Reality is what you make it

I believe and it is scientifically proven that what you become , you have created for yourself. You create your own personal experiences and then come back into your Inner being.

Well here’s a scientific fact for everyone:

In quantum science we know there are two forms of energy the wave and the particle. The wave, when everything exists in pure possibility; while the particle is what is reality right now.

Scientific facts: the same electrons that exist or behave in a wave or particle state, is in fact true based on scientific superposition.

When observed electrons act like particles , but when they are not being observed they act like quantum superposition. This is a state where truly every outcome could possibly exist. All at the same exact time.

Weirdly enough once someone starts watching electrons instantly collapse from their quantum superposition state and go back to behaving like normal particles.

The universe is therefore changing at the smallest level, however if someone else is watching the experiment , everything changes irrationally. Scientist 👩‍🔬 runs an experiment , they get one result. Scientist 👨‍🔬 runs the same experiment and gets different results.

The person watching the experiment actually affects the outcome of the result from the experiment. Keep in mind that these subatomic particles are what the entire world … the entire universe is made out of. Crazy right ?

Whenever you have a choice , choose the high-vibe path. As we have mentioned before, We can block the law of attraction and abundance into our life. Why?

We are happy as children, but then we learn negative stories and begin to form limiting beliefs. We also have positive stories from our childhood, but sometimes we get stuck focusing on the negative ones.

We can bounce back to a higher vibration once we release the negative blockages and programming that society had bestowed upon you. Whether you think your not good enough , you think your race matters , you think you’ll be shunned if your gay, you think your fat when you look at models etc.

This requires self reflection and honesty looking for beliefs that are hurting us. Consider what you believe about life and money , and even in relationships.

Do your beliefs do you the highest good ? Do they help to improve , grow and gain abundance?

If not it’s time to trade them in for positive outlook on life and hope for the future of your success.

Don’t do things to elicit a reaction from others. Trying to impress others doesn’t lead to happiness or success. It usually will end up in bitterness and low self esteem. There is always going to be someone better then you or on the contrary someone who can never be impressed.

Live the life you want to live. Embrace your passions and challenges that come alongside them. This enables you to have more opportunities for learning.

Be inspired by those who thrive in your area or passion. Learn from them and grow into the best you that you can be. Be grateful for your life as it is right here, right now.

Always keep moving forward for designing and living your best life. Create a life that supports your dreams. Spend time with positive people who encourage and challenge you.

Read, learn , watch videos , go to workshops , conferences whatever helps you grow mentally and vocally. Investing in yourself keeps you excited about your life and the goals you want to attain.

Demotivated people become stagnant when they think that the work they are putting in does not add up. This is the opposite of what the law of attraction demands for us, if you want to manifest your dream life that is.

Like attracts like and choosing to stay in one place will only create more or the same. If you begin pushing yourself to put in a little work everyday , your results will begin to pile up!

Think about it this way, whatever state your in , you got there by doing a little of it each day, or by doing nothing at all.

Super Charge Your Belief System

Affirmations are a great start. You could do better then that though. If you have been experiencing limited results, it is because your beliefs about yourself aren’t what you want them to be! Your not truly believing.

Let’s move forward : your beliefs about yourself and the world are the foundation of everything your doing now and for what you want to attain in the future.

Living your dream life . Starts with a rock-solid foundation in faith and you believe you have the belief that you can and will succeed.

On top of that you need to trust the universe and that it will always provide for you what you need. Whether it’s in your career, family , friends , collaborations and resources etc.

Scarcity should never become part of your vernacular. First change your belief systems. This will be done by rewiring your thoughts patterns on a daily basis.

Brief however powerful affirmations need to be created , that will define the reality you choose to live in.

Do some inner reflection about what it is you want out of life. For example, you might dream about putting up an after school center for children in grade school. At the same time you might also want to set up a blog that informs parents to help the moms and dads take better care of their children. Now what do these things have in common ? Ask yourself these questions. This is just an example. Next: what similar values to your goals represent?

Now : dissect your desires and take a closer look. You clearly care about children if you want to put up a blog and make a center for them. How have your past experiences influenced your passion ? What fears and doubts are getting in the way of manifesting your desires into your reality?

Once you have the values and deep seated desires it’s time to create the common thread. This ties them all together. This will create an all encompassing affirmation that unifies and speaks truths about yourself. Based around the examples above you could say an affirmation along the lines of ” The Universe generously provides me tools, resources and people who help me to help others.”

To get the most power out of the affirmation you must state this as a fact , not wishful thinking. Say it as if it were happening right now. The belief comes first then the reality of this belief.

Make Smart Decisions

When you make a decision , it initiates events in your life that unfold into an either good or bad situation. Depending on whether your decision was smart or not.

You must make smart decisions. Don’t make decisions on what others are thinking of you, or how a certain thing is supposed to be. The people around you have a huge impact on your skills to make decisions; therefore, make sure you surround yourself with positive people!

There is no right way to make a smart decision, you see the process of making a smart decision is different for every person. For some people, there gut instinct or intuition will make their decisions for them.

For others, thinking is an important part of the decision making process. They need to think about all the bases they can cover before delving into a final decision. Number 2 is the best way to make a decision. Your not erratic, your not all over the place. You make clear concise decisions that will effect your future.

By making smart decisions , your life will become so much better. You won’t burn bridges, you will realize what the outcome could be if you were to react on impulse. Take your time and get the know the situation in depth. Once you are content with your decision, proceed.

Then carry out these decisions. If you have strong willpower and your dedicated about something , you will be able to make a clear and concise decision.

Learn from your mistakes , however , it doesn’t mean certain people will forgive you if you hurt them or others emotionally. On the good end, remember that mistakes happen and you are always learning. Heal and learn from your past mistakes.

Don’t put your tasks off to tomorrow, do it today. People become preoccupied with other things when they aren’t in focus. The truth of the matter is we are never 100 percent ready to do things. Don’t procrastinate. Remember that there is never a better time to start than now. The road will lead you to where you are supposed to go.

Don’t look back after making a decision. Sometimes there might be hurdles along the way. If you want to quit smoking, you might feel peer – pressure to the derailment it actually quitting. Or you just don’t want to actually quit, because you enjoy it. Even though you know it’s a terrible habit.

Remember why you started in the first place. Was it because of anxiety ? Because everyone else was doing it and you thought it was cool? Before doing this did you think about the health risks or social changes it would bring into your life. Every time you are getting side tracked from your path , remember why you started the journey in the first place.

Take Responsibility for Your Actions

There comes a certain point in life and when you realize that you are accountable for everything you do.

Take full responsibility of your actions. It could be person or something that affects those around you. With great power , comes great responsibility.

Take full responsibility for your actions and don’t make excuses when something goes wrong. You should be held accountable , because you are in charge.

It’s easy to throw someone else under the bus for anything that goes wrong. However, the mature thing to do is talk take full accountability and responsibility rather than make up some lame excuse no one cares about. This is the real world, not some bs you think you know about but in reality have no idea what your talking about.

Positive affirmations are very important, it’s very important to keep reminding yourself that you will do these everyday. Don’t let someone side track you and make that a permanent solution for yourself.

You have to determine what you want to do or achieve in this lifetime. Ask yourself what your good at and what you enjoy doing. Base your goals and long term plans on your capabilities , strengths and ultimately your desires.

Make a letter to yourself. Write it down on scratch paper or in a journal. This is so you can read it everyday. Use your phone if you have too.

Be Honest about the results you have obtained. Success only becomes possible when you own up to your mistakes. See, these are valuable learning opportunities. If you’ve done something wrong, own it. If you totally ignore it or lie about it to yourself and others , how can it be rectified ?

Dissatisfaction on your conscience won’t make it any better, just admit to it. Be honest about the goals your setting. What your intention for these goals are. By holding yourself accountable for your actions it becomes a wake up call or a reality check to set goals that are attainable for you.

Realism is crucial when setting goals. Be realistic about what your goals are and in what time frames you want to have them achieved by. If your goals are realistic, achieve them and proceed with the process. You can have a plan B , however , plan A is always the option you would rather choose, so make sure it’s really in line with what you want out of your life.

Being consistent leads to the development of a good habit forming consistency. It will ensure success in all areas of your life. The key to achieving success is your consistency and your able to make decisions the smart way. The decision to do something everyday is your habits.

Choose discipline and your priorities over your mood. We have all chosen the mood of how we are feeling over the consistency , however that only leads to failure. You need to develop good habitual ways for yourself.

Track your progress, this will show you how beneficial your habits have been for you. The clearer you see the results , the more motivates you will be to persist until you finally succeed. Write in a journal about your progressive process.

For example, you have a set goal that attains to your weight, and how much you want to lose, by keeping a record of it every week; this should help you see a clearer pattern of the good that is coming from your habits that are forming through exercise.

It is an exciting time to be alive!

It’s true that in modern times , the digital era has really taken a toll on us! We go from getting out of bed, showering , waking up , brushing our teeth, getting dressed and then.. going to work. Once work is over , we either go out for awhile or go home and relax. Is life that difficult? I mean honestly.

Our bodies are built for great physical strength and studies show that 16 hours that we are awake we are sedentary. Make some moves people!!

Low energy expenditure is the reason people have become metabolically unfit and are at greater risk for serious disease! I’m concerned that many people aren’t aware that if lifestyle changes aren’t made, they could be ruining their body.

Once the human body has broken down life as we know it , it is all over and although we may need to continue living life on hospice , who wants to die so young?

The frightening factual information is that 50 percent of people live this chronic lifestyle. Many of these people have conditions that slowly will shorten their life span.

400 million people will die from diseases because of this lifestyle that they think is normal! Get up be active in nature, go out and do things ! What are you afraid of!! Believe me if I can do it, so can you!

What Drives You?

Personal development is the way to lead a content and successful life. It is very imperative that you find meaning in your life.

There is something that distinguishes you from other people. Your meaning , might not be the same as those around you. Your distinct meaning is what sets you a part as a divine , unique , individual.

Most people don’t even know what they want to do with their lives or what their life purpose truly is. A life purpose is living in the most conscious way: if your pursuing a bunch of things and doing all of these tasks at work but they don’t mean anything to you, your on the wrong path. It’s time for a change or a shift.

Making mistakes is okay! If your feel embarrassed easily , and this stops you from doing something that you really want to do , you might need to rethink your life purpose. It’s probably not the true life purpose you were destined for.

The biggest competition in the race of life, will always be yourself. Many times people believe that others will have it better , the reality is that we are only in the race with ourselves. What Inspires You?

Like I have stated before I will state again pain is good because it can inspire you. If you are in debt , it could allow you get creative and start your own business. What you are capable of is anything you believe you can do , so go do it.

3. Consider things from every aspect and angle

Feel the sun from both sides. Motivation creates determination.

4. Enjoy life

Work as if you don’t need money, love as if your never been hurt. Dance like nobody’s watching.

5. Don’t give up

Thomas Edison failed many times before he finally made his creations a reality. Motivation should be your steering wheel to success.

6. Family and Friends

Treasure your friendships and your family, they are great people and who love you , don’t lose sight of those who care.

7. Hang onto your dreams

There will be stars you can get motivation from and keep pursuing your dreams.

8. Ignore those who try to destroy you

Don’t engage in those who talk behind your back , make you feel badly. It is not worth your time or energy.

9. Learn to love yourself

Self love comes from within, love yourself!

10. Never lie , cheat or steal.

From Dr. Robert Anthony , comes the ability to conquer habits and how to transform them into action based plans. See, he is saying that : Habits are so much more powerful then our plans. Now the reasoning behind this is because when you habitually do something, it becomes engrained in you. Plans however, might be what you want out of life; it is not being executed. You need to change your habits in order to change your future.

#1 motivate yourself : motivational speakers and life coaches who motivate you are truly great at what they/we do. However, he states that when the motivation is done with, eventually you fall short of hearing the message. Like showering, you need motivation everyday! The bottom line here is motivation is great. Although, on its own it is not the best way to clear yourself of negative habitual habits. You need to ascertain lifelong commitment to this process and that is of learning, acting and adjusting.

#2 WillPower – self motivation is equal to will power. In some studies it shows that will power actually doesn’t exist at all. Will Power is sticking with your ingrained habits that are holding you back. Your conscious – (the part of you that makes your plans )minds comes into conflicting chaos with your unconscious mind.( the part of you that houses your habits). When your in conflict you will achieve nothing. Having a little will power could be beneficial , relying on it alone is a definite no no! Especially when your embarking on something big like starting a business or raising a family.

Bad habits are being sworn out by meditation and hypnosis. These results are surprisingly successful. Hypnotism is a technique that is proven over the centuries across many different cultures, it rewires your unconscious mind. There are two major streams of thought within the psychology and spiritual sectors. People who follow the law of attraction have a belief system that what you think gathers some type of momentum over a certain period of time. Then, this will attract more positive thoughts. If we can turn our thoughts up into vibrational creation of what makes us happy, then this momentum will increase and being happy and abundant will become easier and easier for us.

There are other people who have an equally effective argument. This is that every person has a shadow side that is repressed by modern society. If this shadow side is not ascertained and allowed to express itself , then it will continue to stay in our subconscious.

This will in-turn sabotage our happiness. You see whatever is within us needs to be processed to it’s full potential and then expressed freely. It is a scientific principle that energy can not be created nor destroyed but it can be transmuted into other frequencies.

Delving deeper into the shadow:

Shadow psychology was first popularized by the imminent professor Carl Jung. The shadow is the unconscious aspect of ourselves that we cannot consciously identify with. There are positive aspects to the shadow side.

People pleasers- need to start identifying with their anger and start telling people NO straight up, No. Because these types of people are brought up in such a way that they respect others to the degree where they cannot attain to ever letting someone down; well they have difficult times satisfying the natural ability to help themselves before helping others. They believe this will sabotage or diminish their emotional well being and this is not a positive thing. All the people pleasers out there, you need to say No when your too tired 😴, get some sleep. Get a massage, go relax and do things for yourself. Your own emotional well being.

This shadow contains deep fears and insecurities, obviously pertaining to negative tendencies. It then projects these fears and securities onto other people. People project their own negative tendencies onto others in order to cope with their own pain or personal trauma. It is best to confront this pain from within and allow yourself to be free of it. For Jung , the best way to explore the shadow side was through dream work and symbolic analysis.

The shadow was referred to as the “unconscious” also referring back to Sigmund Freuds ideologies around this topic as well as Fredrich Nietzsche. This concept of the shadow self has become much more popular in recent times due to the dominance of the law of attraction. Now, more then ever people are involved in dream working their lives to create whatever it is they want to accomplish. As well as, self assessment – questionnaires to dissolve shadow tendencies and bring the conscious mind to the forefront instead of shadow self.

You see the shadow self is the underlying pain or suffering one has endured. This isn’t beneficial for anyone. To come to terms with it , takes a lot of time and effort and it really needs to be confronted to get to the core root of the problem in order to deal with it head on.

The Law of Attraction :

First popularized by jerry and Esther Hicks in the 2006 movie ” The Secret”. They stated to be channeling a non-physical entity known as Abraham. However, when Jerry Hicks passed away in 2011 from cancer a lot of people questioned the authenticity of the movement.

Esther Hicks , presumably his wife : is still very much involved and has a massive following. The law of attraction is demonstrated and alluded to in many historical societies and in present time spiritual texts and scriptures, even life coaches who discuss it during seminars or one on one topics with clients.

They brought it back to public awareness, however in a 21st century type of context to make people more prone to using this type of knowledge. However, the law of attraction really goes back to ancient times.

It places a new emphasis on what you desire and your emotional state. These things were considered distorted or wrong in esoteric times, however , they are not evil , they are what is the truth and bringing that awareness into a universal language. Emotional vibrations in the state of the law of attraction rather then mental thoughts is what gives the strength of manifestation. Based on feelings as opposed to thoughts and this is a completely new paradigm.

The Law of Attraction makes perfect sense and so does the idea of the shadow side “Unconscious” however, which one is better to teach? I teach both! It is up to you!

Do not discriminate against either since they are both great ways to be easily applied together. You may find that when doing positivity work , it may bring up the hidden shadows. The focus is on understanding how the shadow works and increases your levels of positivity and spiritual healing.

Focus on positive psychology. There also is a difference between ignoring something and focusing on the positive side of things. By meeting your difficulties head on, you will be able to face them upfront. Try to look towards the future and be optimistic about what it has in store for you. Avoiding the past and your inner demons has been the number one reason to inquire future growth and development. Avoiding something emotionally could also lead to unhappiness, according to psychology experts. To develop a really healthy mindset, you must focus on both of these to acquire true ratification of the self.

The Subconscious Mind and Self-Programming or Reprogramming it to create Strategic Planning for our Future Self

A great metaphor is that the human mind is like a computer programming system. It takes in the input from a variety of sources and generates output to other sources. However, we are not fully aware of what we are taking in subconsciously. Most of our activity in the brain is actually governed by the subconscious mind as opposed to the conscious mind. Whatever we plant into our subconscious mind, nourishing it with repetitive thought patterns and emotional well being , will one day become a reality.

Our subconscious mind rules our behaviors. This is a scientific fact as well as a phenomenon which was documented by Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud. It has also been mentioned in ancient texts such as the Vedas. It is also mentioned by spiritual scholars throughout the ages. So now , we need to create strategies to reprogram our subconscious minds, in ways that are more beneficial for our well being.

Our subconscious minds have picked up various tendencies from birth that are still with us today. We are also implemented with misconstrued ideas of what we should do rather then what we need to do, because of advertising 24/7! Online media, where we spend most of our time – really ruins the subconscious minds thought patterns as well as our physical environment, where we see billboards and items for sale that are in shops. Being careful about what we invest into our minds mentally , physically and emotionally, is one of the best ways to reprogram our subconscious. Also the use of affirmations is a great way to reprogram our mind. Always look into the mirror when affirming what you want or believe. Start with I am and then continue your statement, then do another, and another. Try doing 5 -10 affirmations a day for 30 days, the same ones so it becomes ingrained in your mind and into the universe!!

Affirmations are an extremely effective tool to program our minds to create personal and financial success! Affirmations work best when the mind is receptive to pinpointing them correctly, best during the morning hours or right before bed. Another time to repeat your affirmations is during mediation , when you have no resistance to what you want to attain , it is a fluid thought.

Affirmations must be repeated over and over to really attain the success we want out of them otherwise our subconscious will not receive the messages loud and clear! For maximum results you attain the affirmative internally as well as externally. Speak them out loud or in your mind.

If you believe affirmations are not going to work for you, there is a system we know of called positive beliefs where a therapist of a hypnotist will hypnotize their patients into a positive belief (with their consent). If the negative belief re-emerges it means that the subconscious has it deeply ingrained into your mind. You might need to use brain wave entrainment, with this technique, it will allow all of your brain waves to align in perfect order to reprogram your subconscious mind!

Take an online test and see where you have limiting beliefs. They could be around self – love, relationships , money , abundance , happiness ; whatever the case may be , we will get down to the root cause of it and fix it!

There are other self programming strategies that you can use to program your mind. You could record yourself saying affirmations and listen to this recording for an hour or so. Subconsciously saying these affirmations will affirm them in your brain. Start with some of these “I am rich” , “I am Powerful”, “I radiate beauty”, “I am intelligent”, “I am beautiful” , these are great affirmations and keep going from there!

When your sitting at your desk for 8 hours a day you could think about your affirmations to kill some time if you have no work to do. This is a great way to train your brain to think of the positives!

You could also seek out a life coach such as myself or someone else and maybe see a therapist. I or they can take you through the process of getting to the root of why certain thought patterns have been ingrained in your subconscious mind.

Self programming begins with two parts – what you can program yourself with to train your mind to let go of negative thought patterns. The second is to block out the limiting beliefs you might have. You might be telling yourself I am extremely intelligent , however: the world might tell you otherwise. I’m here to tell you, get rid of people who drain your inner being and want you to have self limiting belief patterns. The world is your oyster , you can say anything you believe to be true! Remember only positive thoughts!! Also by limiting time spent on social media or watching the advertisements in general, it might allow yourself to feel better.

Serious Mental Development !

Once you have a good environment, with a reasonable diet and regular exercise, you can derive practices that are more directly oriented towards growing mentally. Remember everything you do is stretching the mind to some degree or another.

Whether it be exercise, writing , walking , journaling , talking, speaking , acting , seeing and visualizing something; these are all ways we can expand our minds capabilities.

The best practices for you to really master your own personal psychology are as follows. How often and to what degree you want to extend yourself is up to you.

The first practice is meditation

Meditation, should come as no surprise because it is the best kind of practice for mental development. It involves sitting down quietly (lotus position) legs crossed, like a pretzel. Then, observing the movements of the mind.

After a period of time the mind begins to quiet down and become less frantic. You will be able to monitor and control your thoughts. While, not being reactive to outside events.

The two most popular kinds of meditation are Vipassana and Transcendental meditation. There is a number of scientific literatures based on the great things these can do for your body, extensively. There is no need to have an excuse as to why you can not start a regular mediation routine. It is verified by science , practiced by many high- level individuals , and has historic roots in spiritual systems and cultures.

Twice a day for 20 minutes is the recommended time frame for optimal results. In the Morning and then in the evening. You could also consider an intense course for a week to really get the ball rolling!

Yoga is the second practice

Yoga is the practice involving bodily movements , these are created through, the breath, concentration, balance , flexibility and physical strength. When the movements are executed properly, the person will come into a flowing state tranquility. By using the coordination of concentration, physical endurance and breathing , it will help control the mind into a state of relaxation. The mind must not be active. This is best completed when you do this as a regular habitual forming process and then in-turn it will come into your conscious thought patterns.

The third thing is Fasting

Fasting is actually considered one of the best things to do to master your mindset. Food is the way we survive, giving up food for a period of time can have many benefits and takes an immense amount of willpower. Fasting is the only thing that has been proven to create longevity in rats. Humans also perform at their highest peak, when they are hungry. Their are many different types of fasting, these include water fasting, dry fasting , juice fasting- you could also pertain this to a cleansing of the body. A good idea is to do a juice cleanse or fasting once a month for two to three days for optimal results. This can have a great effect on the brain emotionally and mentally. Detoxifying, allows your brain to heal back to its original state of being.

Mindfulness is next

Mindfulness has many different forms and there are distinguishable mindfulness practices that one can complete to attain maximum results. Mindfulness and meditation can be combined as one to create a sense of awareness. Mindfulness is usually correlating to the breathes we take , make sure to always be breathing in and out. Sometimes, we are talking and thinking we forget to just breathe. Also being in the present moment is huge for mindfulness because it allows you to synchronize your mind to be aware of what your doing in the now.

Concentration is the fifth thing to do for mental clarity

Intense concentration, is the focusing of the mind. According to scientific research, wide varieties of concentration techniques can be acquired when you focus tentatively on a task. Maybe, staring at the computer 💻 , a word pops up at you and you focus on that word for 10 minutes. Another way to focus could be staring at the orange juice container you just drank from for ten minutes, because it correlates to concentration.

practicing anything with passion and intensity is the sixth module for acquiring master mindfulness.

Find something that you are exuberantly passionate about. Focus on this with such intensity that it will begin to correlate into your mind what it is you truly desire or yearn for. These can include martial arts, dancing, singing , painting , creating a business; or anything that your mental awareness is getting 100 % of your mental attention from. This will allow you to not have any negative thoughts when doing the things you love. All of these are aimed at one particular activity, meaning you won’t have the time to think about emotional traumas , heart break , financial loss etc. It will close in on controlling the mind to remove those destructive patterns.

Unless you are really passionate about something , it will be difficult to develop, you need the concentration and motivation to do these things will total consistency. Do not give up on yourself, keep doing what you love , your doing it for a reason ; because you love doing it. When the going gets tough, keep going!!

Next are Advanced Protocols

These are ways that you can adjust to getting real mental clarity. They are designed so that you can create breakthroughs. By considering an 11 day silent retreat or even a 7 day silent retreat, you will be able to quiet the mind. Pick a serene location, out in nature. Meditate twice a day at-least, complete a yoga routine that you have studied online or in a class or at a gym. Try sticking to a diet that is without alcohol, sugar and processed foods. Maybe even try going vegan for the retreat if you can! No technology allowed on the retreat, this is because it will interfere with your mental performance.

If you do this about once every few months and then go back into your work environment; it will help you to understand that your normal work environment is chaotic. However, while in the retreat , you will he in a calm, serene state of being. By attaining a peaceful state you will lose all thought of fear and anxiety in your everyday life.

If the majority of our actions are subconscious and advertising and the media are specifically aimed at manipulating our environment , that means that they have a large say in how our minds think and behave. Scientific data has shown that people are victims of advertising even when they themselves are impenetrable to it.

Our subconscious minds always take in what our conscious minds might not. We are all victims to the surrounding environment which is aimed at subverting our actions- this means to throw off how we are actually feeling and thinking. This does an excellent job because consumers begin to pay for things in excessive manners. Always needing the newest thing.

If you are serious about developing your mind it needs to be in crystal clear condition. Try to Reduce your exposure to advertising and media when appropriate. This doesn’t mean going to the movies and enjoying yourself. This means turning off the TV if you feel it negatively affecting you. Looking away from an advertisement if it negatively is affecting you. If you don’t do this you subconscious mind will immediately take in negative content which will be reflected in your daily conscious activities. Do not try to actively seek out this negative information, do not wish harm on others, do not do wrong towards others: this will only help you.

By fooling yourself that you need to keep in touch with reality- reality operates on your own terms. Do not let pointless information from advertising, the media and other people take up valuable brain space in your mind. This is cognitive dissonance. By limiting this type of exposure , you need to get organized. As well as , creating an empowering environment that becomes beneficial for your clear thinking habits to happen.

Try making plans with friends and family or people who lift you up, rather then people who drag you down!

Commit to developing how to change your mindset

The first step in changing your mindset is how to understand your mind. Your thoughts are ultimately what determine your everyday experiences.

You see, people have certain thought patterns that were acquired because they picked them up from society , from their parents, from groups or organizations and so on. They then project these thought patterns onto their surroundings. Then, they believe that their truth is the right way. However, you are mistaken.

The truth is different for every single person in humanity. This depends on a persons particular thought pattern, this is why we have so much diversity in our world! Isn’t is wonderful to be diverse?

A extreme component in learning about spiritual growth and healing is that we need to let go of what we learned at such a young age. Then we will learn how to remove and instill different thoughts and beliefs that we truly believe. We will then become the masters of our own minds.

This is why meditation is recommended across the world and in all cultures. The reason being is because we are able to calmly observe our own thoughts and patterns without reaction and involvement. This is only one of the ways that we are able to see things differently. See, we sometimes identify with our gender, our political ideologies , nationality , our class stereotypes, this isn’t the right thing to do.

By understanding the power of your own mind it will allow you to identify and be a conciliatory creator of your own reality. Understanding the power of thoughts and belief systems is the first step to personal mastery.

The insanity of the mind creates irrational thinking , illogical ideas and insane thought patterns. Requiring yourself to observe the mind and detach from it, allows you to see its dtysfunctionalality. Then on a grander scale we can also observe the dysfunction with the wars, the hate, environmental deconstruction, racism, sexism, homophobia , political attacks, broken relationships, governmental spying programs, smartphone addictions, health problems and More! Something is wrong with the human population as a whole , this is because millions of minds are not in the right place! On the positive side; meditation can also be a way to tap into your creative genius.

Media social and political also are programming our minds into a state of disempowerment and fear. Advertising as well , it encourages smoking , drinking and consuming unhealthy things for our body. Such as, sugar , caffeine and more. When you look at something even if you think you haven’t had it change your thinking patterns , it does in some way. It leaves a mental impression in your subconscious mind.

Some scientific discoveries and psychological observations in understand how the mind works include the facts as follows:

1. The mind cannot distinguish between real and imaginary.

2. 95% of your activity is ingrained in your subconscious mind.

3. Your subconscious is like a computer system, it has stored everything that has ever happened to you in this life time.

4. We are bombarded with 2 million bits of data every second. It is the job of the subconscious mind to filter through all of this.

5. The conscious mind remember between 5-9 pieces of information. This information is passed to the subconscious mind for processing to free up conciliatory space.

6. Most of our energy expenditure goes towards our brains.

These discoveries have important indications. If the majority of our lives are filled by our subconscious mind , it follows that we should try to manipulate our subconscious mind opposed to our conciliatory ability’s or conscious abilities.

According to Carl Jung “Until you make the unconscious conscious , it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” To program our subconscious minds we need to start affirming new ideas, we might need to under go a self hypnosis of empowerment. There are also other things to create a positive mindset for growth and fulfillment.

Mental strength is the idea that your thoughts determine your environment. By understanding that you can command your thoughts is the first step to doing this! When you commit to a daily routine of developing mental and emotional strength , is takes real discipline , patience as well as character. The idea that we can manifest everything we want is misguided. The fact is that you could have spent the last 30-40 years anti-manifesting!

When you focus on worry and stress, you eat the wrong foods, you are in toxic relationships – you have limiting beliefs that have been ingrained in you since childhood. It could take years to rid yourself of these thoughts and ideas. You have to be constantly aware or vigilant about what you are thinking and what you are consuming.

Increasing your mental and emotional power can start with exercise. Self development can begin for you today, with so many resources at your disposal. Especially with the internet and instant communication person to person, emailing, texting, whatever you want to do, do it now. We need willpower and determination!! So don’t stop , go do it!

Again, exercise is a basic way to build mental strength. Write out your goals and objectives and see if you can stick with them. This might seem like basic advice however, diet and exercise are valuable insights into the way we behave. They are actually the two foundational modalities that mental health can be built upon. Keeping track of your fundamentals will help you! Build a strong character and a healthy body!

As we stated before diet is a great start to developing your mental strength. We all get the idea of knowing that Ice cream, caffeine, sugar and other processed foods are bad for our bodily functioning. Try and see if you can go without caffeine for a week. I literally drank caffeine everyday multiple times a day for years. I then cut it out and I feel so much better. If you try to cut out just one bad thing for you for a week, and stick with it, you might examine how much better you feel.

Your environment determines your behavior. It is imperative to understand the surroundings of your environment. For mental strength, try to manipulate the environment first. This way you will be taking away the opportunity to fail. This means making use of the concept of minimalism as much as possible. The less information and distractions , the clearer your mind will be. Clean your room , your office , even your computer files. This will positively impact your emotional and mental wellbeing.

Balance : is known as the state of equilibrium that is inherent in our human conditioning process. Our world today is out of balance, which is why we feel an imbalance in our brains and our bodies. Our lives become affected by constant change, new technologies, globalization and uncertainty.

This triggers the way we do things, because we feel like we always need to keep up with the world around us. If we have a life balance , it is the capability to have discipline to meet the obligations and demands we face in our everyday life. It can be a challenge for many of us, considering the fact that work and business take up a lot of our time. If you have a life that is unbalanced, it is time for that to change.

Here are the ways in which you will know what acutes to having a life that is unbalanced

1. You have little or no time for relationships that are important to you.

2. You often work overtime and travel a lot for work.

3. Take no breaks or very few while working

4. Become forgetful and complain about having too much going on. Making mistakes also is something we do when we have too many thoughts or things to do.

5. No time for exercise

6. Difficulty falling asleep

7. Wrong food consumption or eating too much, or nothing at all.

8. Coffee and stimulant use or other drugs to keep you calm and also wind you down, this is also attaining to alcohol consumption.

Now : life balance is about joyfully loving ourselves and living a life we can manage. Being balanced between the extremities of chaos and order. Standing still and moving, work and leisurely time. It is about having the feeling of control , total control; when shifting from one to the other and being willing and able to do so.

Being in complete balance and creating that in-sync disposition, is the way we learn to have a life balance. We feel connected with ourselves while still feeling connected to our environment and it becomes a synchronization to everything we do on a daily basis.

The body , the mind and the spirit are not separate beings, they are a whole. The equilibrium plays a tedious role when synchronized.

Relationships and family : to have successful relationships with your family and in your working environment is crucial for a balanced lifestyle. Relationships also could potentially prolong your life.

Having a life purpose : without a purpose to your life, you will have no meaning to what you are trying to accomplish, always find a reason for what your doing and why your doing those things.

Work and achievements : when you love your work and become fully ingrained in what you do, you may feel a slight imbalance only because it might take up a lot of your time. However, being successful and achieving your focused goals will allow you to have balance when you don’t finish a project right away; you actually keep it there until the next day so you can start fresh in the morning.

Taking appropriate action when circumstances arise maintains our equilibrium. You respond accordingly when things come up in the present moment, you don’t jump to something with stress or frustration!

Every situation is going to be different from person to person and from one obstacle to the next. For instance , if your on a diet; it is going to be different then someone else’s diet plan! You get it? Good!

The only constant we have in this life time is change , do not stay frozen in one obstacle , keep moving and achieving what you need to do! Feel the waves come in and ride with them. Begin to feel the universal energy and ride with it. This will be guiding you in the right direction.

Balance is a sense of harmony. Your life is essentially made up of many vital areas: they are family, health, intellectual , financial, work , social , recreational , spiritual, romance, personal growth and fulfillment and more. Do not spend equal amounts of energy in every area each day. However, when you spend a sufficient amount of quality time on some of these areas, you will feel fulfilled. Then, when you spend a quantity of time on other areas, you life will feel in balance.

Your areas of importance that you will now or have awareness of, is what matters to us.

1. Our minds, this includes the likes of learning, emotions, focus, reading , vision mental skills.

2. Body, including our health , exercise , energy, sport , wellness, fitness, beauty and your outlook of your own body!

3. Spirit : be present, raise consciousness, meditate, be in contact with your soul purpose.

4. Social: your spouse, boyfriend or girlfriend , family, friends , work relationships and any other relationships you have.

Finances: savings , money that you can spend every week, things you own and your materialistic belongings.

Travel and Leisure: partying , celebrating , down time.

Profession: your personal fulfillment to society and related to work of course.

Do not negate or neglect any of these areas or you will then create a sabotage to your life style that we want in balance, accordingly.

Mindfulness is the key to everything, without it you lose everything.

Living in the now , means letting go of people and things who do not suit you any longer. By allowing yourself to think about the present moments , you become more motivated , more keen and more thoughtful. Establishing a relationship with your past is history , you need to live for the present moments. You make mistakes , move on, it’s over and done with, no one cares about your past.

Also don’t look too far into the future, because you never know what tomorrow can bring. I think there are many lifetimes and maybe things just aren’t supposed to go the way you want them to for a reason. Let go of what was, figure out what is , seek to what will be.

What Does it really Mean to be Spiritual ??

Salvation is the goal to spirituality. The goal of every individuals manifestation practices remain the same. Set out on the same frequencies. Spirituality is living life as it was supposed to be. The true seekers of the spiritual path are able to manifest their destiny by establishing absolute control over it. These are the ones who become the masters or their own destiny.

Spirituality is all about giving back and then also receiving. This is based on the principles of karma. It helps you take control of your destiny: it makes a perfect person out of an optimistic thinker. Anything can ascertain you to become spiritual, to really study it and master it , you must have gone through some hard times to really get to where you are now!! That’s incredible!

When you indulge in a life or only positive thinking and living that lifestyle to its fullest potential , you will never indulge in a negative thought ever again. Spirituality says that god exists through our divine soul imprint. In spirituality there is no space for religion based practices, everything is free flowing energy.

The Spirituality or Humanity

The philosophy or religion is one of the most interesting topics to discuss , it addresses repetitive questions on the idea of god, also the question bears fruit on if there is one. If there is a god? What is he like? Then what does that mean for all of us? These are the types of questions we philosophically ask ourselves.

We are going to try to figure out the correlating philosophy behind religion. The debate that has been resurfaced about their being a god to our own understanding; philosophers, theorists and thinkers shed some ideas into the religion. Gods existence has actually been largely ignored , refined and now new arguments are being debated.

There is an argument however that there is a perfect being. Also a creator concerned with humanity, nature and god intertwine here.

How were these doctrines formulated? The challenge is if god is just, then how can he also be forgiving? If god is all knowing how can our choices be free? Atheism and spirituality have the same concept for organized religion. It is up to you to educate yourself and figure out if you think that god does really exists.

If God does exist , this means we were created for a purpose and that was to be valued and loved. If God exists then we have an incentive , a moral duty, to fulfill his purpose ; which would be our life purpose in this lifetime. Our external fate might be uncertain; even if we rebel or follow god.

Atheism is knowingly a negative vibration because if you don’t believe in anything , what do you stand for?

We are free to be who we want to be. Why would we be important to come to this earth if we were born from mere dust.

Atheists would say and spiritualists would actually agree that the value is about who we are and not how we got here. We are special despite our unique origins. This is time well spent, pondering the physiological realm of existence on god at the forefront of all of the chaos and catastrophes that have gone on!!

How to Build a Better Brain for Yourself , that can be ageless and the idea of cognitive decline aka dementia

We all get older, it’s a huge part of personal development. Dementia is the sixth leading cause of death in the USA. Dementia is the idea that you can not restore new memories , you are unable to recall recent events. They will also have symptoms such as a disrupted since of time and space , social withdrawal and lastly; irritability and mood swings. Dementia is usually caused so spontaneously , it is not linked to genetic factors. However , it is linked to the general health of how someone takes care of him or herself. The same factors leading up to someone who acquires obesity and heart disease is the generalized factor for people with dementia. If we do a lot of physical activity we will most likely not get dementia, on the contrary ; if we are stagnant or stationary, we have a higher chance of this development.

Brain degeneration is the losing of the memory, finding it hard to concentrate and focus , having difficulty learning new information and or taking it, feelings of being flustered and scattered , have lost your charisma and your get up and go attitude! Your brain could be growing old too fast and this could in-turn cause brain degeneration.

The good news is even though this could happen to anyone , young or old, the brain is extremely adaptable and wants to be well for you and your body alike.

Brain degeneration affects millions of people all over the world, of all ages. The massive deterioration will begin to take hold 10 years or more to create neurological damage. The destruction is what leads up to the break down! Still not good, go get that MRI if your mind is feeling off.

Us as Humans, have become sedentary for about 16 hours a day on average!! This global trend will most likely rise , due to the fact that everything is technologically based now.

There is a frightening fact that states already 50 percent of the worlds population has a chronic lifestyle disease, many have multiple conditions and this therefore slows down there life drastically. This means that 400 million people will die from disease that could have been preventable!!

Physical strength is the most important factor into the brains functionality. Therefore, when we aren’t doing anything the brain automatically goes into shut down mode. It will automatically assume that this means the Brain , it no longer needs to provide the resources such as food and water. If the next generation and tonite generations are to come along after ya, we need to start Working Out!!

When You Get up with a Purpose for Life You are More Productive!

Set your alarm clock early. Wake up , begin your morning ritual of meditation and affirmations. If you talk negatively of others it won’t work. When you are done with that, go to the gym and work our for about a half hour. This will enable your endorphins to increase and you will get your blood flowing. Your productivity will begin to soar and you will attain and accomplish way more then you thought you could set your mind too. Getting up early and getting things done, gets your mind flowing with positive energy and you will endure less stress.

Positivity comes with self esteem , productivity and success in all areas of your life! Make sure you have enough energy to start each day in a productive manner. First and foremost, forget the snooze button! Wake up. Reprogram your internal clock. Going to bed at the same time each night will ensure that you will have an amazing nights rest. That will be so you can endure the morning that is ahead of you.

Remove distractions from your sleeping environment – led lights, consumer electronic products , and many other items that will keep you awake at night are not conducive to have around your house.

Adjust your waking time gradually. If you have a hard time getting up early you may not feel as refreshed and energized as you would when you get an amazing nights rest. Make sure your sleeping at least 7 hours a night.

Remove distractions from your sleeping environment.

Nourish your mind and your body- exercise, exercise , exercise!! It is important , obviously for physical health. It also keeps your brain strong and healthier. you will have a lower risk for breast cancer , heart disease and other chronic issues.

Exercise early – people who work out in the morning sleep better than those that work out at any other time of the day. When you do this it leads to better sleep patterns. You already know how refreshed you feel when you get a good nights rest, start that morning routine!

Eat Smart

Your Brain Needs to Be Fed Too

Meditation helps you focus and stay in the present moment. It will allow you to lower your anxiety levels , calms your mind and has great healing effects.

Lastly , stop bumping into me , your rude and annoying when you do that on the street have some manners and courtesy.

The Manifestation You – Want

Manifestation can come for you when you are ready, willing and able to approach it with considerable calamity. Before we begin, you need to know what manifestation really means. You also need to know the abilities that are required in order to manifest properly. Manifestation is the ability to create your dreams by facing a reality that you want and accepting everything that comes your way through that realistic vision. It is also getting rid of all negativity while you are succumbed on this journey.

You are going to have to embrace change , whether you like it or not. You are going to have to take risks. It is as if you have nothing so you will risk it all, kind of like a gambling mind set. Fear is not a radical option although faith is. Patience is a virtue and the first step towards manifesting what you want is Patience and Persistence. If you are not able to fully concentrate on your goals and consecrate them in the direct order, you will always be confused and face tough times.

Clear your mind, eliminate all toxic energies and allow only positive vibrations to rule your world. You must also get out of your little bubble your stuck in and explore what the beauty of nature has to offer you, just from going outside and observing how miraculous it really can be. This will keep your vitality up and give your the courage to embark on your most comprehensive journey yet! Just believe you can and your half way there!

Empty out all your preconceived notions about what you have heard before and go into this with a non judgmental attitude. You also need to develop a series of ideas and understandings of the life of a spiritualist or speak to a life coach, 🙂 We would be more then happy to assist you on this journey to becoming the person you have always wanted to be. For everything that you want to manifest , remember why you are doing it. You need to back up every action with a description of how you are going to manifest that dream desire or that module or that habit forming process.

Do not rush setting your intentions this is also where you would implement goals. Remove any goals you don’t think are that important , only keep the ones that are going to benefit you in the long haul.

As I said before, I’ll say it again. Keep the faith, without this , you will never make it to the top or get what you want out of the life you desire. Faith is not temporary, nor is it temptation based. It is a reliable archive ingrained in your documentations that only the universe knows about.

Charging yourself with that positive energy and that need for a better life could be done with manifesting , also prayer is a great thing to do as well. Keep the Faith!!! No matter how long it takes , eventually all with fall into place. If you can’t trust faith anymore then use the unlimited power of the universe and it’s resources to guide you. Seek this power we are discussing here. How so? It could be advice from a life coach or a spiritual healer, psychic per day… successfully do this and you will have mastered the art of the manifestation technique.

Anger is never ever the way to approach manifestation!! You need to be calm and serene always. Be optimistic and stay on the path to an enlightened being! Because you are becoming enlightened while on this path, even if you aren’t fully aware of it. Face your problems and be real with yourself, otherwise this will not work!!

If you write down ways or how you are going to surpass these blockages that are holding you back , your half way there. Accept your reality for what it is!! You could potentially reach your goals but, if your not accepting what is really going on in your life right now, you will not be able to sit down and do this the right way. Don’t be afraid of change, nor, facing the future that is being spelled out for you if you just listen.

A first time manifesting usually doesn’t manifest it right away, it takes countless habitual times to manifest your dream reality and it also requires immense action!! You put it on paper now go out and do it.

How to Kill Cancer cell’s … guess what , it’s been around since the 1920s

Royal Rife, developed a sound frequency generator that killed cancer cells in the body. In an experiment he had done he had injected 400 rats with cancer cells, using this machine he was able to demolish cancer is all rats from just sound vibrational frequencies alone! If we aren’t getting somewhat of an idea here… all the frequencies when they become one, will eventually attune into your inner being. It can cure you, it can change your inner most being and it can cure the most horrible diseases known to man.

Royal Rifes experiment worked so well that in 1934 the special medical research committee at USC took 16 terminally ill cancer patients to a laboratory that Rife had owned or worked at. They were coming from Pasadena county hospital. After just 3 months of treatment , 14 of the 16 patients were completely cured of the cancer. Those additional two people were also cured weeks later. This was due to the exponential ability to have them listen to frequency based wave entrainment , although they did not call it that yet.

Negative to Positive self talk! Self Esteem is the key to life’s optimal goals!

Think positive thoughts attract positive people and things to you!

Self esteem is a great way to empower our relationships. We are feeling good , our friend calls, we have an amazing chat with them and then; we realize that we are feeling so much better already. The only way to enrich such powerful emotional relationships is by deeming ourselves worthy of those relationships!

Low self esteem is when your mood or a misinterpreting of someone or something could destroy the likelihood of these relationships. They will distance you from others and isolate you in separation! Why? Well because your not happy with yourself , all you talk about is how miserable you are, how self deprecating you are; there is no self love for yourself. If you don’t love yourself then who is going too!! You have to have self love in order to be loved !

Low self esteem can also cause you to deteriorate your mental and physical well being. It can then transform into the break down of the body’s immune system causing heart disease, cancer and other illnesses. Withholding love for ourselves will age us very quickly! So start reading :

When you don’t love yourself you don’t treat yourself let alone others with any sort of respect. Losing the loss of happiness, self expression , love and intimacy. It is a difficult road to go down.

Clean and open communication with a partner is a great benefactor into self esteem awareness.

If this is not being treated correctly, not being spoken about at all; you will lose the possibility of living a richly fulfilled life with purpose.

Contributing to others will build your self esteem- giving value to others , serving knowledge , some type of purposeful information and be committed to doing so, you will feel amazing after! It’s like teaching the world something completely new and advanced ideas 💡 that they have never experienced before.

The Root Cause or Autoimmune Diseases

Autoimmune disorders are so much more serious then we really think they are. One of the most common autoimmune diseases you probably know about is called MS, also know as multiple sclerosis. Lesions begin spreading around the brain or in the body and destroys and deteriorates your bones which leads to debilitation. This destroys your motor functions over time, your speech and then your ability to think clearly. Over a million people across the world are diagnosed with this brain eating disease. There are many people who also do not realize they have this disease.

Now I know what you might be thinking , guess what though… there’s a cure for this!!An ancient secret hidden inside the Bible states that auto immune disease is untreatable: it is estimated that about 7 percent of people in the US suffer from an auto immune disease. 1 in 12 women and go to 1 to 20 men will fall ill to this disease. the NIH – national institute of health, reports that 23.5 million people in the US alone have some type of autoimmune disease. A woman who wanted to quit smoking, after acupuncture, couldn’t even light up a cigarette.

How Do You Find Your Life Purpose?

FINDING YOUR LIFE PURPOSE

Most people actually have no idea what they want to do with their lives. This is not just a statics based on people out of high school. It is actually mostly adults , even after finishing their bachelors degree. They do not know what kinds of jobs they want. It usually begins in adult life, Questions start to arise “What do I want to do with my life?” “How Am I going to Achieve That Reality?” Ignorance is a huge factor into this problem. People usually end up doing what other people expect of them or what is considered normal. 

When you set out to find your life purpose, it means that you hold your standard beliefs, yourself, and your values as well as your likes and interests as the TOP priority. You look for things that make you undeniably happy. You might displease others. You can not care about what others are going to think. This is what makes you happy! It is no one else’s decision to figure out your life. 

This journey of figuring out your life purpose might take some time. It will be confusing, you will endure conflict and doubt along the way. It was also involve re-visiting your past to see where you might have gone wrong with what you truly, actually wanted to do. Not that you made a mistake in your past, it just is something to ponder. 

Your life purpose is living your life the most conscious way. Your efforts become directed towards something and you radically love every minute of it. This does not imply that all of your problems will suddenly disappear; at least you know how you are trying to find a way around these problems. Why? Because Happiness is the key to everything! 

When you know you have discovered your life purpose you will begin to feel completely energized, you no longer dread going to work in the morning, you are eager to get your day started. You also try to get as much done as possible whenever you can, in a short period of time. 

Enduring anything that involves sacrifice. The question is what sacrifice are you ready to make and tolerate in order to achieve these dreams? Pressure does not attain to finding your life purpose. If you’re willing to ride through the rough times and stick with it no matter what, then you be on the road to finding your life purpose. When you have the ability to commit to something that you love so passionately, you have hit the lottery! 

If you enjoyed doing something as a child, it usually will end up coming up in a part of what you enjoy doing now. Oftentimes, social pressures of adolescence or the professional pressure of adulthood takes away what you truly want to do because maybe you’re embarrassed or scared to jump into something without being judged. Im here to tell you, screw the system, screw the people who undermine you and do what you need to do to get there.

Vulnerability can also point you in the direction of your life path. If you’re passionate about something, then you risk making mistakes to improve your life. 

Find Meaning in Your Life:

If you find meaning in your life, you’ll be able to learn your purpose in this world. Experts believe that you can live your life in two ways. The first is if you’re conscious , you will live along the same lines as others. The second is to live life unconsciously, This means just going with the flow of things. This is not the ideal way of living because we don’t have much say in the direction if we don’t have a plan. 

When you begin to learn the meaning of life, you have a better sense of purpose. You will understand the reasoning as to why your in this world. Your life purpose will give you clarity and focus. Maybe you will see yourself earning more money, getting a new car, getting new materialistic things, if that’s what your into… all from finding out what drives you to be who you are; and you are damn good at it too!!  Dont really run after money and luxuries, its not the true way to finding your life purpose, what is important is that you love what you do; that can come later on. Do not let external factors define who you are. 

If your living a meaningful life, your means of sustenance can also become your passion! Hey, we all need to survive! You will find yourself in a workplace you enjoy, with coworkers you love. This will all be once you have meaning and purpose to what you are attempting to attain. You can also cut out all the toxicity in your life. It is important to find people who are compatible with you. Surround yourself with these types of people. those who support you and nourish you with even more knowledge. Maybe even a mentor, if that’s the type of field you are going into. Being around like minded individuals help you to find your best self and will add more fun to exploring and navigating your life purpose!

The more you engage with your life purpose the more it keeps your presently aware of what’s going on around you! A purposeful life will help you to become more aware, gratified and passionate about what you’re doing and attaining. Your mind will be focused because you know how to stay away from distractions when doing what you love. You will be passionate and that will urge you to reach your fullest potential! Gratification will be available to you because your living your best life and putting your best foot forward!! GO GET EM! WHO RUNS THE WORLD? WOMEN!! First, I want to start off by saying that investing your time in your future goals needs to start NOW. First, spend time thinking about the goals you want to achieve. Next, Do something. You will spend a lot of time thinking about your goals. It is crucial that your goal achievement for enhancement does not stop there. Obviously, once you create that goal you are going to embark on a journey on how to manifest it. A really ideal starting point would be to recognize and except the right that you have to shape your future. When you were younger , or even as you get older, maybe people were making certain decisions for you. Well, if you listen to other people, you will never attain your ultimate happiness! That is the end result we want to obtain for you. Who’s permission do you actually need if you want to succeed in this lifetime. The answer is no one but yourself. You are the approver of your own destiny. Take a blank piece of paper out, start writing down the goals you want to obtain. Goal setting is when you use your imagination to come up with ideas that you want to foster into your life. Do not put limits on your beliefs , this is extremely imperative. This is not unrealistic expectations, it’s science based factual information. Don’t deny yourself opportunity, especially when you will regret it later. Begin with the big picture , the choices you make in ten years time; will be the choices you are writing and creating now. It can be anything you want it to be , a career goal, a life goal, a project you want to obtain success on at work. Whatever it might be write it all down. Next, I want you to refine your goals. What are the reasons and core values that are going to manifest your dream reality one day? Make sure you choose your own goals , focus and don’t lose concentration. Now, start breaking your overall goals down into smaller goals. Then, I want you to make a daily to do list. This begins by writing one or two sentences. An example , ” I will set up my own business because I am great at crafting ideas and embroidery 🧵.” These goals need to be attainable and smart. Specific, relevant and time framed. What exactly will I do with my business ” I will teach others the life coaching skills and abilities that I know.” ” I want my business to grace markets worldwide, so that I can send my knowledge to the world.” You get the idea. Now ask yourself, what exactly do I want to achieve? What will it feel and look like? What parts of it are under my control? Which can I influence? Are there any that I will have to leave to chance? Well, you are probably asking yourself these questions right now and truthfully, you can attain what you deem measurable for you! Meaning, what is of value and importance to you, but make it attainable! Make sure you have time restrictions on when you want your goals to be achieved by. You might ask questions like where am I now? When do I need to start? Where do I want to be by the end of the year? Where do I want to be by the end of the month? set deadlines for yourself, it’s the only applicable thing to do. When you set smart goals, you will then put the piece of paper up where you can see it. Check off what you have finished. What you need to finish, and so on. Now your going to devise the plan, don’t just take action. Plans are there for a reason, to help you through the process. Now, your going to write this down. However, remember that by making this list of plans, you need to think about the plan of action and the time span it will take you to attain that goal. You can go over one of my other pieces where I discuss essential planning. Now your going to develop the confidence to succeed. Have the confidence and self beliefs that you will manifest these goals to you. If you put in the work and have self confidence and belief; in attaining these goals. Ignore the voices around you, listen to your inner being and believe in your success. Confidence boosters are a great way to keep your mind at ease. You will use self talk. Believe what your inner voice is actually telling you to do , it is your best asset. Talk to yourself with those affirmations that I have already discussed with you before. Now, your going to pretend like your an expert, even if your not yet. Think positively about what your doing. If you mock someones behavioral patterns, it could allow you to realize, oh I can do that! Your attitude is everything! Put on that bold face go out into the world and be the incredible you that you were meant to be. Lastly, if you need to learn a skill or a set of skills to attain your goal, make sure you learn and develop implementation. One good thing I actually had a friend or colleague do, was write an email to all of his closest friends and family about his greatest strengths, telling them to be brutally honest. Once you find what your good at there’s no stopping you! Now manifest what you want through motivation! No one is ever going to succeed without some sort of effort! It doesn’t work that way. Recognize your trigger points because if your able to deal with them now, you won’t have problems when things might steer you off course a bit. Stop breathe think and now Go for the Gold!

How does our Mind Influence our Body? They are One! Read on 😍

It is not correct to think that our mind and our body are made up of separate entities. Our physiology, biology and psychology can not exist independently; they are one entity united together, that forms who we are. Know that your mood is what is connected to your physiology while your physiology is also linked to your mood. You see? The mind is so powerful because it controls our thoughts and our body systems. That’s why I always ask people how they are feeling mentally when physically ill, the reasoning behind this is all scientific fact. Your mind is capable of uplifting your immune system. If you stay positive and are surrounded by people positive people and those who love you. This is known that you can actually overcome illness; even if it’s severe, when your in a positive state of mind! On the former, stress overpowers our immune system while happiness strengthens it. Stress changes your biology and the genes you express, this can then be passed along to your children. If you are extremely stressed out when your conceiving, it is actually proven that your child is less likely to be a stressed out person as they develop from child into adult. Stress doesn’t allow you to digest food properly. This can lead to malnutrition, even if you are eating properly! Your gut will also play a role in the way your mood behaves at certain points in time. Your gut, contains as many neurons as your brain, crazy right? Well, the bacteria that live in your gut can affect your mood. This is why we say when we have gut instincts and intuition or a sixth sense, we’re not wrong. The gut is somewhat like a second brain. A recent theory in psychology that has been developed is embodied cognition, this theory is set to link the body and the brain. Everyone only thinks the brain is the main controller. People who study the brain know that it was known as morphology or phonology. It is a concept that can also be referred to as the philosophy of the mind and cognitive science also plays a role in this as well. The 💡 is that someone says something to you and you brain would take that and turn that into concepts and pictures without using words. This, is known as mentalese. the body plays a vital role in the process as well. it causes rashes on your skin, it’s a terrible thing to be stressed out. How to deal with your emotional well-being.

Do your emotions rule you or do you rule your emotions ? I’m asking this because when you control your emotions you are able to be extremely effective in all that you undertake. You will maintain the respect of other people around you. You will also be performing at your highest potential for growth. How do you get your emotions under your control? First you need to consider your physiology. Instead of thinking that our emotions come from the psychology that is from the mind; it is through physiology, what is really going on in our body system. Not saying that your mind is not a factor, the body however, is a big factor too. Keep that in mind. Secondly I want to discuss controlling your thoughts. In psychology they use a specific technique with the acronym CBT which stands for cognitive behavioral therapy. This type of behavioral therapy therapy teaches us to let go of negative thoughts. Then identifying these thoughts and letting go of them. If you think this thought is helpful for you it will allow you to keep it in your mind. It also must be of use to you. Otherwise , it needs to be discarded. This gives us the power to obtain helpful habits and form different beliefs in our mind. Meditation is next, I always say this because it is the vital importance of how to stay grounded and it will improve your emotional well being and distractions. It calms your racing thoughts. Think of meditation as an emotional security blanket. I say this because mediation needs to be done in the most relaxed state, so let go of your baggage and zen out!

People who are professionals in their industries, they are always on point! People admire and respect these types of people! Why? Because they don’t doubt themselves when they want to accomplish something! When faced with a setback, they pull through instead of letting go! Good morning beautiful Souls!! Sorry I had to get to bed early yesterday, so I wanted to fix my articles for you this morning. When we speak on the idea of Inner Wisdom, we think, well what is it exactly? It is basically your intuitive thought process telling you that you are right, you were right and to keep that thought there and never let it go. Therefore, we have talked about the conflicts between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind believes that you can be or do anything you want while the subconscious mind just thinks pessimistically, most of the time. This is because it was wired to think this way since birth. Due to past alliances you had with your parents, teachers, classmates, schoolmates and maybe even your siblings, whatever the case might be, you are now prone to thinking and acting a certain way immediately.This is because you were programmed in your theta state to think like a child and your blueprint really never changed for you. It is very compelling and earth shattering to hear someone tell you that. However, it is the harsh reality. So, let’s discuss the process of creation of the mind. When wanting to create something new, You need to understand that you need to think on a different wavelength. You see, your ability to tap into your subconscious mind, was completely misaligned when you were a child, therefore your ability to think and act in a rational sense, was and most likely still is not being programmed correctly. When you start using Dr. Robert Anthony’s technique of “Getting Out of your Own Way”, you will be begin to obtain and manifest all that you desire! Why? Well because it is so much easier to tap into your “Inner Wisdom” As Robert Anthony would say. Instead of focusing on what is going on right now, focus on how your going to obtain your next move on manifesting. When you open up an idea for creative energy to flow through you, you begin to feel like you take on the challenge, way more easily than before. Robert Anthony speaks about living in your reality starting today.  This is because you take on the form of reaping what you sow. If your capable of letting go of the fear, the anxiety, the external blueprint that was holding you back, you can now come into alignment with yourself and begin to manifest on a subconscious level! When you want to test the idea out, Robert Anthony speaks about focusing on what is you want to manifest, attain or desire. Therefore when you take the action to get to that place that you want to be, you can begin taking what we like to call, in robert anthony’s terms “Inspired Action.” Why? When you focus on what you want to attain, it might not come out for you the way you have originally planned for yourself. However, it will be beautiful for you regardless. You may be out of line with how to manifest correctly. At least it is a starting point for yourself. This is really about living in the moment and being the “deliberate creator” of your own reality! Astral Projection what it is and how you can attain it through the celebrity hypnotist himself!

Hey everyone!! Who wants to fly to new astral planes? Well, if you know anything about astral projection, it is all mind based. Here, you are tuning into an out of body experience. Let’s talk about Neuroplasticity and why it is so important!

Hey Everyone!! Happy rising, on the 11th of April. It is funny because well, my sleep has been off for days. However, I finally slept really well last night and felt like I could put a final foundation on my writing. Why are people so quick to judge?!! I said this last night as I was falling asleep , rough drafting on my writing. No one knows what anyone else is going through, it is not your place to embark on their cognitive dissonance. Alright so now that we have cleared up the idea of negative thinking leading you to a negative reality, making you look foolish, we will get back to discussing what we are here for today which is, neuroplasticity. Here today, we are discussing neuroplasticity and also the idea of never to act on instinct. This idea of acting on impulse or instinct will always, always steer you in the wrong direction. Therefore, making you look foolish, and you really do not want that outcome. A women that I have worked with on changing my neuroplasticity is Natalie Ledwell. She is a renowned author that I enjoy working with on her creation of the mindful movie matrix. She discusses this idea on Neuroplasticity. She says that the human mind is so powerful that it actually can create and erase your neural pathways. It does not matter, currently where you are in your lifetime, right now. You are capable of taking this on. Like I have said before and I will reiterate again, it does not matter how old you are, where you come from, what you do. You were born with a neuroplasticity, that was not damaged. However, over time, your neuroplasticity begins to well, deteriorate.

This is due to the aging process. Now, Natalie begins to speak on the factor of “Changing the Childhood Imprint.” She says, well, by changing your childhood imprint for the former, you can begin to achieve whatever was holding you back. It is somewhat of the same thing as tapping into your subconscious mind. Now, with Neuroplasticity, the whole idea is developing new brain cells (nerve cells) in the mind, to gravitationally put your mind at ease from harm or disease purposes. So, Natalie, is very funny. She talks about the idea of what is the difference between the mind of a rich person versus a poor person. I mean, ridiculous right? Not at all. Actually, the difference is formulated by science, through quantum physics and the rationality of it all comes back to that same number, zero. Zero, is the number of the difference between the mind of the former. Now I really like what Natalie discusses on the Idea of Neuroplasticity creating the mind of this money magnet from a rich mind instead of someone who repels money. She says that while rich people are able to manifest, well, anything they desire, it is do to the fact that they maintain these sort of habits and have a decision making process that creates the mind to think and grow rich. Not necessarily for themselves, although it could be, for them as well as others. Well, you can now take control of your brains Neuroplasticity. How do you do this? Through practice! Well Neuroplasticity has a decoding of the mind through years of always thinking and acting the same ways, you need to maintain a level of ease, it might be painful. The other thing I want to reiterate with people is to never ever think immediately on instinct, it really could mess up your flow of energy. Do not let fear hold you back from attaining what you want out of life. You can and will manifest all you want out of the life you have set out for yourself.

How to be Successful!

What does it mean exactly, to be successful? Success is a journey with many stops along the way, these stops are destinations that we arrive at. However, this is not our final destination. Success is created by constantly moving towards your amazing goals! What are your habitual ways you attain success? In order to obtain habits for success, you first must obtain goals. What is the psychology behind your habits? Well, it all starts with your motivations that help you to perform a certain way and these motivational habits become a permanent part of your life. By creating a trigger that goes off in your mind, it will create long lasting habit patterns, which will in-turn create motivations to control your choices and desires for obtaining success. If you use visualization to motivate yourself to complete your actions , you will be able to see that end result in your mind. What are goals? More specifically what are your goals? Habitually you can try to do something ; however , without a goal that is driving the force behind it, you will not be fully motivated to captivate that habit. Your goals are your blueprint. There are different ways to approach a goal oriented list. You can start by writing on a piece of paper that says my plan for success. Then make 5 different boxes. Creating this draw a line down the middle , two horizontal lines and then just free your mind from stress, worry or anything clogging your inner well being. Your mind is now ready to obtain its goals. How? Be present, in the NOW. Now, there are different types of goals we are going to discuss: they are long range goals, medium range goals, short range goals, mini goals and micro goals. Now let’s break this down into what each goal represents. Long range goals is the overall style of life you would like to be living ; Whether it’s with your job/career, your living situations, marriage, family.. whatever the case may be, this goal is 5-10 years from now and beyond. Next is medium range goals, which is what you want to obtain throughout the next 5 years. Short range goals are goals that are created in about one months to a years time. Mini goals correlate to a day to about 30 days. Lastly, micro goals are current goals so anything that happens in the next 15 minutes to an hour from now. So what are some great examples of goals? Maybe generalizing this further. We can start by saying that we don’t want to procrastinate so much. Now that you have identified something that you want to change , let’s trick your brain so it stops the bad forming habits and creates a general neutrality of only positive forming habits. By just adding some new habits and benefits to your life and not really saying your going to break other habits , it tricks your brain into thinking you are being rewarded. Instead of saying I’m going to stop procrastinating so much, say I am going to go to the gym everyday for 30-45 minutes each day. I am going to get daily tasks done that I need to do and manage on a daily basis. Stuff like this will train your brain to require implementation of new habit forming skills. Negativity never ever works so don’t even bother trying to be negative on yourself or others when achieving your goals. Triggers are big benefactors into how you live your lifestyle. There are positive and negative triggers , let’s focus on the positives. What causes and creates triggers to get pinpointed ? It all starts with your well being and environment and how they are, how family and friends come into play in your life and eventually how events will manifest themselves into your daily life. You need a really strong mindset to obtain emotional success. Furthermore, financial and whatever else your trying to obtain. Habits are created after a grace period of usually 30 days or so. This is when you progressively get used to a new habit forming in your life. Now, to get back to obtaining your spiritually abundant mindset , we must realize we are always creating a new mindset without even realizing that it is being created. It’s usually when you have a psychological shift from a revelation about something you changed your mind about. This is because you either decided it was untrue or wanted to believe something differently. As we grow older, we change. It’s a part of life. When your building new successful habits and “mindset” ideals for yourself remember to always keep it much more simplistic, rather then difficult. This allows you to cultivate these things more easily into your everyday life and the transition is a lot easier for you as well. As Samuel Johnson says “the chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.” Do not give up on your change !! Keep acquiring it!! It’s all based on how much you really want to change; also , how far you are willing to go to get these results. Now, I’m going to talk to the future you. After you have gone through the mini goal of a 30 day time frame, acquired a new ritual you have taken up and made it a habit forming thing, we are going to go beyond that. First, do a self evaluation and be honest with yourself. Second, if you need to ingrain these habits more into your mind, maybe you need to repeat the process over again for another 30 days. Third, determining the next steps to be taken into account. Fourth, reinforcement is key and crucial to developing new habits. Don’t lose what you have worked so hard to attain in the first place. Lastly we will discuss overcoming barriers to achieve success in all areas of your life. First and foremost, identify the obstacles. These may stem from different parts of your life. These are the different barriers to work on. One, your confidence: have confidence in the ways you want to succeed with whatever your desired outcomes may be and you will attain successful outcomes. Two, your motivational factor: your goals and habit forming mind tricks are here to motivate and enhance your well being. Third, your plan: make sure you have a set plan in mind and everyday your going to write down in your journal what you did to better yourself today. Four, the people who negatively speak badly about your failure- cut cut cut like scissors ✂️ snip them out of your life. Remember that saying misery loves company ; it’s so contradictory but just snip the negative people out. Then they will be alone with no company and realize why. Five, financial obstacles: if you want to start a business; however, you don’t have any credit or money it could be somewhat of a challenge to begin. However, nothing is impossible here! If you want the success and the benefits it brings you, do some research and step on the band wagon! Six, obstacles that could interfere example the idea of bad correlation to health: you always need to be mindful of how your body and mind are. Health is the most important thing. Remember to not let your goals hinder you if an obstacle appears correlating to health concerns but definitely take precautions. Seven, when dealing with difficult circumstances or personal tragedy: tragedy or difficult circumstances beyond your control are very hard to deal with; however, you have to push through!! Fight through that pain and keep proving to yourself that you are worth the pain , suffering and endurance. Make sure no one deters you from your path, not even the influence of family and friends. Believe in yourself and you shall achieve as well as receive! Happy Success and Developing onto and into solid ground rules and habits to creating that success you truly desire.

What exactly are affirmations? Let’s chat about them and then you start using them to your advantage! Alright cool 😎

Affirmations are a declaration to the universe of what you want to create out of the life you are currently living. They are a set of mantras that you repeat constantly. Whether in the mirror, in the shower, in the car or wherever you have the time to do so, affirm to yourself that “I Am”… and go along with what it is you are or want to attain! Affirmations can help you raise your energy vibration level. They can also reprogram your subconscious mind to start believing these things that you are now affirming. This will transform your thoughts and words into an acquired new way your brain will start to think and reprimand information; therefore you will see tangible results. Affirmations are to relieve any negative doubts your mind has, and clears away the blocks that are holding you back from what you really want. This will enable your mind to energetically align with the positive statements you keep reassuring to yourself , even if your not quite sure what you are doing yet ; keep going! Quietly figure out what it is you want from your life. Then jot down a ton of ideas and create them into affirmations that you want to create for yourself. These are basically mantras that you will tell yourself on a daily basis, until they come true and then you tell yourself new ones. Try to feel so connected to your affirmations as they are now going to become your new truth! Declaring your affirmation is easier then you think, just think about it for awhile each day and process it in your mind. After about 30 days , it should be habit. You will then keep attaining this, until you see it come to fruition. An example of an affirmation would be to tell yourself in the mirror everyday… I am beautiful, I am strong , I am courageous , I am resilient , I am smart … always stay positive!! What are Crystals Exactly?

Crystals which are also known as crystalline solid, are solid materials that are arranged in a pattern that is sequential; that requires three spatial dimensions. What are crystals healing powers? They bring light and color to your overall aura and physical being in and of itself. They do this through the subtle bodily layers and the chakra system. They are also used in a grid pattern of sacred geometry. These grids will generate light and therefore expose the body to the multi faceted dimensions of understanding and awareness. Crystal healing is divine energy and light forces ; therefore when they align it creates the universal ground work for creation. Crystals are placed on chakras, different parts of the body that are aligned with your fundamental energy system. They create energy flow and bring balance to the person that is being healed. They are used to help purify this person from harmful or negative energy or influences. If you just hold the crystals in your pocket or when you are sick, this is when they have the most affect on the body. Chakras all have different colors aligned with the innate chakra you are dealing with. By aligning the crystals in the same form of colors and formation along the body, it can radiate a remarkable healing process. When you have crystals you must put them in salt water or cover them in table salt. This will override their vibrational frequencies to intervene on behalf of whomever is holding onto the crystals. Their vibrational frequencies are shape stimulated, which interlocks the earth energy field to the individual holding the crystal. The crystal can also align the human psychic or 6th (sixth sense) and maintain it through directing its vibrational energy fields. Wellness , the state of optimal health!

Here we are going to discuss Maslow and his pyramid or “Hierarchy of Need” per say. Bottom to Top : physiological , safety, love/belonging, esteem and at the top self actualization. There are three major primary influencers in our life. They are Food, Environment and The People around us. A proper balance of all three of these things will create an incredible nurtured and developed body and mind. First, having the right food and in the right portion sizes is very important for our overall well being. Consult a nutritionist and get yourself on the right track to a healthier you, today. The company we keep is the second adherence to our well being. Nurture the amazing relationships you have attained with others and be so honored that so many people are as like minded as you and enjoy what you endure and enjoy. Also, if you don’t engage with many people it is a great idea to take up a new hobby, join a gym, join a yoga class, do something to meet like minded individuals like yourself. Volunteering is a great one! The environment we live in is so vital to our overall well being, which is why I have discussed the art of Feng Shui and how to attain the balance your life needs! What does it really mean to FOCUS?

How do you change the quality of your mind? First and foremost it is best to feed your mind with mental stimulation. Read something that you are interested in for about 30 minutes if not longer , everyday. Second, do some form of exercise everyday. By strengthening your body , your not staying stagnant. This is scientifically proven to instantly change your biochemistry. This means that now your mind and body are working together. Third, find something to do that is bigger then yourself a charity organization, a fundraiser; a life goal… something that you want to aspire to that is worth more then your fears or pain and suffering; it’s worth your power. Fourth, find a role model, if you find someone who is doing what you want to be doing, you can look up to that person. The thoughts become real, it becomes more realistic in terms of attaining what it is you want, then start making a plan and begin to take an absorbent amount of action on this plan. Fifth, help somebody who isn’t doing as well as you are, this will put your life into perspective and have you being grateful for everything that you have! Having a meaningful life is all about helping others, if you can’t help others your life won’t improve for the better , the whole idea is to spread the knowledge and wealth around in the universe. Lastly, have a life of meaning and purpose. Do something that helps people or yourself whatever it might be. Allow that to radiate love , caring , understanding , insight and growth. When your growing it’s because your doing something that has helped your growth. This means you have something to offer to others. Happiness comes and goes , meaning remains the same. Your life is rich when you can contribute to someone else’s happiness, no matter how much pain you had to have endured. It made you stronger and that is why you are you and not someone else. Tony Robbins states that the roadmap to success is focusing on thinking two ways, Independently and strategically. Is consistent success formula is based upon 4 key steps. 1. Know your outcome, 2. Get yourself to take action by deciding to do so. 3. Notice what your getting from your actions and 4. Change your approach if your not getting the right feedback or mentality you were hoping for. In order to attain personal power in your life, you need to focus on your mindset. This includes the way you feel, your goals, your actions, the decisions you make; then the analysis and modification of the results you have attained from these actions. Whatever it is your focusing on in your life; here is your solution. Make a decision that today, it is possible to make changes in your life ; this is because your past has nothing to do with your future self. Leave the past in the past!! Starting right now you can shape your destiny by deciding to be your own best ally! Forgive yourself for your past faults and now focus on solutions rather then problems. To clear the mindset of your problems you need to think about the solution 80 percent of the time and the problem a mere 20 percent if not less. By focusing on these beliefs of positive thinking, confidence, and persistence you need clarity.

How do you attain clarity? Start reserving time each day to just think. Ponder your ideas and your thoughts. Your success begins when you have a clear picture of what it is you want to attain. Next, you need confidence! Having the confidence in yourself to attain your goals is the best way to boost your self confidence right up; once the goals are attained!! Replace negative self talk or doubt with positive statements to boost your self confidence levels. Then, believing whatever it is you want to attain, will in-turn affect your behaviors and keep you determined. You get to decide what to believe about yourself. Then comes persistence, have a definitive purpose by knowing what it is you want to attain. Lastly “Wherever you are, Be There.” I’ll leave you with that for now 🙏

Feng shui is the art of living in balance. Feng Shui cultivated its reputation about 3500 years ago. Feng Shui is used when humans have a good Qi. What is a Qi? Qi is a movable positive or negative life force. It is the main thing in Feng Shui. The Qi represents life forms. Second comes Polarity, it depends upon the Yin and Yang theory. The work of yang reacting and the Yin receiving. Metal, water , fire , earth and wood are the five primary elements. Chinese medicine is also prevalent to work holistically based on the Yin and Yang theory. Bagua , which makes up the third type of Feng Shui is also known as eight trigrams. These are two diagrams that both predate their mentions of the Yijing. There are three main schools in Feng Shui. The first, is form school. It focuses on the landscapes such as hills, water and body. The second, is compass school: the style is oriented on eight points of a compass. The third and last is Black hat sect school. This was formed in the USA as a hybrid to Tibetan Buddhism. It is a combination of Feng Shui and Taoism. The works on the direction of Feng Shui as being the front door.

Feng Shui was started in the Tang Dynasty, master yang sung sang is the master and most respected man of Feng Shui. He created Feng Shui , so everyone who is inclined to use Feng Shui should be indebted to him. Now, we are all aware the Feng Shui can help our financial situations, now learn how it can change everything in a positive way. Believers of Feng Shui believe that it can change your life. The key is to know your environment. Everything effects our life, the position of our homes, the surrounding environment, the nearest body of water and so on. Feng Shui believers that what colors we wear, what colors we use in our daily lives can encourage negative or positive Qi. Feng Shui works on Qi. Qi is the main energy. Positive Qi creates growth and negative Qi creates obstacles. Colors play a crucial role in Feng Shui, so it is good to look up the differentiation of what each color means. Colors create vibration. Colors just like everything else have their own frequencies. Change the colors of your surroundings and change your life. 🙏

What is the thing that holds you back the most from attaining what you want out of life?!

Well, firstly it’s fear. This is the driving force that is holding you back from attaining everything you want out of life. There might be the fear of what others might think of you. Or the fear of the unknown. Whatever it might be, it’s time to look towards success and move away from fear. There are choices we have in life, you have to live with your past; however, it does not define who you are. You make new choices everyday, these choices can define the new amazing you, that you are becoming! Whatever it is that is stopping you from attaining the life you want, let it all go!! It’s time to be brave. You have the choice to follow your dreams, whatever they might be! You have a choice to live out today and make it great. You always have a choice; when you make the right ones, the universe will reward you upon those actions! The power of choice- how do we obtain this power? Well, free will of course. There are infinite opportunities and challenges that life will throw your way , it is up to you to decide the best actions to take when you get these opportunities! Stop accepting whatever comes along and make a conscious effort to put in some more effort and attain what you really want out of life! Let’s activate ways to work with yourself in attaining what you want!! Or just getting out of your comfort zone. First, I want you to try something new. Something you have never done before. Second, make a plan for yourself and then follow it. Third , do something extremely slowly so it can be done in due diligence. Fourth, when facing a minor choice, face with hesitation. Fifth, act out of your character. Sixth, refrain from saying something you are tempted to say out load. seventh, do something that makes you feel insecure! This will literally take you out of your comfort zone and it is exercises to becoming the new you!! New formula for figuring out your life and I will end with this. E+R+O event plus response equals outcome! The outcome of any event is predicated on your response to the event , not the event itself. This is something you should keep in your mind always.

Negative Energy is what creates Impressionism that makes you look badly! Stay Positive !! Please 🙏😇❤️

Negative vibes create a negative life!! Please please please be optimistic for yourself and others. You will be doing yourself a favor in the long run. If negative influences or people try to harm me, legitimately speaking, you will not allow them to do so. Say “I will not allow negative vibrations or energies to cloud my aura and my inner being” Do this, and all negative energies will leave you. Therefore, you will attain your true seeker of your inner being to manifest happiness. Around you , inside you and beyond. This is way beyond the physical, metaphysical, science based, science proven. Like attracts like. Don’t be a pessimistic person and harm those around you. Karma is so real and it will act against you if you have or intend to inflict harm on others. Please, be a being that radiates love and light!! I advise this with my inner most being that when you radiate good, only good things will flow to you and from you. Don’t allow people to bring you down. Don’t allow people to hurt you or belittle your dreams and inspiration! You are a unique being and one that should be a unique being radiating an abundance of love! Too many times I see people who get hindered by other people’s successes, it’s so upsetting to me. This is why we need to bask in each others triumphs and stop ✋ the negativity overflowing the positive people and outcomes they bring to the world. If you haven’t found your true calling yet, I promise you, you will find it. Don’t hate on others for projecting their truth to the world. Radiate love and light and positive energies, everything else will follow. Again, please be mindful of other people’s feelings at all times. Think before you speak or act and only make the world a better place, otherwise… why are you living? Their is no negative vibrational energy in the Goddess way of life! Tune into your innate powers and shine!!

There is enough abundance to go around in the Universe, we are one, we are not separate entities!

Here we are; at the forefront of a universal change in language and the way the world will now see things. Let’s begin : If you start cultivating the ideas and beliefs that we are one with the universe, that to achieve abundance , prosperity and success; you need to realize that we are all one with the universe. The universe has plenty of abundance and prosperity to go around, it does not need selfish people hiding secrets from others to obtain more wealth for themselves; that is simply not how the universe works! See by training your subconscious blue print at birth to change from these brain waves and ideas that were imprinted upon us at such a young age, we need to adapt to a new belief system and way of thinking. This will intern change your way of thinking , believing and manifesting whatever you want from the universe. If we are going to start a new era of manifestation and abundance power through the law of attraction; it is to be known that there is plenty to go around!! You don’t need to worry about scarcity or being selfish with what you have obtained. By being generous with what you know, your ability to help others prosper is the only way for the universe to flow with this enormous amount of abundant energy and the systems it creates. It can help you in all areas of your life, but you must be willing to follow the directions of how to go about manifesting. Once you tell yourself that your conscious mind is only your thinking patterns and beliefs on the surface. You can then attain the inner workings of your subconscious mind, what lies beneath. Through your subconscious mind, you can allow the abundance and prosperity and love to grow deep within your inner being, if you just let it. Our subconscious is afraid of change, so change that thinking and don’t be afraid of the changes that are going to occur! We are the creators of our own universe! After we put out into the universe what we want out of life, we are accepting this for ourselves. You must be accepting to this, otherwise the law of attraction will not work. The world would change overnight if people were to grasp onto the idea and knowledge that there is not you and I or you and me. We are one with the universe. Stop separating everything from each other. By creating oneness, the universe will flow freely and immaculately to create everything you have ever wanted. By doing this, you take the knowledge you have learned and you teach it to other’s and apply it to your own inner workings. You see the conscious mind is our awareness, it shows us the value of things. However our subconscious mind is the bodily functions, habits our higher intelligence levels. An example would be that a captain is the the conscious mind on a ship and the crew is the subconscious mind steering the ship. If you allow your subconscious mind to steer your thoughts in the right directions, you will have everything you have ever wanted. It is the only thing holding you back from true abundance. Those thoughts and beliefs that you were taught at a young age maybe age 6 that maybe you weren’t good enough or money doesn’t grow on trees. Well, if you reprogram this limiting beliefs, you will change your brain waves and slowly allow what you want out of life to manifest for you freely. Some people who go to psychotherapy want to be hypnotized into forgetting their blueprint from a young age. The idea isn’t to hypnotize you, it’s actually to de-hypnotize your brain from this limiting beliefs and factors. So now that you know what is really the root cause of why your not getting what you want out of life; it’s time to focus on the positives!! Here are the 5 ways to manifest and to do it right! First you must focus, decide what it is you want in your life and then apply it. You must be specific with these goals and have a clear vivid picture of what you want! The deeper you go, the more attaining that will come with it. Second, is to Boost! Boost your energy and emotion! Be in a strong positive emotional state and this will tap into your inner power, that will achieve the goals for you! Be the best version of you and illuminate creative visualization. Third, Release: like I said before, you must release those blocks from the subconscious mind that are draining you and not allowing you to accumulate what you want out of life! Release the attachment of limiting belief systems and allow for new neural pathways to develop in your brain. The fourth thing , gratitude!! I always say this but it really holds true!! It will increase your happiness, for what you are already grateful for. It will also allow new happiness to come into your life. What are you grateful for? Health, well being, relationships , a job , family, a roof over your head. Lastly, GO!! Take inspired action and a leap of faith and just go! Once you have a clear sign of what you want to attain, take that leap and go all in!! Trust your intuition and it will tell you what to do and what not to do. Happy manifesting!!

Spring Cleaning and Clearing of the Mind

Now is the time for spring cleaning. At the first inkling that spring is coming, you get the urge to open the windows. Clear the dust , and discard of things that are broken or that you don’t use anymore. It is time to spring clean your life in preparation for the great things that are on the horizon for you. Dust off that mirror and look into your own eyes. Wipe away that self- judgement and see yourself as others see you, a being of love! Have the courage to discard relationships that drag you down, drain you or do not support your highest good. Bring beauty into your life. If you declutter mentally, physically and emotionally, it will enable mental clarity to come into your inner being. Focus on your own spiritual needs. You too deserve time for yourself to relax, rest and replenish yourself. The universe wants to remind you that trust in god and everything will work itself out. Focus on nourishing your soul. Focus on what makes you happy and do those things!

Patience is a Virtue

If you feel like right now is a dormant period, that is okay. Growth might not seem visible to you just yet. Tend to what you want and desire with care and nurturance. Have faith; the growth is occurring. You will soon have everything you wanted reach it’s full capacity, right before your very eyes! Things are going to change before you know it. You will soon be able to reminisce on where you are now. Enjoy the phase you are in. Just as the moon is constantly in flux, so are the cycles of our lives. Nature has it own cycles of growth that can’t be rushed, and so do you. Be patient and marvelous things will happen to you and for you, in their own time. Don’t give up, remain hopeful and patient with everything you want out of life. Tend to the tasks you have been overlooking. Catch up on the little things you have been putting off. One grain of sand might not seem like much, but when it accumulates, you create a beach! The same goes for all of the things you have put on the back burner. Take the time today to sort things out and get organized. This is a time for introspection. Have calmness and emotional fortitude to take care of things as they arise so you remain present and in the moment. When you have a sense of clarity and alignment, new opportunities will come your way. Take some time to mediate, tune into what your body is telling you it needs. It’s okay to have a healthy moment of solitude so you can process what you have been dealing with lately. Lastly, do what you say you are going to do. Keep your promises to yourself and you will achieve greatness! Slowly but surely. When you build trust within yourself, you will enable the universe to ascend into a greater spiritual mission for yourself. Patience is key!

Positive Ways To Achieve Your Success!

Start your day by practicing the art of gratitude! Every step forward is a step towards achieving your ultimate goals. By writing a list of what you are grateful for, it will allow you to also manifest what you want for your future endeavors for success. Next, develop a genuine interest in the people around you. The ability to deal with people well is definitely an essential ingredient to becoming successful. How do you deal with people well, you might ask? Communication of-course! Motivate and influence those around you and this fundamental principle will be the uncanny reason you will be successful in life! Successful people are not just individuals, you see, they embrace working with others and are able to handle relationships well. You will need to work with people and for people to build these ultimate relationships that will bound you for success. You might say well I’m introverted , how do I go about this? By building your way to develop conversation starters. Maybe, delve into a book about how to start up conversations better with extroverts and or business savvy types! No matter how successful you might think you can become on your own, you will always need support from others! This is a key ingredient into becoming successful! The reason goes back to the 4 quadrants- which if you don’t know about I will give you some insight. There is a quadrant system based upon your personality type. The colors of the quadrant system are red, yellow, white and blue. By figuring out which quadrant you are, it will align you to find the people in the other quadrants that can help you attain the success you deserve! Read more about the quadrant system and it will explain in detail which quadrant you are and what quadrants you need help with. By aligning this, you will create a great successful business or whatever it is you are trying to attain. So how do you go about influencing other people? Well, the ability to influence people to want to work with you is probably one of the greatest assets you can attain. In the best selling book “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie, he states, “the deepest urge in human nature is the desire to be important.” These feelings of importance are what ultimately drives the behaviors of humans to be successful. The only way you can get anyone to do anything by their own free will, well, is to give them what they want. What people really want, is the ability to feel important. Also, the desire to feel appreciated. If you allow others to feel appreciated and important, it should be easy for you to be successful. It’s not like this is the art of persuasion, if your genuinely great at making people feel important and appreciated, you will be successful! This is human nature at its finest. It is generally a way to motivate you to understand what drives human behavior and to direct your actions accordingly. By understanding your motivations and then someone else’s , you can take value into someone else while also understanding their motives. Now, how do you become a great conversationalist ? Obviously, the art of communication is best at creating this. How do you create the art of communication? Quit talking about yourself and listen to what other people have to say, you might learn something very interesting. Ask people questions about themselves. Why? People, know themselves, their desires, their motivations and their passions, better then anyone else’s. By being an attentive listener, you will allow someone else to speak about what they have accomplished or want to accomplish. No one cares about your accomplishments unless asked. I mean, then you sound condescending and rude! Listen, be attentive and don’t cut people off while their speaking! Appreciate what they are saying and speaking and 9 times out of ten, you will see how much more someone appreciates your listening behaviors; instead of you speaking over someone or making them feel immaculate for talking about everything you know. The truest compliment you can pay to another is literally by being attentive to their concerns , desires or needs. Now, remember how thoughts become things? Well, to delve into this topic a little more, the art of mindful thinking is the doorway to success. Essentially we call this the Law of Attraction, the art of manifestation has immeasurable power. Adjust your perspective on the world around you, be optimistic and enthusiastic about what you want to attain and it will allow you to gain control of your desires. Cultivating everything you want, just by being in a positive mindset! Lastly, never settle for anything average. If you want it, you have dreamt it, you can achieve it! Never settle for average achievements, strive for greatness.
