Do Not take anything too Personally!

Don’t take anything too personally, whatever happens around you, don’t take it too personal. Personal importance or personal expression is the maximum expression of selfishness. When we take things too personally we identify with the reality that everything is about “me”. Nothing other people do is because of you, it is because of themselves. People make the assumption that everything is about “me”. All people live in their own mind, in their own dream, they are in a completely different world from the one we live in. When we take something personally, we make the assumption that they know what is in our world. We then try to impose our world on to their world.

You create an entire picture or movie in your mind. In that film you are the director, producer, main actor or actress; everyone else is a secondary actor. It is your movie. The way you perceive the movie is according to the 4 agreements of life. Your point of view is very personal, it is only your point of view, something only you have. It is something you are dealing with on a personal level. Then, if you get mad at me , I know you are dealing with yourself. I am the excuse for you to get mad. You get mad at me because you are afraid, there is no way your not getting mad unless you are afraid or jealous. You being afraid will only give you jealously and sadness.
