to see the bad things. However, when you see good things happening you are also directing your subconscious mind to make powerful pictures in your mind a reality!Your feelings are always governed by the mental pictures in your mind.
Somerimes, you may find yourself in a situation so bad , you can’t seem to visualize the brighter future ahead of you. Instead of picturing the problem already solved, picture it being solved ; in the middle of being solved.
Take the knowledge of using mental pictures and use it to your advantage immensely. Make the mental picture of yourself making mental pictures of all the beautiful and desirable things you want in life , Everytime, all the time. Whenever you form mental pictures of anything , form mental pictures of it turning out as good as you want it to be. Flood your mind with the positivity, hope and success for others and yourself. Let the magic begin as these mental images start to become your reality!
