Make Exercise a Regular Habit

Exercising regularly is an essential to the growth of your happiness. This is about doing lightly arduous activity that will oxygenate your blood and strengthen your endorphins in your body.

Make a schedule for exercise and commit to it regularly, no matter how busy you might be. When you aim for an hour of exercise at least 5 times a week it will achieve optimal results for you.

You don’t have to be limited to the gym, or strapping on shoes to go running. Look for something you enjoy doing that better suits your lifestyle needs. Maybe you could take up a dance class , baseball , basketball , walking in nature , swimming laps in a pool , joining a sports league in your community, playing tennis , jogging with your dog, hiking , riding a bike or doing yoga in the park!

If you have a difficult time thinking about activities that intrigue your interest think about when you were a kid and what you loved to do. What sports or games did you enjoy playing ?

Exercise has a physical impact on the body both mentally and physically. Exercise released dopamine , oxytocin and serotonin naturally into the system. This results in an almost euphoric feeling without having to consume any drugs!

Once you have begun this habit , you will feel more motivated , you will have more mental clarity, and be more emotionally stable with your brain chemistry.

People who exercise regularly generally tend to be happier across the board. They tend to be less stressed out, less angry, less anxious , and don’t really have depression!

Exercise actually acts as an anti depressant , which keeps you happy! Based on research , it is the most effect form of medicine out there , even more effective then psychiatric medication in the absence of side effects.

Physical exercise can help protect bodies against some of these illnesses that hit people later in life. This could include cognitive decline , could also help off feelings of anxiety and depression in different age groups as stated above.
